I bought a vehicle with the deal that it would be detailed before receiving the car. They literally painted the scratches with a nail polish and their reasoning was that they didn't have time. Mind you, we only picked up the vehicle a week after closing the deal and had no issue with waiting an extra day to receive it as planned. I was looking for. when they also sent me information about similar vehicles, I made sure to let them know I was not interested in anything other than what I was calling about. I made sure to confirm the vehicle was on site and showed up within 30 minutes of confirmation from Johnny and Ronny the online sales people. When I showed up the vehicle did not exist and the salesman in the store blamed their marketing department. My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. It's been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this store. They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do. read more

Horrible Horrible expirience with these guys. After being sold one defected vehicle and with in less than ten minutes driving it off the lot i had the engine light on. I got a different vehicle because as the owner said the first time " things dont work like that" I was promised that my chevy traverse wouldnt have issues but guess what it had issues. After given the run around and bringing the vehicle to them to get fixed( which it wasnt) i bring it back the machanic Alex promises me that he will get my vehicle fixed. Some sales man name brim tell me my warranty ended may 19 and they arent responsible for the broken ac unit. Although i brought back the car in april to get fixed and they failed to do so due to the fact they needed to order parts.Yet Alex still promised to fix my vehicle. Not even a week later and my vehicle had the same issue Finally Alex sends me to another machanic who quotes them $1797 and when the car was about to be fixed. Inman motors called them and told them not to do the work because they wanted to negotiate with me. They want me to pay $900. Long story short i waa scammed out of $5,099.50! They dont take care of their cars. Both times i left my vehicles with them i was given other vehicles to drive temporarily and they also had issues! They give you the run around. I bought my car from this place a year ago. The car was super over priced, and on top of that these people lied to me the car apparently was in a accident before, but they hide that from me. I tried to trade it in for a new model in a different dealership and my nice surprise was when they let me know the condition of my car apparently it worth less than half of what I pay for it from this Inman motor sales I don't get it how this this guys can fuck up people like that just to make money Unfortunately it is to late for me but one thing for sure I won't ever go back to buy another car from this place at all not worth it!!!!!
