Well... I never thought getting BBL (broad band laser treatment) on my hands - will actually burn my hand. And now I'm left with dark scars Do not come to this place... look at my hand . I went there and paid a lot of money for Botox, Fillers and other services. I've had filler before and never had any issues. I'll just speak about fillers. First you're never allowed to see what type of filler you're paying for. I've always been able to see the filler. They just go out of the room and come back with the syringes. I had my lips done, my lines above my lips and the smile lines( I forgot the real name). I'll get to the most important part. Having the filler placed to help remove your smile lines, this was the second time in 3 months. I followed all their instructions and when the filler settled I was left with large balls on my face. I look like a freak. I called them extremely upset and was told to come in I said no, I didn't want them touching my face. I lost about $3000 that I had left for services. All of the filler I had didn't last. They don't give refunds. When I called for the cool sculpting procedure I was assured that I could get the procedure done and was told that I had to purchase a cream to use pre and post procedure. I was then directed to financing for the cost. Fast forward I had an allergic reaction to the cream which led to the crappy customer service and medical team. Just to find out weeks after submitting my medical forms that I am not eligible to even have the procedure done because I have Lupus. I had to go through a lot of back and forth to get my refund sent back to the finance company and they still charged me $200 for the cream that according to them was part of the procedure! $200 for cream I can't use and didn't ask for. I would not recommend anyone to go to ideal image. I took out a loan to have cool sculpting done. The day of the procedure I was told I can't have the procedure done at this time. After that I no longer wanted the procedure done. Well ideal image is keeping my money and I am forced to pay the loan back even though I had no procedure done. Ideal image stated that they don't do refunds. That I have to have the procedure done. They have been really ugly in handling this situation. Went into the Allen Park location for botox in my forehead. Not knowing much about how botox worked I trusted the 33 units they ordered as this was allegedly their specialty. Four days after treatment my eyebrows took on a different appearance. The front part of my eyebrows started to slant down and I ended up looking like a full animated Disney villain. Covid hit shortly thereafter and they closed. After they opened back up I decided to go again but this time I expressed my dissatisfaction with my first treatment and told the girl working I would like to avoid that outcome again. She tells me "yep no problem we just have to go higher up on your forehead". Again, trusting a professional I decided to go with it. Well needless to say the exact same thing happened. I called to complain and they had me come in. I was told "well the botox did it's job and it's mostly a guessing game with botox, we don't really know what will happen after it's injected" . I asked for a partial refund due to the fact that I expressed my dissatisfaction for my first visit and was told no. The problem is this place uses too much botox.. too much. The second time I couldn't move the front part my eyebrows at all. Only the tail end would lift when making expressions. This should not happen, there still should be some facial movement. I was told in order to correct they could inject something else to stop my eyebrows from moving. Nope. Never. I would never let them inject me again, especially being told botox was a guessing game. read more

When I signed a contract with ideal image, I was supposed to have laser hair removal treatment on my face and neck bimonthly for two years. The office had assessed that my face neck were treatable, while other areas of interest were not. They said the majority would be gone by the end, and after that I may need to get some spot touch ups here and there for a small fee. I accepted that. Two years later, I have paid almost $10K, with no results. My facial hair comes back dutifully after 1.5 months every time. For each treatment my face comes away burned and covered with whiteheads. On my most recent treatment, one of the estheticians burned my face so bad that it got hyperpigmented. I spoke to a dermatologist afterwards, who said Ideal Image caused the excessive burning by failing to shave down the hairs (that I let grow out per their request. The solution they offered was not a refund, but was to prescribe a cream. My face is still discolored and covered in hair. I've supposedly completed my treatments and they are now telling me that I will have to continue coming in bimonthly and PAY up to $150 per session. I have been begging for a refund with no luck. A lot of women in my community are curious about laser hair removal, specifically the promises made by Ideal Image. The prospect of a "lifetime guarantee" is attractive, especially for women with darker features and more visible facial hair than most. I've been sure to discourage them from falling for the contract. They will falsely tell you that your hair is treatable and make you pay thousands of dollars to damage your skin. read more

