I immediately receive an automatic reply, letting me know that my request was received and that I could expect to hear back within 2 to 3 business days. Leah exceeded that expectation and actually got back to me within 24 hours. In her response Leah explained her plan and vision, based on the add-ons that I wanted, and even showed me how an element of our theme that I did not know how to incorporate could work on the cake. She sent back and forth examples to really narrow in the vision and provide guidance. Leah even went above and beyond to accommodate an early pick-up time since we were heading out of town with the cake. She was extremely accommodating to our special request for the cake details and the accompanying cupcakes we ordered, and consistently professional and responsive the entire time through. The final product was gorgeous and DELICIOUS. All of our guests (and us) were raving over and over about how good the cake was. So moist, great flavor, and just perfect.
