My services were done at the Druid Hills location, and I elected to have CoolSculpting. I truly regret that decision. I received absolutely no results. I attended every appointment--except for the day I drove an hour to get there and found the doors locked, even though the office had confirmed my appointment. I really wish I had believed the bad reviews. They have offered no help, no solutions, and not even a partial price adjustment despite the lack of results. It feels like they care far more about taking your money than providing real service. Now I'm stuck with over $2,000 in charges and nothing to show for it. The financial stress makes me sick every time I think about it. I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone. As long as they get paid, they do not care whether you are satisfied or not. Ideal image Toco Hills is lovely!! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. I came in for Botox and it was so quick and pain free, I was shocked it was already over. I came in 20 minutes early of my scheduled appointment time, and they took me back to my room early and was out of there in 25 minutes. It was so easy! Ideal Image had some great specials on injectables so I made an appointment online via their website, which took no time at all. I also got an appointment for the next day, which was great. They definitely seem to have their appointment blocks fill up fast, but I think that's to be expected when it's the holidays and they are running specials on procedures. I got to the office a little early and had some paperwork to fill out and the front desk employee was helpful and offered me something to drink. I have no idea what other people are talking about - she was perfectly polite and helpful. I was taken back with Jennifer, my nurse for the appointment, and we discussed my needs, discussed price, and got down to business. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and had a warm personality. I was there for maybe a total of 45 minutes. In all, I did not experience any of the issues others say they've experienced. Some of the previous reviews are from a year ago or more, so that should be taken into account, too. I have zero complaints and will definitely be back. read more

They book appointments with you and tell you to confirm with a 90 minute to confirm in 90 minutes to get a confirmation and then they still cancel your appointment.. if you try to speak to customer service they will just put you on hold then when they pick up their rude and tell you that they will have someone call you back. I've seen Nicole twice and I am excited to continue seeing her for my laser hair removal! I've only had two appointments and the results are way better than what I expected! I read all the reviews and at first was really scared about what I signed myself up for when I couldn't get an appointment. My schedule is crazy so I had to wait 3mo out of signing up to be seen but I haven't had any issues since. My advice would be to go in and schedule in person, schedule after your appointments and download the app to help you keep track of your appointments! I was a little anxious as I had an appointment before reading these comments. I am glad to say that I did not experience anything that was listed. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Greeted me as I walked in and offered anything I needed until I was called back. The nurse was super attentive. Took time to explain and let me ask as many questions as I liked. Walked me through the process step by step and ensured comfortability. I have already scheduled my next appointment. Love this location. Clearly, this company is not what it used to be 10 years ago. I became a lifetime member after having laser hair treatments on several areas of my body, my chin included. It costed me over $8,000. My contract stated clearly the price for each area if and when I need touchup treatments in the future. In 2019, I began getting touchup treatments on my chin and expected to pay $30 for this area as outlined in my contract. They charged me $40 per treatment even after I produced a copy of my contract. I have tried on many occasions to get this corrected. No one has been able to help. They are quick to charge your credit card and slow to refund you a credit. Additionally, they have charged me for a service I did not receive. I was just made aware of this today that a balance is on my account for $80. This is for a bikini touchup service I supposedly gotten in 2019 when I first started my chin touchup treatment. Grant it I only received a touchup treatment for my chin. That bikini touchup appointment was canceled. Apparently, they did not remove my cancel appointment from their system. Who is managing this company? This company clearly does not display good leadership and customer service. From what I have experienced since 2019, they deserve less than one star rating but as you can see this isn't an option, so I have no choice than to give a one-star rating and I am doing this under protest. read more

