Well I'm sorry I didn't think that she was incompetent at doing her job !! The other person had someone in her chair ... so when she called me over I went to her ... this was so unacceptable... and after this I doubt I will ever be back ... who knows how long this will take to grow back I should've knew something was wrong when her thread kept breaking as she was threading my brows smh .. I've been going here twice a month for the past 2 years ... so clearly it's a her problem !!

My face feels fresh and so clean after an amazing facial massage, hydrofacial cleanse, red light therapy and lymphatic drain today. Freda is a wonderful, so friendly, warm and a knowledgeable aesthetician. She takes the time to make sure she knows your skin history, your routine, your concerns and expectations for your appointment.
