They did a fabulous job of taking care of me every time I go in. The facility is clean with great nurses who are passionate about their work (they check your temperature and sign a COVID survey before services). I got to know a few of them over time and they're all great people. I signed up 8 cycles of CoolSculpting to be used throughout the year. I certainly gained 10-12lbs easily in 2020 so it's about time I get them off me. I was never blessed with flat abs no matter how fit I am and after my 2nd session, I'm starting to see results (takes 3-4 months to see effects) and did my 3rd session on my abs and 1 session on my inner thighs yesterday. Some discomfort, but it's expected. I'd say definitely check it out and stick to recommended number of cycles. It's like going to the gym, you don't expect immediate results after hitting the gym once and call it good. This is a happy medium for me not to get plastic surgery or having to workout 1.5 hours a day like I used to. For those who are mostly fit, but want to have that amazing tones abs. This place is a joke. They have extremely HIGH prices and do packages. My package was 2k and they told me I could get up to 10 treatments. Every other laser place does 4-6 weeks between treatments but this place had me at 8 weeks! So my hair kept on growing back... After my package was up - you have to pay per session, 10% of what your package originally cost. So every time I go now, it'll cost $200. Rip off! Now I go to other places, they use the same exact machines for 80% less! Check groupon! :) The people at this place are always nice - it's just the company as a whole is my issue. read more

When we show up they take us through their process not telling us the price until the very end. **Over $10,000.00 for laser hair removal for a man's back. With the 50% off it was around $5,200.00. They should give you prices on the phone when you call. Hopefully this will save someone's time. I've spent a great deal of money here and I'd do it all over again! I no longer have to shave, which is a beautiful thing worth every pricey penny. Yes, the treatments hurt, especially when you reach the end and the laser is more intense, but it is 100 percent worth the few minutes of minor pain! The staff is very professional, especially when you're having your bikini line done, which could be a very awkward situation, but it's not because the staff is so professional and make you feel comfortable. The result of the hair removal is great. However the staff was not fast paced at all. Our appointment was at 2 pm. It was 2:30 before we were taken back to a treatment room. This is my second laser hair removal treatment. Both treatments were at the same location in Meridian. My husband & I researched all options and did discover that Ideal Image does use the gold standard Candela lasers which generally completely kill the hair follicles versus just reducing the amount. You get what you pay for at other places. I was quite pleased with the smooth skin result with no hair regrowth. It was also comforting having medical professionals vs. just techs. I worked with Ashley for my initial consult and could not believe the effort she put in to answer my questions & concerns, but also my husband's. She also made herself available after hours to discuss. She is quite professional, friendly and willing to work with you. I am very happy with the staff and services at Ideal Image! I absolutely love the fact that the girls performing my laser hair removal are licensed nurses and have years of nursing/medical experience. Other reviews mention that Ideal Image is expensive, this is true, but I would rather pay more knowing that the people using lasers on my skin know what they are doing! I love the professionalism and how genuinely nice the entire staff is. It can be very uncomfortable getting hair removal on certain areas of your body, and the staff at Ideal Image go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable and respected. I just had my third treatment and I can already see quite a reduction in hair growth and thickness, especially on my lower legs. They schedule your appointments every 8-10 weeks because your hair grows in cycles. This ensures that they are getting all of the new hair follicles in all of the stages of regrowth. I am completely disappointed with my experience with this company. I want to start off by saying that I am a fair-skinned woman with very dark body hair (a perfect candidate for laser hair removal - according to Ideal Image). For the last few years, I have completely stayed out of the sun and used sunscreen everyday in order to get the best results for the thousands of dollars I spent on a large package deal from Ideal Image. After nine treatments on six different areas of my body, I am very disappointed with my end results. The company says that it would like to see 80% or more of your dark hair gone. I can honestly say that I have gotten that result in only 1 area. All of my other treated areas are only 50% (or less) free of dark hair. After my last treatment, the technicians took photos of the areas I wasn't happy with and sent them to their corporate office to be reviewed with the hope of possibly receiving one or two more treatments to get me closer to a result I was happy with. Well, I just received a call that the corporate office decided (based on photos taken from a cheap camera) that my results were "good enough" and if I wanted any further treatments, I would have to pay for them. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I know that when it comes to laser hair removal, everybody has different results. I am just frustrated knowing that my body DID respond well to treatments in one area and was getting better in the rest. I will never go back!! I did the laser hair removal many years ago and had great results. So then I went back for cool-sculpting...NO NO NO waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy!!! I saw absolutely NO results at all, even though everyone kept telling me I was a perfect candidate for it and the sales person said they would give me a free cycle so a total of 4 cycles, then when I get there to do it, the girl said "no you only need 3 cycles, but you'll have 1 "free" left over, so if you want to pay for another one then you can do another treatment." Wait...I'm already paying $3500+ for this, which was very hard for me to do in the first place, but they had a good sales pitch, now they are trying to talk me into more. I wish I would have read more into the reviews before doing it, I just thought they were better than this. VERY expensive, not worth it at all. I had a tiny area treated and it took almost 2 years to complete the 10 treatments I had paid for. And to be honest, it probably only removed 50% of my hair.. while Ideal Image advertises (and tells you) that they guarantee their results for a lifetime. VERY disappointing. Each time I went in for a treatment I had a different nurse/doctor... and they all treated me differently. Some made me wear goggles, others didn't. Some didn't even have any idea where I was getting treated and I had to tell them. I even had some who treated way more/less of the area than the nurse/doctor at my previous treatment. Whenever I was asked about the amount of hair I felt had been removed I would let them know "not as much as I was hoping..." I would then be told that it WILL go away, it just takes all of the treatments. Well guess what? I finished my 10 treatments 2 months ago and about 50% of the hair has grown back... I called to let them know I was very disappointed and would like to get more treatments since they GUARANTEE for life. I was rudely told that "they would have to check if that's something they can do for me." I ended up getting 1 more treatment and it did nothing. WASTE of money... No consistency with service...