I'm pretty unhappy about services I received. I sought services for laser hair removal for a small area. I was told after my consultation that I had to sign up for a package which included more coverage area. I was concerned about hair growing in the areas that were being treated (these areas were not concerning for me) I was assured that I should not have any problems and this treatment worked best for my complexion. Needless to say all services as a part of this package has been exhausted, and I have unwanted hair growing in all treated areas. Plus I'm paying a pretty pricey bill as a result. For all of you who are planning to have CoolSculpting services, please read this entire statement. Be careful! This is NOT for everyone who is planning to shape their body. If you are planning to lose more or less an inch from your body, it may work. If you are trying or need to lose more than an inch; then, this is NOT for you. In August of 2022. I spoke to a sale person from Ideal Image, she was from Ohio. We have a phone video meeting. After I explained to her how disappointed I was with my overweight and shape of my body, she asked me to show her via camera my most important parts where I wanted to lose fat; it was my stomach and abdomen, belly, and my double chin. The most annoying part is that I showed her via video these parts so she saw with her own eyes the amount of fat and size of my stomach and chin. Even thou, knowing that, she sold me 16 treatments, minimum purchase, it cost me 6,000.00 which I had to finance with Ally Bank. I didn't know that each time they apply the CoolSculpting machine to your body, it takes around 1.5 of the 16 treatments purchased. When I did my stomach and abdomen, it was a total of 6 applications, 3 in the stomach, upper part, and 3 bottom parts of your belly. Therefore, I had used in one session around 9 treatments from my 16. When I did my chin, twice, I used all my 16 treatments. As of today, January 19th, 2023, I have not showed any difference of how I looked back in August of last year. My stomach, belly, and chin look the same. Even thou, I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I keep a healthy diet, these applications did not do what I was promised. Perhaps, if I purchase 3 times, 3 times 16 treatments, 48 total, of what I originally purchased, maybe and maybe, I would have seen a difference, but my loan would probably be $18,000, I better get liposuction surgery, it would have been cheaper. At my last session at the Allen Park location, the nurse who worked on my last application, after I explained all these, she said that the sales person should have never sold me these treatments because I was not going to accomplished what I wanted with only 16 treatments, and it is costly. I feel I was deceived by the sale person. Now, I am stuck with a 6,000 loan. I have submitted a complaint to corporate offices over a month ago. Do you think they took the time to contact me back? As of today, I still haven't heard from anyone. I hope my experience helps you a little bit before you decide if CoolSculpting is for you or not. I was terrified of getting coolsculpting done after reading HORROR story reviews on it but the Alicia really calmed my nerves. I have been going to Ideal Image in Allen Park MI since they have opened and I absolutely love the place, and the girls that work here are great. At the reception desk Haley and Lauren are wonderful and always so pleasant every time I go offering a little bottle of water. Sara the lead consultant is easy to talk to and discuss your concerns with, and very through. Most of my treatments for laser hair removal on my legs and my bikini area have been by nurse Sarah and she's great as well. Very accommodating and great conversationalist that makes the time fly by! I have been really happy with the treatments for the hair removal so far and it's been the 4th treatment. I've even started another treatment plan for my underarms and now Dysport with Alicia. The staff is professional and friendly, the establishment is clean and comfy, the prices are reasonable and they make it easy to make payments. I got the cool sculpt on my stomach and unfortunately I was not satisfied with my results, yes I had results but not as much as I would have liked to see (which is not in anyone's control). However they state fat never comes back in the area you coolsculpt which I thought was too good to be true and impossible. I feel like my stomach is back to the same as it was when I started. The staff is very accommodating and make you feel special from the moment you arrive. After just 5 laser treatments my upper lip hair is basically gone! I've struggled for years with coarse hair and am extremely happy with the results. I've never had any laser hair removal and would strongly suggest it. The upper lip is a bit sensitive, but after about 10 zaps you are ready to leave - it's such a quick process and only have to go every other month! It's well worth the price! The nurses and ladies at the Dearborn location are extremely great! They are very helpful and friendly. I am having a full bikini and buttocks hair removal and it is turning out great! The nurses make you feel comfortable even when removing hair from the most private places. I love Sarah, she's my nurse! I have wanted hair removal for a long time and in college so I wanted to know pricing before hand. when I called to get an estimate they said they do not do that over the phone. So I set up a free consultation to get more information. Today I walked in thinking that I would learn information about it. Once I saw the price I wanted to go home to think about it and see if I can afford it and may look at other options when I told the lady who did my consult she was so rude and told me if I go somewhere else it will be "shitty laser" and I "obviously you didn't do your research" I have never been so uncomfortable in my life.
