Love this place. Excellent work and good prices. They converted a ring I had to a pendant and did a fantastic job. Go here first.

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here

My family are long time customers dating back to the early 90's. The ring I brought in was purchased at BC many years ago. Hopefully, this was an isolated experience because BC has always been the best. I expressed my displeasure and walked out.

Mom purchased and upgraded her diamond ring several times as she gained trust in their quality and fair business practices, as well as great prices, unavailable anywhere else in the city. One day when she took the ring to be cleaned, as she did almost every month or two, she trusted the staff enough to leave it overnight at the shop. When she returned to pick it up, she was given a bag that she put in her purse, without inspecting, her being a longtime and trusting friend and client. When mom looked in the pouch she was given, she discovered a ring Anna had thrown in, that was covered in pen ink, and her 1.5 carat diamond band was missing. When she confronted Gary about the mistake, Gary berated my dear mother and stated word for word, that " you must be on your period." My mother was confused, insulted, and heartbroken at this shocking behavior, they being her best friends, as well as mother being their best customer by far. Mom never returned, and was distraught and sickened until the day she died. The ring was easily valued at approximately $10,000. Understandably, my family took a great loss at this occurrence and never bounced back.

From the very beginning, Laura made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely exciting. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, guiding us through every step with patience and expertise. We never felt rushed or pressured--instead, she made sure we felt confident and informed in every decision. Her attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations ultimately helped us find the perfect ring, something even better than we originally imagined. What stood out most was how much she truly cared about making this moment special for us. Laura went above and beyond, and it made all the difference. We couldn't recommend her and the team at Worthmore enough!

We got to talking about the history of the bracelet and necklace and music. Laura then helped me look at some rings that I have been eyeing. While we looked at some, she got my ring cleaned and even sized my finger to confirm sizing. I tried on a few options and I felt like she really listened to me. She also made conversation with my teen who was OOHing and AHHing some necklaces and earrings too. We left with a great feeling knowing this is a place that we would be visiting again very soon.

The food court had about 2 - 3 restaurants open, and it was freezing cold. It looks like they have doors open with these large airvac type accordion piping blowing cold air inside. Hopefully, they will get other business & restaurants to return & make the mall more vibrant. 1 is my rating.

Lots of empty spaces and quiet hallways. About 5 retail stores and 2 food court options. A mall's food court always tells the tale when it comes to business and Northlake's court speaks of dismal awareness. This mall has quite nice planters, fountains, and glass roof. None of the stores I came to shop at were currently operational. I ended up purchasing a pretzel, a cookie, and some Oriental food. Couple of Watch repair and Jewelry stores can be considerable. Construction is on going near the back entrance of the building, so I am hopeful that this is a sign of better things to come. Northlake Mall is a shopping mall northeast of Atlanta in the Northlake community of northern DeKalb County, Georgia, United States. The mall was once owned and managed by Simon Property Group - but since February 2016 has been owned by Texas-based ATR Corinth Partners. Anchor store is Macy's. This mall is spacious, clean and well maintained. They have few shops like Macy's, JC Penney in this mall. This mall has other stores including few eateries. Marta bus to Chamblee transit station is available at walkable distance from this mall. They have a spacious parking area.
