So i decided to get my laser treatments done!!!! But why has NO ONE ever mentioned how PAINFUL it is?!?!? In everyone I know that is getting a laser treatment done, by far, no one has told me that it can be a painful process, and I believe Ideal Image is one of the few places that gives prescription for numbing cream! Let me start my saying that my first treatment, I was crying, cursing, and screaming! It was OMG painful! I am sure that on my charts on every session it probably states, very very sensitive! First off, I had numbing cream on, but I applied it like lotion... dont do that!!! Gwap that baby on! and allow it to be on for at least an hour! Is it pricey? YES! At this day and age there are sooo many groupons and deals out for laser that people are like well why pay this much for Ideal image? I will tell you why! A lot of the places that have deals probably either have a few clients that they have burned by going on high settings, give you only a certain amount of treatments such as 5 or 6 for each area, or just are not that great of place. Ideal Image is very confident with their treatment and they abide by their contract. They give roughly 9 treatments (by the way your upper lip will definitely need at least 9-12 treatments) and they guarantee your laser treatment will work!!! Also, after your pregnant, your hair does grow back, and laser is not permanent, but Ideal Image only charges you a co-pay for your entire life for the hair that does grow back (which tends to happen either after pregnancy or years after your treatment). By the way I love Brittany, she is super sweet and did my contract and she goes out of her way to make me feel like I am definitely getting my money's worth! So you read what I wrote above and then your like, well this sounds like it needs a 5 star and not 4, why the 4? The nurses are okay. I love the treatment and the fact that I am going to Ideal Image, I feel very confident with their treatment! But this location, recently they have hired new ppl and to be honest, I am not fond of them. I went to the location in Tampa, and those girls were amazing! I loved them! very detailed and loved their job, but here, with all the new ppl, I just dont like the team as much. So question is, do I recommend it? OFCOURSE! get your laser done, there are soo many pros to it! The only con is that it is painful, but what things are there out there that make you feel sexy, cute, pretty, etc and not have a price? I even think that guys should get laser done on some parts of their body... especially if you are hairy!!! please guys and girls go and get an appointment today!!! I went here for Cool Sculpting. I have to say I'm very disappointed. While everyone there was very nice the results just aren't what they were promised. I'm a pretty healthy person but have the problem pooch after kids. But I eat pretty healthy and I work out. They all looked at me and told me how I was the perfect candidate, how skinny I would be, that my before and after pics would be great for their office and it was going to be great. I never saw any actual before and Afters from their office. Only the stock photos from the cool sculpting brochures. Thank God I got this 25% off but still, this was a lot of money for hardly any result. I was told four smaller areas is better than doing larger areas at a time. When she took them off she told me how good it looked. (The more like a stick of butter the area looks like when it's pulled off the better) this is supposed to mean it got really good suction and more area to freeze. One thing that seemed odd when explained prior to the service was when the one girl said each device would decrease the fat 25% per area. Since I was getting 4 total she said it would be 50% on each side. Well that's not how percentages work. It's still only 25% total loss. Anyway, I've waited months before writing a review just so I could be sure there wasn't anything more that would be working its way out. I think there was a slight loss, but I mean SLIGHT!!! That amount of money isn't something I let go of easily so believe me when I tell you I tried to do everything by the book! I didn't start over eating, I kept my normal routine but I'm far less than pleased. Total waste of money for me. One thing I would like to add. When I went in for my consultation everyone there spoke about how they had had it done and the results were great. The nurse who did my consult was tiny and said she had had about the same volume in her tummy as me. I'm not extremely over weight but in definitely carry most of my weight in my tummy. I feel like they were dishonest about their own results to try and get me to book. The reason I feel so confident is because when I came in for my appointment and got to speaking with the nurse/tech who did my procedure I found out that they had only recently began offering the service and that none of them had even reached their full 60 days post procedure yet. Not even the ones who had gone first. I get wanting business, but lying is not the way to do it. Be honest with your clients and don't give false hope that you can't stand behind yourself. I own my own business and I always try to give realistic expectations. If I can deliver more then that's a bonus. No one likes to be lied to. read more

