Todd came out to give us a quote, and once we agreed to the work he was on time and did everything as quoted. Then he came back to check radon levels afterward to ensure the work was satisfactory. Communication was good throughout. Radon mitigation is not a fun expense, but we felt we got the value for the work needed. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Todd Rich or his company whatsoever. He let someone else use his license to install a system in our home before it closed escrow. We were told that if the system didn't maintain under a 4, it would be fixed to do so. After the person Todd let work under his license refused to help us with our system not doing its job all winter, Todd did send us a bigger fan to add to our system. But sadly, that didn't resolve the problem. After multiple attempts to reach Todd over a span of weeks... his solution was to ghost us and not return our calls or try and help remedy this situation. I'd use extreme caution when working with him or anyone that claims to work for his company. read more

Todd is one of the BEST!! This is the "real" Idaho Radon company!! He came out to give me a bid, and had it done within a few days! Great communication, fast, efficient and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Todd and his company, you will be happy you did! My crawl space is a terrible work enviroment, very narrow, it looks wonderful after they were done. Todd even came back to test the radon levels in my house, I received a full report, my radon levels went from 8 - 9 down to less then 1, this was wonderful news as well. Todd was extremely responsive and was able to get out to our new house within a week to look at and install our radon system. Our radon reading dropped significantly and we can sleep soundly at night knowing our house is safer thanks to Idaho Radon. Great company! The service required 4 visits, from bid to install and final testing, every time Todd was on time and communicated his arrival. while here he worked nonstop. His system dropped our reading from high 7+ to as low as 0.5-0.8. we did try to get bid from the other company who showed up late, spent no time measuring and then when I mentioned we had another bid decided to never send a bid. I encourage everyone to get bids, Idaho Radon is clearly the more professional company. read more

Worst customer service ever. Called to cancel service more than 24 hours in advance due to circumstances beyond our control. Troy was rude and aggressive, blaming us for loss of income. At no point, had we said we would not be rescheduling. Due to his aggressive nature and ridiculous overreaction, we would not use this company even if forced to. Without even ever asking us if we wanted to reschedule he immediately when on the defensive and acted in a highly unprofessional manner. read more
