Today, just over 90 days later, a part on the drum disintegrated during a wash load. I called Ali and asked him to come back today. Two other employees came and told me 1) the part was irreplaceable and 2) the work is out of warranty and 3) buy a new washer. My response: Ali should have seen this part was disintegrated and advised me to not spend any more on this appliance! Based on this, I am giving the lowest review I think I ever have.

We bought them in November of 2025. Luis came out and installed the washer and dryer and took the old washer and dryer. We had a 2 month warranty. Everything was doing well until we moved out of the townhouse. The movers removed the washer and dryer from where it was located and the mess all on the wall and floor area was awful! The lint wasn't blowing outside through the trap but building up on the walls, hose that led outside and the floor. I took pictures of the area because I knew the property management will be charging me to clean up the area. I called Ferrer's Appliances and spoke to Luis and explained the situation. He told me there was nothing they could do and they were not going to pay for the charge I received based on their installation. I've attached a picture of the area! I'd highly recommend not using Ferrer's Appliances. We could have had a major fire because of the installation! I will be sending this to the Better Business Bureau as well! Steve arrived on time with possibly needed parts. He diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Washer runs great. I had Steve back a week later for a refrigerator issue. My defrost drain was plugged. I told Steve the ice make was not behaving correctly and that GE had told me my whole ice maker would need to be replaced for several hundred dollars. Steve found it to be a small part which he had on his truck and was able to repair the ice maker for a small fraction of what GE quoted as well as completing my defrost drain issue. I am happy to have a repair person I can count on in the future! With everything being so high now knowing I have someone I can trust is important.

We were going back and forth with quotes and it made me dizzy. I've worked with FUSE with 4 prior projects and was extremely thrilled with the work and prices. So, when we had to replace/fix an air conditioner, it was a no brainer to call FUSE. But, this time around it was not as seamless as prior projects. There was a lack of communication, there was a lot of miscommunication and there were so many people (too many cooks spoil the broth - phone operators, technicians, email & text personal) from FUSE working on my project. It was like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It was confusing to say the least. The staff is very caring. That is without doubt.
