When he finally spoke to me, his facial expression and tone felt dismissive, like I wasn't worth the time. He did give me the information I needed, so I got what I came for. We were so excited when Tracy presented two Rolex models for us that we can purchase same day, the Rolex explorer and Datejust, my husband was ecstatic! He couldn't believe his luck! Tracy explained that it was a new Rolex programs for ADs to have random Rolex in stock for walk in customers. Hubby tried on both watches, along with some sample models, in the end he decided to purchase the Explorer model due to personal preference and lifestyle. I also tried on the some Cartier watches and still considering the Santos or not. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and took the time to show us several other watches. Throughout the entire experience, May was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She even made sure we were comfortable and offered us water while we looked around. I went to the store yesterday and said I was here for a watch repair and watch battery replacement and they told me they don't do either of those things and told me to go elsewhere. I feel like it's because I was wearing sweatpants, but I don't need a nice outfit for watch repair. They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do. We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. Most of the value was really in the labor of making the pieces. I told him the main reason I was looking to sell was because they were white gold and I preferred yellow gold. He suggested I see his colleague at Focus Plaza and get them rhodium plated instead. (And I did for $20, see pics!)
