Follow up; In response to your follow up, I wasn't offered to come in. I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

I finally received a reply after I texted the number instead, multiple excuses were given as to the reason for the delay in getting back to me - Booked the appointment for a couple weeks out. Showed up half an hour early for the appointment, called 4 times with no answer, texted with no answer and received a call back 5 mins before the appointment time to be told she had car trouble and couldn't make it. I don't believe it was a lie, but only letting someone know 5 mins before is unprofessional and then not pushing the appointment back but canceling it for the day was disappointing Rescheduled for another day, but when I asked if she was sure she'd be able to be there she said she "couldn't make any promises" Life happens, but please do better about making and keeping appointments or giving adequate notice. This would have been my first facial and I'm disappointed I couldn't see how the actual experience was.

I see she had a couple of 1 star reviews on this site that had nothing to do with her services but a Groupon issue. All I can say is the many times I have come to her she has always done an excellent job.

I scheduled a 50 minute River rock massage for 9 AM. They instructed me to arrive 15 minutes…read morebefore, to which I actually arrived 20 minutes prior. After being directed to the changing room, I was seated in another area to wait for my massage therapist. By the time she came and got me, it was 5 minutes after my scheduled time. After arrival into the room, she seated me on the table and washed my feet in what I assume was supposed to be a foot massage, but it was really just putting my feet in water and drying them off. Then she stepped out for me to remove my robe and get under the sheet on the table. When I took my watch off before getting on the table, it was 9:12. When she came back in, she proceeded to keep my full body covered with the sheet and placed a warm towel on my back over the sheet. She then proceeded to line 3 rocks on my back and wrap them with the warm towel while she began on my legs and feet. On every area, she made one pass with the rocks before discarding for hands. And it really just felt as if she was rubbing the rocks on my body rather than massaging. The entire time, I felt as if she was rushing through each section of my body, spending no more than a minute or two. Going back and forth to the counter to get new oils or switch rocks probably totally 1/2 the actual time of the massage. At the end of the massage, she spent probably 3-4 minutes washing her arms and hands before telling me that was it and she was going to step out for me to get my robe back on. I laid there for a minute being super disappointed and feeling like it couldn't have been 50 minutes. After I got up and put my robe on, I grabbed by watch and it was 9:52. I think I would be very safe to say my total massage might have been 35 minutes. The problem areas that I was asked about received no attention, nor did any area really. For $115, I really expect hands on me for 50 minutes. If that means no foot washing "massage," then I don't want it. Every massage I've ever had has been a stone massage and this was the worst experience at one of the priciest places.
