However, after the inspection, we were only informed that the parts were difficult to source and received no further updates. We ultimately paid another company for a second inspection, and they located the parts the same day, ordered them, and completed the repair within two weeks. Based on our experience, it seemed the process stopped after the initial inspection rather than progressing through the actual repair.
