The food was excellent, with plenty of halal options that also work very well for someone following a keto/low-carb diet. I had the Seekh Kebab and Lamb Shank, and both were amazing. The meat was flavorful, tender, and very well seasoned. I was able to enjoy a great halal meal while staying keto without feeling like I had to compromise on the food. The service was also outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite meals while visiting Boise. The cucumber salad was light and refreshing. Spring Rolls ($6) - Pork, bean thread, black mushrooms and fresh veggies, fried crispy with your choice of dipping sauce. There are three spring rolls to order. I gave one away before I took the photo. They have at least six dipping sauces to choose from. I selected one that was more savory than sweet.