While this isn't my usual location for treatments, I chose Toco Hills due to their availability which fit my need at the time. Unfortunately, their customer service here is terrible. My technician was ordering Uber eats and mentioned her need to get her food delivered on time before she even greeted me. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional too. There is no greeting, no professionalism and certainly no friendliness. There was an overall bad vibe / attitude. As clients we pay too much to deal with employees that haven't been trained or simply don't care about upholding proper treatment of the customer. This company is trash! I started with them in 2009 and they have completely changed. The customer service is horrible at this location. I went in for a 10:40 appointment that was canceled because they said I was sent an email that I didn't receive. I arrived 20 minutes early and they still wouldn't fit me in. Scheduling is terrible. I've been told that I would get a call back for an appointment and that was a week ago. I was told to use the app, but that didn't have the correct location or option to change locations. Ive had to do the receptionist's job by calling and scheduling all of my appointments after each appointment. If you're looking for laser treatment I'd advise going with someone else. The initial consultation was well done and I was really looking forward to my services. However, when it was time to book the young lady was less than helpful. My first appointment was scheduled for a time I specifically said I couldn't make (she said she would look more closely at the schedule and change it- she would call me in a bit). I never received that call and when I called her she said the next available that I could get was another 3 weeks out. I asked her to cancel the original appointment and explained my disappointment that they were booking so far out. I let them know I would check other locations (Buford) because their location was taking so long. The Sunday before I was receiving reminders about my "upcoming" appointment. Sigh... Long story short it has been 6 weeks since I paid 1500$ and I have yet to be scheduled for treatments. I am appalled at how their helpfulness and demeanor changes once they are paid. Let me share my full and honest experience. I waited a couple of months after my last treatment to remove any emotions from this post. I heard of this location on the radio while launching a promotion of 70% off laser hair removal. Sounded like a good deal so I made an appt. I came in and asked for a quote to treat my bottom, breast, and stomach. I got a quote of damn near $5K for those areas ~$4.7K to be more exact. And to make matters worse I thought I was getting my full stomach done- nope just the upper and lower abdomen (ridiculous). At the time I was very insecure and desperate to start treating my hair problem so I went ahead and signed a contract with them (also super strange that they make you sign a contract for this). My assumption is they do that so that they can have more negotiation power if you ever decide to stop treatments. Anyways they asked for me to put a $1K down payment and the rest needed to go on a credit card before they could start treatments. That ridiculous amount of money was for only 8 treatments btw. It took me almost 2.5 years to pay off. The staff here are wonderful and the only reason I remained coming to this location. The nurses are okay- there was only one nurse that I truly liked coming to (Maya I think was her name). All others weren't the best. The service itself was mediocre- the laser hurt bad and the hair still grew back after my last appointment which was a huge disappointment. For that amount of money I was hoping it was quality work. I tried to schedule a touch up reatment and they said it would be close to $300/ treatment after the 8 were exhausted. That is also insane for $300 I was able to get 8 more treatments at another laser location- which I should mention use better lasers then Ideal Image. My advice is to weigh ALL of your options before choosing a location. I've been to two other laser locations after this and not one had me sign a contract. That way if I chose not to continue I wouldn't be locked down in their rates. There are other very good locations that are more affordable. Hope this post helps someone make a more educated decision. This location is totally unorganized and scheduling is absolutely horrible. My appointment was never recorded after having scheduled it 2 months in advance. A service I was due was supposedly was never recorded on my account but then it was but then it was expired but then..... I call here at least once a month to try to get in and they advise their calendar does not go out that far but then they are booked for 3 months. I need to finish my services here and look for another place. How can I get what I paid for when all the appointments are taken and your services expire within a limited time frame. read more

This is absolutely the worst place to do business. I started my laser hair removal sessions in 2015 with ideal and now that my sessions are all done, the results have been minimal. One consultant actually saw my results and said "if I had to guess, I'd say you saw 0% reduction." She then offered me plenty of solutions, one of them a refund. I find out a few days later that she was no longer employed with the company. I spoke with a new consultant, and went through the same process with her - she gave me two option: 1. a refund that would terminate my membership with them 2. a price adjustment on touch ups [ from $200 to $100 ] I asked for the refund being that this experience is time consuming, painful, expensive, and ineffective. She then calls me back and says that her regional rep is only willing to do the price adjustment. HOW? AND WHY? I have talked to three people about this issue in the last month and have asked that i be contacted by the regional rep and have gotten absolutely nothing from him. Completely unprofessional! I am the perfect candidate for laser hair removal. Their product does not work. Their staff is never consistent. Their customer service is terrible. Completely overpriced. DO NOT COME HERE! I did 6 sessions for $99 from a Groupon on my armpits and it was even better than the $5,000 i've invested in Ideal Image. I've been going to ideal image Buckhead for a while to get my fillers done. This past time, I received two syringes in my lips. Once they settled, my left side was bigger than my right. I called for a follow up appointment, went in this morning, only for the girl to tell me I would have to purchase more for them to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Well