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I spent over $5000 to get the hair on my face "removed". During the consultation, they showed me pictures of people who had great results. However, I was NOT one of them even though I was an "ideal candidate" as I have dark hair and fair skin. It was only supposed to take 5 treatments with 4 "touch up" treatments covered in the "lifetime membership". I have had 13 treatments and I STILL HAVE TO SHAVE MY FACE! Oh yeah, and they charge you $130 per treatment after the 9 that are covered in the contract. I am still trying to understand how I can sign a contract with a company for them to remove the hair on my face and when the hair is not removed, there is nothing I can do. The absolute worst. Steal your money without an explanation. I had laser and paid full, then one cool sculpting session (originally scheduled 2, but was so dissatisfied with the first one, cancelled the second). I just want to cut ties and be done with this institution, but they tacked on fees and additional charges with no explanation that resulted in charging hundreds of dollars. When I tried calling the office for an explanation of my account, they said a consultant will need to call me back and they don't come in until 11am. Have no faith in receiving a call back, but will definitely be calling constantly to ensure my account is closed and can officially be done doing business with this place. Update: 18 month promotional plan is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I had $100 left on my account but they were not up front and clear on the 18 month plan. They then applied ALL of the accrued interest from that 18 month period to my account (hundreds and hundreds of dollars) that ADDITIONAL interest would be calculated based on this new balance. The credit company and ideal image both said there was nothing they can do. So disappointed in myself for being suckered into this scam - sharing my experience so they can't manipulate other people and flat out steal from their customers going forward. read more

I have been to a couple of different laser treatment centers over the years, and have had decent results. Ideal Image is better. I do have PCOS, and it did eliminate the hair on my upper lip completely. It reduced the hair on my chin and under my chin significantly. Dana, was my tech this visit. She treated me with great care and compassion and made my treatment as comfortable as she could. I so appreciate it! The receptionist was so sweet and smart. I made an appointment for tattoo removal. I took off of work and went to my appointment only to be told they could not help African Americans with this issue. This should have been ironed out on my initial call. I'm sure the girl who took the call, could tell that I was not White. The refer you to this costly dermatologist that they are in business with. The staff and technicians are very nice. I've had about 4 treatments on my bikini area and have seen a dramatic decrease in the amount of hair and regrowth. I was impressed enough to ask about having my underarms done too. After being quoted a ridiculous amount, I declined the service. However, within 2 weeks the promo of "free underarm laser hair removal with purchase of another service at 50% off" was offered. I currently have the package offered at 50% off. What upsets me the most is while offering one "special" they will piggyback another "special/promo" in conjunction with the first, but won't let current clients partake. This is very bad business!!! The prices, even during a promotion, are very high. The fact you won't honor your promos across the board is ridiculous. Either honor the specials, or end one promotion before starting a new one!! Ideal Image has been great for me, I've been getting treated for years although I feel like the hair should be completely gone they suggested that I get my hormone levels checked to find out if this is the culprit for new growth. The embarrasing hair on my face effected my mood, make-up application and even prompted breakouts. I've been getting treated for years and actually live in Gwinnett so the Buford location where I started would be closest but I trek it through traffic just for the service at the Dunwoody location, Tyra who treated me yesterday is just the sweetest! Kianna at the front desk is amazing as well walking me through the process and answering the too-many questions that I had in great detail without hesitation. I simply love this location! For a long time I debated on how should get rid of the hair on my chin and jaw line. As a woman it can be very embarrassing to have facial hair and when people start to make comments, it becomes even worse. The staff at the Perimeter location are awesome. My sessions only last 10 minutes max. I have to admit there are times when it does become uncomfortable but the results are so worth it. I would definitely recommend to all women , being a woman of color I was somewhat hesitant about laser treatment on my face. My final results are amazing , you can't tell that I once had hair bumps on my chin as well as ingrown hairs like a man. I couldn't be more excited from the results. I had received the .cool sculpting to freeze away the fat and during the interview process we where told the we would see results within the 3 sets of treatment that i received, well that was not true... also we were told that we would get a discount, that ALSO WAS NOT TRUE.... each treatment is 750.00 we had 4 treatments used only 3 so when we went back in to talk about the other treatment they did the comparison pictures there was NO CHANGE we had change his diet he is going to the gym 5 times a week and also taking different kind of protein shakes and pills to help still no change, now we start to talk about the refund for the 1 treatment that was not used and then she say well you do not see results until the second set of treatments so i was never told that it would take two sets of treatment WOW... SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT YOU WANT SOMEONE TO SPEND 10,000 FOR TREATMENTS AND THEN YOU CAN SEE A DIFFERENT..... so now i am mad because i would have never received the first set if i would have know that, so they said there nothing they can do about that and we will only get 462.00 back for the last treatment that we did not use so this matter will reach the whole world by the time finish who has 5k sitting around to just give away this place is a scam would never recommend it to no one and i know i can count and 750.00 times 4 is not 4,500 so what am i paying for because it didn't work and no one tried to fix the issue read more

