We absolutely love the Weiser Idaho Pizza Company. The food is always great, but what really keeps us coming back is the service. The staff is friendly. hardworking, and genuinely seems to care about their customers. In a small town, customer service matters, and this location gets it right. We used to frequent the Fruitland location, but after several disappointing experiences, we stopped going there. The Weiser location has been the exact opposite- our orders are accurate. I have been twice the pizza & saladbar are both great. I went by myself both times their menu is simple but the first time just me, one person cost $25 the second time just me, I got salad bar & pizza it was $36 my opinion is that they don't have the want to acomadate one person, because I don't. Think I can pay $36 for myself very often for dinner. They should have some way one person can get pizza and salad for $18- $23 then I would go more often read more

We stopped in while driving through the area and were very surprised at how great the service was. We walked in and were all greeted by Lisa who is now my favorite person there! She was so friendly and just had a great attitude about everything! We were unsure of what to order and she helped us with some really good suggestions. Our food came out pretty quick and we also had the salad bar which was well stocked. The Hell's chicken with the white sauce was really good and had plenty of flavor. We also had a pizza with red sauce and sausage which was decent. My daughter really liked the crust and even commented on how much she liked the ranch dressing. I can't speak for any of their other food but I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

Sad to say this is a negative review. Service was not up to par. We called in an order and were told a 20 min wait; Perfect, we had to drive over anyway. We arrived and paid for our order, a large pepperoni pizza and large sweet twist. The restaurant was not full of people, the larger banquet area was not in use and there were no children running around causing hay hem. We asked about our order after 25 minutes from calling in our order. We watched from the foyer as the cashier Ca***in walked over to speak with the cooks and then we watched the cooks take order tickets down from the line and move them around to find a ticket and place it at the head of the line. She returned and said its gonna be another 8 minutes or so. it only takes 10 minutes to cook the pizza. We waited another 15 minutes for our order; a total of 39 minutes from the time we called in our order. I spoke to Ca***in and pointed out that they could have made and cooked our order twice in that 39 minutes. Her response was "Yeah." I said, "I see you guys are working hard and running around to keep things stocked and that's great, but we're upset over this." She looked at me with a blank face and said, "Sorry" and continued to stand there. I explained what we had observed with the tickets and she said nothing with the same blank look on her face. I shook my head and told her " You need to tell your manager that people were upset over the service today. You aren't fixing this or offering any compensation for the issues. This experience will affect our decision of how often or if we come back to this location. We could just go to the Fruitland location instead." She just shook her head and mumbled either, "yes" or "Yeah." The only change was her expression. She went from blank to snotty. The pizza was fine. The sweet twists were just OK. They seemed small and thin, so they were slightly burned and lacked icing. I truly don't know if we'll go back. The restaurant experience usually suffers when teenagers are put in charge of customer service AND are not trained to ask for manager assistance when they are in over their heads. read more

When we visit my sister in law in Idaho. We always seem to get pizza from Idaho pizza. It's ok but they need to actually use salt, pepper and garlic in their pizza sauce. It's not gourmet pizza but the kids will eat it. Basically it's a little ceasers style but with a higher prices. read more

The employee working the register acted as if he didn't know what he was doing. Didn't seem like he liked his job and when asked a question he treated us like we were stupid. We were not given our plates after we ordered but he brought them after we were sitting for about 10 minutes and did not allow us to get our own plates like normal and put them in front of us with the forks on top of the plates where his hands touched the middle of the plates. We have been traveling for several days. This pizza parlor was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was very good, crust was perfect, lots of toppings, and friendly service. talk about a hidden treasure, this place is awesome. great buffet with super fresh salad bar with great selection. 4-5 pizzas out and some awesome cinnamon rolls. soft drink was included and price was great. we stopped into this place on a whim on the way through Weiser and went out of our way to come back a second time on the return trip. We will definitely hit this place again if travel plans take us to this area.
