While I've stayed across the street from the salon on other visits, I had no idea it was there. You enter the building, go upstairs and towards the back of the building before you finally find it. The space was very clean and quiet. There were only a handful of people working that afternoon. My nail tech was quick to get me seated and made sure the water was a good temp. I was given a bunch of polish samples to look through. Overall the pedicure itself was great. She did an awesome job cutting down my nails, trimming my cuticles, and taking care of my calluses. I gave a four star instead of five because of the paint job. It was a lighter polish and dried really streaky. The cost of the pedi was what I would expect to pay. And I definitely would go back and just be more conscientious about color choice knowing how this one turned out.

She started re-lightening but didn't pull the bleach all the way to the top of the highlights, opting instead to do a root smudge to cover the roots. Unfortunately, that has since faded, leaving me with very orange roots. She also didn't have time to address all the highlights, so she suggested I book a follow-up in four weeks to give my hair time to recover. When I reached out to confirm the appointment, Julie told me I didn't have one on record. I knew I had booked, so I found my email confirmation and sent it to her. Communication was a struggle; she often took days to respond, and I had to push for updates. Eventually, she said that the two-hour appointment I had wasn't long enough for what I needed, though this was never clarified when I initially booked. She said I should cancel it and couldn't get me in for another month! Had she communicated and been responsive I could have booked properly way sooner. To add to it, Julie's attitude came across as quite rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. Although she seemed knowledgeable, the communication, scheduling issues, and lack of attention to detail left me disappointed with the outcome.
