I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

I finally received a reply after I texted the number instead, multiple excuses were given as to the reason for the delay in getting back to me - Booked the appointment for a couple weeks out. Showed up half an hour early for the appointment, called 4 times with no answer, texted with no answer and received a call back 5 mins before the appointment time to be told she had car trouble and couldn't make it. I don't believe it was a lie, but only letting someone know 5 mins before is unprofessional and then not pushing the appointment back but canceling it for the day was disappointing Rescheduled for another day, but when I asked if she was sure she'd be able to be there she said she "couldn't make any promises" Life happens, but please do better about making and keeping appointments or giving adequate notice.
