This is my first time coming here since moving from Hawaii. My Delta Dental coverage states they pay all for cleaning yet this office was charging me extra $400 for cleaning. I have now asked 3 times for a copy of the services charges to dispute with my Delta dental coverage and have yet to receive it. ??? They also was trying to schedule me for 4 visits a year when my plan clearly states only 2 times is covered. I am 59 years old and retired military and have NEVER been required to come to a dentist 4 times a year. My previous dentist never required it either. These are some shady people. I would not recommend ANYONE to come here. read more

This company is fraudulently billing insurance providers and patients for the same items. My son came in for an initial visit and was advised that there were multiple cavities that needed to be filled. They advised me that they needed me to pay up front which was no problem. They were unable to complete two of the fillings. I requested a refund for the fillings they couldn't do and an itemized receipt so I could be reimbursed for the other charges. The receipt they provided was rejected by my company. And they told me they could not refund me for the teeth they were unable to fill until the claim had been paid by my insurance. After the claim was paid they sent me a new receipt. I reviewed it and noticed that (1) they charged me and my insurance provider for the same items and collected money from both of us, (2) they still billed my insurance for fillings that couldn't not be completed. I went to yelp and it appears this is not the first time a customer has complained about these same issues. They need to refund me for items that were covered and paid for by my insurance and secondly they need to refund my insurance for filling that they didn't do. Beware - if they are fraudulent with billing are they even truthful about the services that we need, meaning did my son really have all those cavities? I want to see the x rays. read more

Didn't even get to the Dentist and already red flags. I asked the front desk some questions about dental coverage because I'm kind of new to how it all works-have ever only had military dental-but receptionist seemed displeased in having to explain it to me and had no time for my ignorance. It felt like a lecture and she made me feel like I did something wrong. Even knife handed me as she lectured. As a matter of fact they had me wait in the chair for about 15 mins because of something else they had to do. Not enough? They wanted a release from my Dr before starting some work. Dr. Voissem was great, but his staff was rude, disorganized, and not respectful of their patient's time. My appointment for regular teeth cleaning was rescheduled the first time because three of their chairs were down. When I finally got my appointment, they took X-rays and informed me they didn't have time to clean my teeth because the hygienist was behind schedule. They didn't mind selling me $650 in dental work and mouth guard that day. I was scheduled several weeks later to pick up the mouth guard and finally clean my teeth. I received a call the day before asking me to arrive an hour earlier. I received a text message and email confirmation of the time. However, when I arrived, they gave me my mouth guard and said my teeth cleaning was an hour and a half later. When I let them know that they were the ones that rescheduled, they told me to just wait in the lobby and that the hygienist would be back from lunch in 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I was informed that she was cleaning someone else's teeth, which would take another 20 minutes. They were rude, unapologetic, and could care less about their patient's time. Needless to say, I declined any further services. If you are that disorganized and have a lack of concern for your patients, why would I trust you to have clean instruments, have medical skills, and perform work in my mouth?? I used to pay extra and drive 30 minutes just to go to this location. Never again. They triple booked my appointment. Canceled my appointment because they didn't have a verbal confirmation within 24 hours. I thought I had to call in 24 hours prior to cancel if I wanted to so I never called. I drove to my appointment set 3 months ago for them to turn me away. This was my last straw. My last appointment they asked me 10 times and spent 2 hours trying to convince me to get invisalign. I can't open my mouth that much I'm still bleeding. This was done yesterday at 2:00 had to go back today for them to give me the Ibuprofen! 4 teeth! This facility was very nice and clean. Everyone was friendly, Dr. Park was great and was gentle. BUT, I feel that it was very over priced. Yes, I had to get a lot done but I assumed my insurance covered most of it, I ended up paying $600 out of pocket. I don't know much about the prices but I know that this place was overly priced. Mint dentistry is probably going to be my next stop for dentistry. Everyone was nice but once I read the reviews after my procedure, I'm second guessing myself. UPDATE: just received a explanation bill from my insurance and I got way overcharged. Had called them and asked what had happened, they told me that the insurance has not paid the claims yet, therefore I'll have to wait for them to pay the doctor and then I will get reimbursed. I've never heard of anything like that. Proceed with caution. UPDATE:: so the manager explained to me what happened regarding my bill payment and clarified that it was an overcharge BUT that's only if the insurance didn't pay out. I did not know of this, they assured me that when my insurance sent me then explanation bill, the difference will be credited back. Just wished they had explained the process to me since I am a newbie when it comes to handling insurance. Don't ever go to Ideal Dental for service. My insurance paid for my services after I was required to pay upfront. They gave me some paperwork stating that they already sent the paperwork to determine what was covered...no big deal, I know that's common with certain services. Once I received my EOB statement from my insurance, I noticed that my services was completely covered after I paid them $150. I told them about this and requested my money back. This has been going on for months and they wont6even call me back. Every time, it's some excuse that the office manager is reviewing the charges and will call me back...which NEVER happens. By all means, DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will also be leaving a google review and consulting legal options. read more

