Not only has the plaza in which this business is based become exceedingly sketchy…read morein the last few years -- I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing anything north of a Swatch for service absent a firearm in my presence -- but the business itself engages in practices that, IMO, represent HUGE red flags in the watch collection & repair community. What do I mean? After an agreement for service was reached, they texted me asking for a 50% deposit, before they would attempt to repair my watch. As someone who has been collecting watches of every stripe, including high-end Rolexes for decades, I can tell you that anyone who attempts to change the terms of service after an agreement has been reached is ALWAYS attempting to take advantage of you. That goes double for someone asking for a 50% up front. (One should pay anywhere from 10% to an ABSOLUTE MAXIUM of 25% -- and that is for a very high-end watch.) Beware of scams.
