If Dr. Austin is this callous towards prospective patients, I have to believe that he would also be less than caring towards patients. I love Dr. T as my primary physician. However, his front desk/office staff makes communication…read moreextremely difficult including scheduling follow up appointments; sending additional lab results to him; and approving Rx refills. I had recheck bloodwork for chronic conditions this summer at my annual. The Dr. told me my medications are ideal and to continue on. Yet - myself and my pharmacy can NOT get them to approve refilling my chronic medication. Medication which is dangerous to just "cold turkey stop." My pharmacy has faxed requests. I have called *during normal office hours* and left voicemails, and yet still I can not get by meds refilled nor my calls returned. Super frustrating when the doctor himself is so fantastic, but his team doesn't follow thru on continuing his level of care (and this is just one example listed above). Otherwise - Dr T is a 5 star doctor in my eyes. I can and will update this review if staff communication and follow through ever improve.