I had the best experience at this Ideal Dental location. Everything is super upgraded and high tech. Place was spotless, a necessity in these Covid times. Patient information gathered via online forms sent to your phone. No annoying and sometimes painful xrays that requires holding those plastic bite things in your mouth. My hygienist, Kate, was super professional and friendly. She did a great job with my cleaning. The dentist answered all my questions. I'm in between insurance so I just self paid but it very affordable. Highly recommended! read more

"Bait and Switch" I have 2 free dental cleanings yearly through dental insurance plan, Ideal Dental offered (always trying to sell something) a deep scaling, was told my cost would be $130 after insurance... then sent a bill for $256 two weeks later... I paid the $130 at time of free cleaning... The free cleaning at this place wasn't like other cleanings, I know a good dental cleaning when I've had a good one. TRULY TERRIBLE. I truly never write reviews but I'm hoping I can save someone the trouble that we've gone through. Ideal sent my husband and I each a bill for $300 each months after we got work done. So I decided to call ideal and see what these bills are for (since in the description it was blank) they said they'd call me back and never did. Since then I've called 8 times and no one can ever seem to tell me what the bill is for. I've never been so disappointed or upset with a business before. Some of the office staff can sometimes be pushy at these places with the financial side but it comes with the territory sometimes. That wouldn't steer me away from here! Stay away one of those dentist where you feel like all they want to do is push their products I actually had the dentist argue with me that I did not have a root canal done, like you would lie to him about having a dentist drill in your mouth for an hour. The dentist told me that I would need a deep cleaning because of course that is more money and when I refused the cost they told me that they would not clean my teeth for what my insurance covered. The front office staff here is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my little 2 y.o. They were sweet enough to look after my little girl while I received a filling. They do not pressure you to buy anything and help you the best that they can. The hygienist was very sweet and so was the dental assistant who took care of me. Truly the WORST experience I've ever had at a dentist. I went in for laser teeth whitening and they did several X-Rays, an 80 minute long cleaning that I never asked for that was horribly painful. I said ouch SEVERAL times and the lady just kept going... She flossed my teeth so hard my gums pooled with blood and bled even after I left. And they never said anything about the teeth whitening I had made the appointment for... The dentist also tried to pressure me into a 'preventative crown' and made me feel like the tooth was rotting as we were sitting right there talking. If you are smart you will STAY AWAY. read more

Excellent experience with Ideal Dental. When researching for a new Dr with so many options you never really know what service you're going to get. My wife went about 3 weeks ago with a terrible tooth ache. She got all fixed up and feels great now. Then of course lucky me she said you're going to the Dentist too. I've recently needed a new dentist anyway it's been years. Unfortunately, I'm paying for it now with cavities and deep cleaning. You can do a lot of damage by not taking proper care of your teeth. I've been now twice in the past two weeks and both times the customer service provided has been suburb. The ladies in the office who've helped me Jaclynn, Kelori, Dr. Sirethon Kengskool and others. They all have a smile on their face, answer the phones with a smile, and show that they really care about your experience. Dr. Kengskool is super sweet and asked me if I was doing ok during the fillings making certain I wasn't in any pain. Most people dread the dentist and wait until it's too late to go. Well not me anymore. I've really taken time out daily for my teeth to get back to where my teeth should be. They really know what they're doing and how to treat a customer. The office is very clean. They offer water, coffee(who would have thought lol), TVs in all rooms, and to top it off a blanket to help you relax or keep warm. They are all very nice and I've never had anything but a positive experience with everyone. The Dr has never pressured me to do anything. On the contrary, he's discouraged me to do things. Don't go to this place. I made an appointment 2 months in advance, left work to attend the appointment and they booked someone else in my appointment slot because I didn't confirm. I never received a confirmation text or voicemail in order to actually confirm the appointment. Go to a dentist that respects your time and doesn't have office staff that don't do their jobs. read more

I must say that I can't be happier with the service of this place. I've been here several days ago for old filling that broken honestly I'm not a fan of going to dentist (probably from watching to many movies ;) but the doctor that took care of me was friendly calming I felt at ease & it was pain free.
