If they offer snacks would be even better lol I was very impressed with the video diagnosis that they sent you by text. It makes a huge difference when you are just looking at a piece of paper with the list of repairs and actually seeing for yourself which parts needs to be replaced. I had some issues with my transmission and Kim confirmed it was under warranty which I didn't know about. I bought my car here 10 years ago and glad to know that some things are still covered! Once they knew my repairs may take a while they immediately put me in a free brand new CX5 rental. They send updates by txt msgs which works way better than playing phone tag. I've tried going to a few other service places to save some money but they don't always do the greatest job. Glad I came back here and could not be more thrilled. I'm actually really digging the rental and may consider buying it (I know they did this on purpose!)

I was sold a car with scratches all over the hood. she said there is nothing we can do about it so right now, another dealership is fixing that and she told me now that another Mazda dealer is touching my car they can no longer touch my car at my original dealership which isn't true. Shortly thereafter, I received a toll violation from New York showing my former license plate being used on a different Volkswagen vehicle. When I first contacted the dealership about this serious issue, I was told someone would call me back the next day. No one did. When I called again, the manager I had spoken with the previous evening appeared to have no recollection of the matter. After placing me on hold, he returned and informed me that my plates had been returned to me. When I advised him that I had photographic evidence showing my license plate attached to another vehicle in New York, he asked whether I was sure I had not received the plates back myself. I was then told that the General Manager would contact me the following day. Again, I received no call and was forced to follow up myself two days later. During that conversation, the General Manager (I believe his name is Jason) was not only unapologetic, but claimed that he had previously informed me that my plates had been thrown away and that someone must have taken them from the trash. No such conversation ever occurred. What makes this explanation particularly concerning is that license plates are not supposed to be discarded in the trash. Dealerships are expected to properly destroy surrendered plates. Hearing a General Manager suggest that my plates were simply thrown away--and then speculate that someone may have retrieved them from the trash--only raised further concerns about how this situation was handled. The most troubling aspect of this experience has been the complete lack of accountability and professionalism shown by management. This is not a minor customer service issue, it involves license plates associated with my former vehicle being used by another vehicle, resulting in toll violations being issued in my name. As a result, I have been forced to file a police report and spend my own time addressing a situation that should never have occurred. Equally troubling was the dismissive manner in which my concerns were handled. At every stage, I felt that my reports were minimized, questioned, or ignored rather than taken seriously and investigated appropriately. As a female customer, I was left with the impression that my concerns were not being treated with the seriousness they deserved. I expected far more from a dealership's management team when reporting a matter with potential legal and financial consequences.

Got it towed to the Volkswagen dealership who informed me that my vehicle had suffered, "catastrophic damage" and the engine needs to be replaced because the timing belt jumped. In simple terms, they told me that, "The top of the engine hit the bottom." I strongly urge you to refrain from buying a car here unless you enjoy taking uber to work everyday.

My wife and I bought a truck with this guys(not our first time buying from a dealer), Juan was the sales representative taking care of us. We checked out the vehicle on a Sunday and completed the purchase on a Wednesday, it took a little too long but for us to get the car out of their lot to be honest, they hold the truck supposedly for the mechanic to get it inspected, we were told the truck was to leave the lot with every oil checked and changed, BIG LIE. The tiny screen on the dashboard said that the truck had 40% life oil when we test drove the vehicle and it remained the same way till we finally took it home, we end up taking it to Valvoline for routine checks and oil changes, all this payed out of pocket. They registered the truck just as every dealer should and have to do I guess, well a few days after we had the truck with us we came to find out we were missing the small sticker that goes on the top right corner of the license plate, we found out the hard way after getting pulled over for driving with expired registration based on the plate, the actual registration was up to date, the cop gave us a break due to the pandemic and after we explained to him that we had just bought the truck and that it was a mistake from the dealer. After calling Juan, the sales representative who sold us the truck, Juan gave us a ton of bullshit about the sticker and took him a couple of days to finally get us the darn sticker, not cool Juan I'm just glad we didn't have to keep going back and forward with this guys, I'm pretty sure there's not next time with this people and for sure will be reading reviews before hand.

Last Sunday, our car starter died at Costco Gas, so we had it towed to Nick's. They called first thing the next day, explained the issue, gave a clear estimate, and had us back on the road the same day. This week, we brought our other car in for an oil change. I called ahead and was told to bring it in whenever was convenient. I dropped it off at 8am and by 11am, they called to let us know the car was ready, with no issues after a full inspection.
