They don't even deserve a one star rating. They deserve in the negatives I've literally never left a bad review in my life, but this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I need to save you girls from wasting your time and money. I left with the most HORRENDOUS nails I have ever seen and wasted $130... When we first got there I said I wanted Gel X and the lady continued to ask me 5 times what I wanted and said she could "do acrylic instead"??? even though I told her I wanted gel x French tip every time and my answer never changed. Maybe I should've taken that as a sign that she CANT DO GEL X???? My nails are absurdly thick, terribly shaped, claw formed, and she couldn't even draw a flower... They waited until my nails were already done to tell me they couldn't draw a flower, which would've changed my entire choice in the first place. I also left the salon with paint all over my hands and fingers and chips on my brand new set. Even worse than the nails itself, the customer service was nonexistent. They were the rudest staff I've ever encountered in my literal life. Not only did it seem like they've never done nails in their LIFE, but they all had an attitude problem and were not apologetic at all. They made a SCENE in the salon and simply couldn't do any part of their job. I didn't ask, but for how terrible the service was I am shocked and so disappointed that they didn't offer free nails or even a discount. It was such a waste of time and money. And more disappointing is it's gel x so I can't even simply take them off. I literally had to go to my FRIEND to have her draw a flower on and it looks exactly like the inspo pic. Like how can a random girl do your job better than you??? I'd actually leave a -10 star review of this place!! They don't listen to your requests for how you'd like your nails cut, they cut you with the files and cuticle clippers. I'll be surprised if I don't get ingrowns or an infection after this experience. Rude and talk about you in their language!! I won't be back and I won't recommend them at all. I wanted to switch to regular polish from the gel manicures I've been getting, and yet they kept insisting I stay with gel. I think I know why now. The regular polish used on my nails was pretty thick, I had to ask her to shake it, and it still wasn't shaken up. Afterwards I just got this strange vibe because I was sitting waiting to dry, and several techs were looking at me, talking to the gal who did them. I'd felt like I had done something wrong, it was really odd. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. Anyway, the polish still hasn't dried and it's 2 hours later, and there are little bubbles I can see on nails, presumably because the polish was old. So, if you do go, don't go with anything but gel, or make sure the polish you choose will shake up, and is not too old. read more

Do not do an acrylic or gel removal here. My friend and I never get our nails done because we are afraid of the removal part ruining the nail so we decided to get them "professionally" removed. My friends lady soaked her gel nails off 5 different times and continued to drill until she hit skin (with dirty tools). The guy who removed my acrylics didn't wrap in foil or trim. He simply used a fake acrylic nail to plow them off which is precisely what I wanted to avoid (because I can do that at my own home). He didn't even put oil on them after and my nails hurt so bad whenever I accidentally touch something. It'll take months to recover from these removals! Please save yourself! I have never made a review on something and genuinely felt the need to here because paying for a painful and damaging service is something I don't want anyone else to have to do. read more

I just needed my gel polish removed as I was having surgery the next day and didn't realize I shouldn't have nail polish so tried this place as my regular fabulous place was closed as it was a Sunday.The man who took the polish off used a much too strong and coarse nib and I kept jerking back as it was painful but he didn't seem to care. He was too rough and didn't care and kind of runied my nails so today my regular panicurist had to do a lot of build up and repair as this man did such a horrible job. Honestly, I live this place they usually do a good job. BUT TODAY!!!!!! It started off well... we were seated I was getting a pedicure and a scrub, my best friend was getting her nails done. Then a lot of people came in and suddenly everyone was rushing. They switched my nail tech who was doing my feet to someone who came in so someone else sat down and did my nail polish which I didn't like coz it was patchy. Then a different person was supposed to so my hands but they gave me to this rude nail tech. I asked for semi square nails --- true enough one side is more square than the other.... Also, I told her there's hair in my nail polish... she said everything looked normal... I washed my hands... and there is hair.... Also, her polish is also patchy...... And she made a comment that I was giving her a hard time when I went to wash my hands..... super rude!! read more

I wanted to love this place since it's a mile from my house. But it's a no for me. To start, I called and made an appointment. However it doesn't matter- They don't write any appointments down. People kept walking In & they just kept taking them. Walk in or Appointments. They way overbooked themselves. They all were working really hard, but they would switch technician in the middle of service . There was no hand washing, glove change, tools cleaned in between guest. Even if we weren't still in a pandemic that's disgusting and against health code. My pedicure was rushed parts of my toes aren't even pained, my manicure even worse. I was there for 2 hours since they were so overbooked and just kept bouncing back and forth. I told them at the end my manicure wasn't great & my nails were really light at the tips, I said it would chip within days but the gentleman told me, no all light polish is always light at the ends. Which is not true. Sure enough 6 of my nails have chipped so far and I got them done Monday. So 4 days. My gel manicure & pedicure lasted 4 days that I paid $70 plus for. Will never ever go back, there are way too many places to waste time & money. read more

Unfortunately I will not be going back here anymore. This is my third time at this salon. Usually they do pretty well. But this time my nails are already starting to peel after not even a week of getting them done! I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure last Friday 2/5 and my right middle finger starting peeling off on Tuesday, 4 days after getting them done. I let that one slide because stuff happens. But now it's Thursday 2/11 and 2 more of my nails have peeled and my cuticles are already getting bad. A friend suggested this place to me, and since my first time trying them out, I've gone back three times! They have a special where you can get gel nail polish for $15. They don't do all the bells and whistles that come with a typical manicure with the simple polish, but it still looks great. My nail polish never once chipped or peeled, so I went back after 2 and a half weeks and got them redone since they had grown out. They charge $10 to get the gel removed - which altogether made the price the same as a regular gel manicure ($25), so I decided to go ahead and get the full manicure. Again, the polish stayed on great and the only reason I had to get them redone was the fact that they had grown out. I've seen different people each time I've come here, and they all have been great. I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure they have room for you to walk in. I've never had any issues getting in within a half-hour of when I called. read more

Made an appointment days in advance for a full set of gel acrylics. My appointment was at 6. I arrived at 5:55 and did not get served until 7. They sat me in the pedicure chair for an hour waiting, as they had severely overbooked themselves. My full set took 25 minutes- the fastest set I have ever received. Before I could come back to get my stuff, another girl was already in my chair. My nails felt rushed and thin. Fast forward 6 days later, one of my nails snapped in half and broke off off after digging through my backpack. I have never had an acrylic nail snap in half off of my nail not even a week after getting them done. I made an extra trip to get my nail fixed. I called ahead, and again they had me wait for a half hour to be served. The lady was nice and fixed my nail. I would not be writing this review except for the fact that 5 days later a different nail snapped in half. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these nails. I paid $60 (plus a $10 tip) for them to break not even week after getting them. I have never had this happen before and would therefore not recommend this salon because of the quality, rushed service, and price. read more
