We stopped in at iCreate on Friday night, after being out of town for the day. The owner/chef greeted us cordially and when we said we had wine in the car he quickly pulled out some wine glasses and suggested we go grab a bottle and relax with a glass. We were starved so he immediately served us his wonderful baba ghannouj with warm, homemade flat bread. Sheer heaven. The menu had so many great selections and we were having a hard time choosing so we asked him to surprise us. He served us each a beautiful combo plate that was just devine. We loved every dish on the plate. Then, as my hubby has a sweet tooth, I asked what this amazing chef had to offer for dessert. Well, he served us a delicacy called Jacob Delight, topped with dibis. It was flatbread topped with fresh ground peanut butter and a date molasses, tehini mixture. Needless to say, it was thoroughly enjoyed during the showing of his weekly movie which turned out to be King Corn, a movie we had heard about but never seen. He has a huge screen in his back room, with couch and comfortable chairs so we just had to stay! The decor of this place is beautiful, all done by the amazing owner/chef. It was so comfortable, we relaxed and watched the whole movie with dessert and tea. We can't wait to go back! We so heartily recommend this wonderful cafe! read more

iCreate has always been my kind of place. As a vegetarian, one of my favorite experiences is eating a a restaurant/cafe where everything is available to me. I started coming here on breaks when I attended the local community college, and it led to me eating significantly better than if I had gotten pizza/sandwiches/other fast food from even the healthier places in Pottstown. My favorite dishes so far are the Habbs, because they are all really varied and I feel like I am getting quite a few nutrients bundled into one meal. But the baba ghanooj also stands out for its remarkably smooth consistency. A note to fellow reviewers who complain about service in small, independent cafes and such: Places like iCreate are much smaller than your average restaurant, which accounts for differences in how service is carried out. I think a lot of the negativity comes from people who are assuming they're walking into a chain restaurant, diner, or other larger, more standardized establishment. Unless you are a stickler for consistency, service and payment here is much easier than at other places. Simply ask if you want to know how much something was, or if you need a receipt. Don't leave a negative review because you couldn't be bothered to hold up your end of the deal and communicate properly with your hosts. read more

My wife and I have been to iCreate Cafe often and yet I have never taken time to write a review. Well, it is time I did. The owner/chef, Ash, never disappoints us. He always has specials and although we love many of his regular dishes, decided to try the house special tonight as one of our entrees. You see, my wife and I always share. So we shared the falafel wrap--one of our favorites, his fresh made baba ghanooj, his tabouleh (how does he make it sooo good?) and tonight's special, the mixed vegetable and wild and mixed rice dish with special seasonings. It was out of this world! But of course, we knew it would be! We brought our favorite bottle of wine and Ash quickly opened it for us and his right hand man, Seth, scurried back to our table with glasses. This little cafe, tucked in the middle of the little burb of Pottstown is a true treasure! The decor and atmosphere is welcoming. We sometimes come with friends but many times it is just the two of us. We love Friday night movie night. We have seen many great, informative movies at this amazing little cafe. Went here for the first time with someone special. I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, however, the food here was absolutely amazing. I've never written a review before but I had to after the excellent food and service we had. The dining area is small but very welcoming. The atmosphere is great and was quiet when we went. It felt like I was eating at home. Service was absolutely phenomenal. So friendly and very down to earth. I'm scared going to vegetarian/vegan restaurants as I'm new to this and I'm not always sure what to expect. I was blown away by the food. Extremely good food and the amount you get is well worth the money. The price is kind of average, what you'd expect at any restaurant but you definitely get your money's worth! The I Create Café is a great café located in down town behind High St. The atmosphere is great, I love going in here. Each room has it's own little set up with a neat ambiance. The food is always fresh and just outstanding, and his varieties of teas and coffee is superb. Then we have Ash the owner/cook/host, who is always great company, and full of interesting stories. The café holds movie nights, open mic nights, and other interesting classes (cooking, computer etc.). Stop in and check the I Create Café out. You will feel at home here, the customers are all so friendly and talk to one another. Coming to I Create has opened me up to a whole new variety of foods I never thought about trying before. I was just here today! I'm so glad I stumbled across this. Great vegan options. My boyfriend had a falafel wrap and I had a black bean burger. They were delicious. I will definitely go back soon to try more of their stuff. It's great to find vegan places like this around this area. Definitely try their desserts if you are going there. We had their Simon's delight! The stuffing in this is made with tahini with a topping of date syrup. Can't beat that! Being vegetarian in this area isn't always easy, so I love having iCreate close by. It's the perfect atmosphere to have a nice, relaxing meal. I have never used their computer services, but you MUST go there for the food. Authentic Middle Eastern that is handmade from scratch-delicious! I have never tried a full 'meal,' and instead have just sampled assorted things-give their tea menu a try, and the dips and falafels are incredible. I wish Pottstown had more places like this. It's great having a healthy (affordable) eatery right down the street! My boyfriend always orders the Falafel Wrap because it's the "right price and perfect amount of food" while I try something new every time. So far my favorites are the hand made soups and the freshly blended smoothies, but everything I've tried has been great! This is by far our favorite place. read more

My favorite restaurant in town! I come here with a friend or two every few weeks and order either the black bean burger or vegetable sejok- I would definitely recommend either one.
