Charged me $300 for Botox tht i never received because i refused to have my photos permanently saved to their files and when i requested a refund they said im not eligible to get my money back even though services were not rendered. Very intrusive process, saving credit card numbers on file is mandatory and they wont delete it claiming office team have no access. Very very dishonest. Will be reporting them to the Florida board and BBB and my bank. They do not respect their clients and shame on their nurses for abusing their licenses to scam patients this way. read more

I had facial hair removal done in 2009, and when I signed the contract, I was told that touch-ups for the treated areas--chin, upper lip, and neck--would cost $40. About six months ago, I went in for touch-ups and was charged $40 on two separate occasions, consistent with what I had originally been told. However, when I recently called to schedule another appointment, I was informed that, as of May 1st, the touch-up price had increased to $99. When I mentioned the original agreement, I was told there's a "loophole" stating that prices are "subject to change," allowing them to adjust costs at their discretion. I went ahead and scheduled my appointment, only to arrive and be informed that the new rate was actually $99 per area--meaning touch-ups for my chin, neck, and lip would now cost $297. This kind of sudden and drastic price increase feels incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, the manager then attempted to sell me a package for eight visits per area, which would total over $1,500 for the three areas. A "lifetime guarantee" is meaningless if you're forced to pay nearly $300 every time you need a touch-up. read more

This review is just for this location , a specific nurse that I unfortunately was assigned to twice in the roll. The first time she did the wrong parts and the second time she rushed me out during the appointment, it only lasted for 10 mins and her excuse was her next patient is already late ? I don't know how this explains why she needs to cut my appointment short to see her patient who was late, then I found out she probably rushed her next patient as well because she was in a hurry to leave her work. Now I have to schedule another appointment to finish the work she could have done and to check her work that she did in a rush. It's unprofessional the way she treats her work. Update : the regional manager reached out to me to address this issue the day after I posted this review , hopefully I will never be assigned with this nurse. I went to the Ocala location and they continued to charge my credit card for a membership after I moved out of State. I called and they said they couldn't refund because I didn't call them to cancel. I told the receptionist at my last apt. and she said she would take care of it. Obviously they steal from their customers. Sad customer service is terrible anymore. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Waste of money and super poor communication skills and very unprofessional in that they do not follow through on anything the say! On Mar 12 I did my first session. My second visit was scheduled for 12 May. Because of the COVID-19 shutdown that appointment was canceled, however, per their telephone recorded message someone would call to reschedule, which never happened I had to call weeks later after they had reopened. I was scheduled for 11 Jun. I showed up 15 minutes early because per new policies I was to wait in the car until someone came for me. My appointment came And went so I called the office and was told the room was not ready and would not be ready for 30 minutes, which, you guessed it, also came and went as I sat in my car. I called the office and was told they can reschedule me for 28 Jul. Needless to say I was not happy but agreed. So as I left driving away I called back and expressed that the treatment did not work and it was a waste of my money and I asked to cancel my remaining session. I was told the manager would call me, we'll you guessed right again, no call. Please don't waste your time or money. I am very dissatisfied and very disappointed. I'm in the process of canceling the loan for the second treatment they scheduled for July. I'm still waiting on the manager to call me back. Horrible. Manager called me back a week later only because I called the loan company and she had a deadline. Then she threatened me with the statement about legal documents being legally binding. She was dishonest. She failed to let me know that any unused portion of my service should be refunded instead she told me to use it for something else or donate it to someone. Shame on her. I just went in for my second appointment and the lady rushed through it, I also felt like she did it completely wrong and didn't put the laser a little higher liek they should every treatment is a bit higher. This treatment I felt nothing basically. She skipped over a bunch of patches fast forward more than a week later and I have a mustache shadow, something I've never had before, and all the hair is still there, nothing got Burned off I'm actually pissed because last time everything was burned off and my dead hair fell off within a week and I had about 3 weeks of minimal thin hair growth. This time everything not only looks the same in thickness but it's growing at the same speed omg I am actually so upset I new she had rushed it I came out of room so quick the time was cut in half compared to last time. This location is ran very poorly!! I do not recommend it at all. I have had not one but two situations with them. The manager never gets back with you and you call corporate, stay on hold for close to 30 minutes before you can even speak with someone. Then when you do, they do nothing to resolve your issue. I 100% agree with other reviews that the office staff is very rude. They sit behind the desk and do not acknowledge you when you come in. This place is unbelievably unorganized, I have been a few minutes late due to this location being far away from where I live and when I arrived they were very rude since I was 5 minutes late. Another time I came they told me they could not do my session because my mom wasn't present even though when I started they told me it was okay if my mom signed the waver and I had been many times without my mom present and they did the treatment but this one time they all of a sudden couldn't? What a joke! Been going here for treatments for a year and a half. Decided