We…read morefiled a claim with our Homeowner's Insurance and they sent Paul Davis as our water restoration. They called within an hour of the claim and had someone out there that day. A few days later Luis came out to write an estimate and send to our Insurance. We had 2 major hurricanes (Debby and Milton) come through during this process. Luckily, our home wasn't affected by them but MANY near us were. Insurance was a little slow on getting the claim approved due to the hurricanes. Once it was approved, Paul Davis was swamped with work due to emergency needs on the islands near us. Once work could resume for non emergency needs Luis and his team (Rey) were out here and ready to begin work. Rey was the contractor on site and he was nothing short of amazing. He was on time (even early),efficient, clean, kind and his work was great. We had a unique situation that we needed a plumber to come out to take off the water heater and reinstall so Rey could get to the damaged area. They replaced drywall, insulation, baseboards, and painted. Everything was done perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team. They are perfectionists and it shows in their work. My motto is always you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny and the wait. HIGHLY recommend Luis and his knowledgeable, skillful crew ( Rey)! Thanks so much for helping us and communicating with us when things got slowed down due to an act of God. We will use you and your crew again and again when we have a need.

After checking prices and what they did we chose Teasdale Fenton Sarasota for the job. We selected a date for them to come out. I made sure the rooms were vacuumed and had anything that could be removed was moved (like a chair or a chest in rooms) so they could get as much as possible. Walt came out. He has been working in this business and owned the business before. He did a very thorough job in the rooms and cleaned up behind him where the hose from the truck came in the house. We had some traffic area stains from the previous owner. He said it was not bad and it came out with the normal cleaning. The carpet looks great. They do charge $5 for virus cleaning-where they do a special cleaning through their system so things from one house are not transmitted to another. I'm pretty sure the soap and water would remove it but happy they take the care to be safe. I recommend Teasdale Fenton Sarasota to do carpets. They do tile and grout and many other items, too, so check them out. I would definitely call them again to do any other jobs we had. Pictures of carpet to come when it dries completely.
