This place is dangerous. I did HBOT hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the nurse decompressed the chamber WAY too fast (she appeared to be in a rush to close early), and this intense pressure change blew out my ears and gave me an intense immediate headache like I've never experienced. I lost hearing in my left ear, and had a headache and intense vertigo for two weeks. My left ear hearing is likely permanently damaged. I told the nurse when I got out of the chamber and her response was so cold it was creepy. She had a flat affect and said I probably did it "too often" rather than acknowledging her careless mistake - completely irresponsible considering it was only my third time, with several weeks in between treatments. I called the manufacturer and found out this chamber does NOT provide any oxygen at all - despite several staff members claiming it does. It is just pressurized "room air." I cannot fathom doing blood work of any kind here. Avoid for your safety. read more

This place is very unsanitary, which is a HUGE concern. They use the same wipe rag over and over again to "clean" the red light therapy bed (picture as proof) and the mouth covering for the Cryo chamber had a terrible smell as if multiple people were breathing in it before me. Did NOT seem washed at all. They also billed me for a second month that I wasn't interested in, which is $200 that I don't have, and would REFUSE to make an exception to refund. The charge went through like 24 hours ago. Stephanie the manager even let me know that she could technically hit a button and refund me, but she chose not to because of the Terms of use. Literally no one would be negatively impacted if I received a refund. Like come on. Extremely unprofessional and apathetic. Shame on you for taking hard working peoples money from them after they tried your business in search of healing and relief, and then condescendingly repeating your terms of use back to them. read more

My wife recently talked me into trying cryotherapy for the first time as she has a membership here and it did not disappoint. I play sports and was looking for a way to increase recovery but have always been a little nervous of cryotherapy as sitting in a freezing room at -200 degrees didn't sound super appealing. I told the staff that I was a little hesitant and they were great at reassuring me of every step and what it would be like which put my mind at ease. The process is short and consists of getting dressed in shorts, gloves, socks, and a cloth mask (think face warmer if you go skiing) and getting in a large 'box' for 3 minutes as they play music of your choice. What I thought was a nice touch is they have a window on the front of the box which you can choose to have rolled up or down, so since it was my first time I had it rolled down which made it a bit less cold and way less claustrophobic. I have since been back and done it with the window up and this is my preference now. I also tried the leg compression therapy which I think is my favorite part of the experience. It is essentially leg sleeves that fill up with air and help massage your muscles and get your blood flowing. It seemed to help a lot with latic acid build but as well and gave a similar result to rolling your legs on a foam roller but I got to do it in a recliner which was great. Overall I have had nothing but great experiences here and would recommend giving cryo a shot to anyone looking for a new way to recover from the gym, sports, or just a long week of sitting in the office. read more

iCyro just opening and sent me an email stating they were offering discounted services. I decided to take advantage of the infrared sauna deal. I had recently gone to a newly open infrared sauna around Bee Caves area. Maybe my expectations were a little high? Upon entering I was given a grand tour of the facility and explained what was offered there. They had a variety of services from vitamin IVs, cryo facial, cryotherapy, etc. I was signed up for the infrared sauna and I had the option of keeping my own clothes on or swapping out for their clothes. I decided to wear their clothes to sweat in. Women are offered a pair of cheap black shorts and a white sports bra. They have a variety of sizes and do run on the smaller size. I was also given a pair of slippers and wrap. Someone was already in the infrared sauna so I had to wait a while. This part was poorly planned. The sauna has set programs with different timers. I later learned the weight loss program I used was 30 minutes. The timer is only available when not watching a movie as I had gone over on my time's program by 7 minutes. Anyway, since there was someone in the sauna they offered me complimentary compression boots to try out while I wait. I was cool with this since I have experienced and loved them before at another facility. Overall, I was not a fan of the lack of privacy. While in the infrared sauna multiple people can pass and look inside. This was not my experience at two other facility location. I did like the small TV option while inside so I could watch a movie. read more

I always have a great experience when freezing here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have introduced me to compression therapy and cryo facials, which have really helped with my migraines. I've looked into other cryo places and this one definitely is the best value. The store is pretty aesthetically pleasing and they always offer snacks and drinks while I'm sitting in compression. read more

Quick and easy! Everyone is so nice and welcoming when you walk in - they had all the answers to all my questions. I was a bit nervous the first time but it really helped that they played whatever song I wanted so I could distract myself for 3 min I had really bad back problems, seeing a couple doctors for it, long story short it was inflammation on tendons that we're pulling and making my back feel like it was gnna snap. After my first session at iCryo I was able to sleep through the entire night for the first time in 3 weeks! Can't say enough great things about Cryo and iCryo has a beautiful, clean, organized facility with multiple other services. I have had knee issues for years. It has hindered me from the simplest of daily tasks. Recently, I have been the heaviest I've ever been in my life. I was depressed, and drinking too much.
