Every single item I had, all of my belongings, boxes, and so on... every one of my personal effects (some boxes were opened since I had needed some items) was *covered* in a layer of soot. When I reached out to the front desk, an exec wrote back that there was nothing they can do. No cleaning; they won't move my stuff; and no partial refund.

I emptied out my unit when I moved out, and yet I'm still getting hammered with a $75 "abandoned…read moregoods fee". And there's no way to get in touch with anyone in the office. This is unacceptable. Why should I pay when I didn't leave items behind?? This is on top of the egregious price hikes (which were the reason of me moving out to begin with). Finally, there are rodent droppings around the facility if you look for them. Not great. They did in fact get into my unit, which wasn't the most pleasant surprise, especially given that I'd even placed down rodent repellent, which wasn't enough to deter them. I wasn't keeping anything besides furniture anyway, no food. Not to mention the black widow waiting for me in the drawer that I had keeping there, as a last little surprise on my hand as I unpacked. Be careful unpacking your items; examine them thoroghly before bringing them into your home. So to conclude: - There's an incorrect fee (and no way to contact them to resolve this) - Beware of price hikes - Their pest control needs work!

Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in…read moredifferent states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! The facility itself…read moreis secure , immaculate, & very well staffed 6 days a week with 2 very helpful, friendly & watchful people. Entry can be accessed 6am-10pm via use of a downloaded App OR a gate keypad code. Access to the non-airconditioned units is easy by car or truck and room is provided for a moving van to pull in to be loaded or unloaded. Rental costs, & optional insurance are quite reasonably priced, as are the sturdy locks which are available for optional purchase. Online rental is available, but then you would miss out on pleasant interaction with the folks in the on-site office!

The people in charge hide behind their fake christianity to squeeze every penny they can from tenants. There are parking spaces, bathrooms and dumpsters BUT, YOU'RE not allowed to use them! We had two units at this location because of the previous manager, who was a nice guy. When the owners replaced him with themselves we quit one unit. When my daughter forgot a little plastic shoe tree, they told her they would have to charge a cleaning fee (equal to a month's rent) for them to take it out and throw it away. She had to drive out from Eagle to pick it up personally. When they tried to change our contract on the second unit, we refused and they sobbed that the money would come from their pockets but they'd pray for us... what a load of BS! While moving out we tried to leave one car parked in the lot so there was less congestion in the alleyways of the units, we were kicked out of the parking lot WHLE WE WERE STILL ON PROPERTY! We weren't leaving it there while we went for lunch, it wasn't being abandoned, but their truck being stored gets moved from behind the fence into a spot every morning and sits there all day! Today the sign on the door said office (and bathrooms) closed due to roach infestation. I have been using storage in three states over 40 years and this is the only place I would never come back to! Horrible people to deal with.

I was so lucky to have found Stor-N-Lock! Talani and Brian Sanislo who run it are the most helpful and professional people you could hope to meet. Not only when we moved everything into storage, but when we moved it back out at the start of this school year. I highly recommend using Stor-N-Lock. They will be my go-to for storage in the Boise area in the future.
