We went there for a consultation and fell in love with all of the staff. I swear, you just get that warm, comforting feeling of being at home when you're in their office. While we positively adore their entire team, I have to say that Miss Jeanna and Miss Shelby are the sweetest rays of sunshine and somehow manage to make a dentist visit something my daughter and I both looked forward to. They are quite possibly the most delightful group of ladies you'll ever meet. It's amazing to see how they each take a sincere interest in each of their patients lives. My daughter just got off her first set braces. (We also needed a pallet expander.) Somehow they got her a flawless smile in a shorter time than we ever expected! Her teeth are absolutely beautiful and she is beaming with pride. These guys did a phenomenal job with her pearly whites!! We LOVE Robinson Orthodontics and will be back for our next round for our daughter and our little boy when his time comes. There is most certainly no one better!! I called and let them know of my situation. I was seen the same week and scheduled for a crown the following week. This was my first crown so I was extra nervous about the procedure. He was very upfront with me about the cost and potential for a root canal. Luckily I did not need a root canal. He did a great job! The procedure was pain free and I'm satisfied with the experience. The staff is ok and nice enough but you get treated like cattle and it is very sterile and robotic and financially driven instead of being a patient centered office. The dentist is also mediocre. My teeth never feel really clean after a visit and he talks to his staff about his plans for the weekend the whole time he is examining your teeth. This is every single time I have been there. LOL My whole family goes there and like everyone else, my husband works and it is very challenging scheduling him because they are open only during hours he also works (9 am-4 pm) and forget ever trying to get in last minute. His team, especially Rosa, were very compassionate, answered all of my questions, and even responded to any calls or texts I had regarding the procedure and recovery in between my visits. The day of my surgery, the whole team helped me calm down and joked with me until the very moment the IV kicked in. Dr. Choi has also been the most successful doctor to get an IV set up with me (I have tiny veins and bruise easily). He made the whole experience smooth and more painless than I ever expected. The actual gum graft covers five of my teeth. The pain was much less than I expected for this procedure, and that's coming from someone who doesn't always handle pain very well. Now I have healthy gums and I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out. I was very nervous going into this until I met this team. They honestly care about their patients and that makes all the difference in the world. Anyone who is even contemplating a gum procedure I would recommend to visit with this team. They will take care of you!