I had 4 areas done for about 5K. It was a "half off" deal. I have fair skin and dark hair, and I stay out of the sun (we're talking I go to the pool or beach maybe 5 days out of the year. Staff is nice and they work quickly. Results... not so much. Definitely a decrease in hair. My underarms about 80% gone. Other areas... closer to about 50-60% gone. For a year and a half long program with 9 treatments I thought that more than half of the hair in the treated areas would be gone. Is it worth it? Maybe if you can get a great groupon type deal, but for me, I'm still looking how to get more than half of the hair gone. The hair is definitely less thick, but as far as never shaving or waxing... that's some BS. Be careful with opening up a line of credit, it's a freaking credit card people. I paid most of it within a few months as I didn't want it to mess up my credit score. Just be aware of this little spoken of fact. Also, yes laser hair removal can be painful. I think I was usually sweating by the end of each of my sessions. I bought the Tria laser for under 500 dollars. Going to have to see how that works out for me. read more

I'm only giving one star because it didn't give the option for NO STARS. I made an app back in May 2021 That was for June 21 2021, a Saturday, at the Buford Georgia location. I got an appointment reminder text two days before the appointment to confirm my appointment. I do. A few hours later, around 6 pm, I get a call from them that I assume is for a reminder also, but I was unable to answer and no other attempts were made to contact me. That week I had already taken Saturday off work so I couled plan to be there but I decide to call first, only to discover that the one and only call I missed was to inform me that my appointment had been canceled and no explanation offered. Now, I have been a paying customer since 2008. I have spent well over $8000 for these hair removal treatments and this is the courtesy I'm shown??? This location is the worst. Their communication is 0/10. I can't even tell you how many times I have called for different reasons and told, "We will call you back." And guess what? NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Every time. It's ridiculous. When you spend this insane amount of money somewhere, you expect people to call you back or train the front desk to be able to do things themselves. Why is it that every time I call they can't help? Appointments or prescriptions, they can't do it. They had someone there who said she was trying to "clean house" and help with their issues. Since I had her email from a consult, I would email her when I got frustrated. I tried to email this last time and it returned the email. Guess she's gone. The cool sculpting doesn't work. It IS painful during and especially after. Like for two weeks after. Can't sleep or move without pain. Zero results. Took MONTHS to get a refund for the areas they said they could treat and couldn't. Should be almost done with laser hair removal on my legs, but I still have tons of hair. AND the treatment gets more painful every time. They will give a prescription for numbing gel, when they answer the phone and actually call you back, but it also doesn't work. I use it just incase it helps at all because it is SO painful. But, I don't believe it makes a difference. I don't recommend them to anyone for anything. In my experience, no matter what you have done, it's a scam. Update: STILL having the worst customer service. I called weeks before to make sure they could have plenty of time to call in my prescription for numbing cream before my appointment. Not only was it almost impossible to even get anyone to answer or call me back, they said they called it in-but didn't. So I had to reschedule my appointment. They moved me to ten next Wednesday instead of that Monday. The gel hadn't come. So when I had to move the appointment, the EXTREMELY rude person who answered-Kiana? Told me she wouldn't get me in until APRIL 20TH! Ummmmm what???? I asked to speak to a manager and she said there isn't one. So rude. At this point I was a refund. This is the WORST company. I tried calling the customer service number, but got a recording. I called another location because I will NEVER go back to that one-but they wouldn't get me in until the end of March. AND she told me that the dunwoody location is a lot less busy than they are, so clearly she lied about no openings until April 20th. I decided to get laser treatment done over a year ago, and have to say that I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the results. I would recommend that all women of color beware. The laser treatments may turn your hair white which will prevent any future services from working. Unfortunately, I now have more white hair (which the laser does not pick up and is terribly difficult to remove) than I did black hair when I started. I asked several technicians what they suggested and they all recommended electrolysis. So basically I spent thousands of dollars and a year of treatments only to have to turn around and have electrolysis done. The treatments are painful and each technician has a different method. Unfortunately, I was never able to request the same technical more than once because they seemed to change very often Also, beware of the promotional plan package. It wasn't clearly explained when I signed up and I winded up paying a lot of money in finance charges. They do not give you paperwork on the "promotional plan" at Ideal Image but it is listed on the 3 pages of your bill from Comenity (which most people are not looking for because they are not made aware of it during sign up). Just be sure to read all the fine print and ask a lot of questions. The technicians are nice and friendly but I wouldn't recommend the service. I would suggest skipping this step altogether and just have electrolysis. read more