to have another procedure done that would be financed. They cannot do the procedure for over 2 months since they are booked up. 2 weeks later I receive a bill from the finance company and interest charges have already been applied??? Called both Ideal and the finance company and basically get told that is how it works and I cannot cancel the procedure or the loan! How can you charge someone for a service that is 2 months away and charge interest immediately. The financing company should not be processing the loan until the procedure is done. And, if this is how it works, you should definitely explain this to customers beforehand! read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and I've always had the best experience each time. I've gotten multiple packages from laser removal, cool sculpting, and now hydrafacial. The last time I came in I was greeted by Zori with the best personality and I worked with Kristie (who I've worked with multiple times) was just as great and easy to talk to. Also I worked with Tanya, who is very knowledgeable about the products and what works best for me. Yeah, the prices may be high but it comes with the value and the experience which I think is worth it. The only thing I may not like is just that I have to book my appointments far in advance. I'm usually not the type to complain but I figured I'd share my experience. Long story short, I purchased a cool sculpting package of 16 sessions ($5575.5)... used 12 and was told I transferred 4 over to do lip fillers (2 cycles=1 filler). I scheduled one of the lip fillers in September (they usually last 6-9 months)... told them I would be back the following year in June to use the other. When I called to schedule the appointment, they said my contract expired. I informed them of the situation and how their employee transferred over credits and didn't mention any expiration date. They said they would email the account manager and she would follow up. I called every week and kept getting a different response. Either there was no record of me calling or that the account manager no longer worked there. Called again today to be told that there was an error and they transferred more than what I had and that I used up all my credits already. I'm very organized and write everything down. Someone must have either told me the wrong thing or there was some type of mistake on their end. It's not even about the money, it's about the principal of how they tried to put it on me when clearly they messed up on their end. I would honestly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Made many appointments in the past there like a normal person until Linda decided to let me know when I called last week about the new system. What's that you ask? In December 5, 2015, I had the coolsculpting done in the tummy area. It was explained to me that I could lose up to 30% of body fat. The tech indicated that if I wanted to I could exercise, but it was not necessary for the results. That I would be very happy with this. I paid $4000 and honestly it was so disappointing not seeing any results. I was in a lot of pain the first two weeks that I could hardly sleep. I saw something the first week and nothing else. The sad part is that I went last week for my follow up and after seeing the before and after pictures, there was no change. The technician tried to convince me but I did not see nothing. She tried to say it was because I had gained five pounds. Really! She was rude and did not offer me any alternatives. The customer service was really bad. I paid over $1200 for an area two inches in width and about four in height. My last appointment i was red and bumpy for three weeks. Since finishing off my appointments i have continued to need to go back after being promised my hair removal to be permanent. I pay about $30 every few months after already dropping the initial $1200. My first impression was pretty bad. Let me begin by saying that they try to FORCE their services down your throat; ask all the questions you can while you're there because what they say on the phone is not what they are really offering. You'll find that there are lots of hidden fees and that their "lifetime guarantee" is not really a lifetime guarantee. I've always learned from experience to know what you're getting into and to make sure that you've clarified everything before entering an agreement ... not to mention that their prices are ATROCIOUS for just the smallest bit of removal and they will come up with any reason to say that they're better when in reality they just want your money. They say other places use IPL and that they've been doing this for the longest in the nation. Funny thing is, their agreement says you can not post bad reviews in order to get your money back and fyi other places do it WITHOUT THE IPL for much cheaper. To top it off, the way the woman reacted when I POLITELY told her I needed some time to look over it was inappropriate and 100% unethical. I did not hand her my debit card like she wanted because I was told that it was a free, no-obligation consultation and that is not what it was. She kept insisting and would not let me walk away until I had to harshly refuse and say I was not interested anymore. This kind of service is what pushes me away and like my dad always says, a business that is persistent in persuading you to sign up is not a good business and only want you for your money. Yes, it's a nice, private, clean, nice staff, yada-yada...but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's a scheme, a scam! I paid around $5,000 for 5 areas...it was considered 5 areas just to keep adding thousands but in essence I only had a few coarse hairs here and there on my face, neck, & chest area that I was tired of plucking and didn't want to shave. I was told in the consult that I would get free touch ups for life. Once I came back to sign contract, I was told touch ups would be a small copay. Almost 3 years later: the hairs aren't as coarse, but they STILL grow and now WAY MORE! I went from having 2 or 3 hairs on my jawline, to a full 12 o'clock shadow, peach fuzz so I feel like I HAVE to go get the expensive touch-ups or shave. It's so much hair now that shaving will make my face look like my hubby's. Smh. I can't even afford to get touch-ups in all my original areas for I would be paying hundreds per visit. Keep your money & do a pay as you go deal with another company. I am absolutely ashamed of the way I was handled with Ideal. read more