I started a tattoo removal process that I was lead to believe would take 8 treatments to complete. They told me one or two additional treatments might be necessary to ensure it's completely gone. Although they informed me that not all tattoos could be completely removed, they lead me to believe that the possibility of that was highly unlikely. They seemed very confident they could remove my tattoo in 8 sessions with the possibility of 1-2 more. I trusted the name and the professional opinion of the people at Ideal Image so I signed the contract. After my initial 8 treatments, my tattoo wasn't even close to gone. I started paying $110 a treatment for every session after that. There was no communication on the progress each visit; I just assumed since they continued to schedule future appointments for me that there was still some hope that it would be removed. By session 12 I was very concerned, no one was talking to me about the progress and it seemed to me like we still had a long way to go. I asked to speak to a manager so that I could get an update on the progress; She consulted with one of the techs and they informed me that they didn't think my tattoo was ever going to be completely removed... basically, this is as good as it's going to get. I'm not sure when they planned on sharing this information with me! Were they just going to continue to accept my money and waste my time until I said something??? She offered 3 more treatments on the house, which I appreciated but it did nothing. So I ended up completing 15 treatments (close to double what I was told) over the course of almost 3 years, spent over $2100 and my tattoo is faded. Don't waste your time and money! read more

Really Really research cool sculpting before you decide to have it done. I made the mistake of not doing that and totally got roped into a VERY expensive procedure. I am not sure yet if it will be worth it in the long run. They say it takes 3 months to tell, but I was not happy with any of the experience at Ideal Image. They rope you in - like it's all a big mystery. They do not tell you how much it hurts during and they especially don't tell you about the pain that lasts for DAYS after. They do not tell you that you will swell up like a marsh mellow and feel like one too! They don't tell you that it takes 60 minutes per area until you sign on the dotted line. It's a totally humiliating experience. I felt like I had been through the ringer afterwords. I will never set foot in that place again. read more

I am so glad I selected Ideal Image to do my hair removal. They are licensed medical and nursing professionals. With my sensitive and fair skin, I heard stories of "other" laser hair removal businesses burning patients. The staff is super friendly and always on time. After my fifth treatment I would say 80 percent of my hair is gone. I go almost 10 weeks without needing to shave. It was a big investment, but I am worth it. Not having to shave everyday saves me precious time. I highly recommend Ideal Image and plan to get another area done soon. read more

Coolsculpting buyer beware - I had coolsculpting done on my chin. I am 39 and expected really good results based on their pitch and before & after photos. During the initial consultation I had photos taken of me sitting on a stool facing front; turning my entire body 45 degrees and then turning my entire body 90 degrees. I had the coolsculpting done. Paid $1500 for two visits. During the first visit the vacuum sprang a leak about 6 or 7 times, but never came completely off. I informed the lady giving me the treatment that it happened but she didn't seem concerned. She had told me before I started that if it came off entirely they'd have to start over which is why I let her know. After 2 months I came in to have results photos done. The lady took my photos while I was looking straight forward, with only my head turned 45 degrees and my head turned 90 degrees. Of course it's going to look like I had good results when my neck is stretched that far. I didn't say anything at the time but the next day I emailed them saying I wanted new photos taken the exact way the first ones were. I had the new photos taken and it's obvious there is no change. I will not be getting the second treatment done. If that is how they do every before and after photo session it's questionable business practices at best. If you still decide to get coolscupting make sure you take your own photos. read more
