Very aggressive customer service. I called to see what the prices would be like and made it clear that I wasn't sure what I was looking for yet. Was then called at least 3 times a day obnoxiously. I finally answered today and said I wasn't interested any longer. Then got an incredibly disrespectful reply from Sarah saying "Thanks for letting us know after 15 days." I called to make an app, since they answer the phone the receptionist have no idea of most basic things I was asking. Then we arrived at this office and they didn't have the iPad to complete the medical form, they asked for a credit card when we walked in before seen us and told us we can't pay with cash. I write this review very heavily because I am a very cautious and careful person when speaking against others in any way. In this case it is a business I am writing about and unfortunately it will have to be in a negative light because of how terrible my recent overall experience has been with the service and results. My experience of Coolsculpting was far below what I had anticipated, especially considering the reputation that Ideal Image claims about this service. My hope is to prevent others from going through the same disappointment I did. Initial Consultation: The consultation was done virtually. Having previously researched CoolSculpting from their website and others, the results of the procedure seemed very impressive. Having been impressed by the supposed results, my end goal for getting this procedure done was to have my arms shrink up to an inch in size. During the consultation, I received an explanation of the process, and also communicated what I was looking to have done. I made my desires very clear to the consultant and had a lot of questions about how CoolSculpting works, potential risks, and the expected results, but I didn't feel like the consultant took the time to properly address any of them during the consultation (I actually made a lot of follow-up calls later on with the clinic to ask further clarifying health questions). With my intentions shared, the consultant confirmed that my desired results were very possible, and I was encouraged to complete only two cycles of the Coolsculpting to achieve that. After mauling over the positive feedback from the consultation for a few weeks (Even though at the end of the consultation, I did feel like I was being pushed into a decision because of a supposed "special" they were having) I decided to move forward with it. Overall, the consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine conversation about my health and aesthetic goals. Results (or Lack Thereof): When I first inquired about CoolSculpting, I was assured that I would see noticeable results within a few weeks. After a few months, I saw absolutely no significant change. I even followed up with the clinic regarding the lack of results, but my concerns were overall ignored. It feels as though my satisfaction has not been a priority, and I've been given vague responses that don't provide any real answers. Considering the hefty price tag for the procedure, the lack of results has left me feeling incredibly disappointed in this company. Customer Service: To make matters worse, the customer service has been subpar. I initially reached out to their general line to share my complaints which when there seemed to be no real answers, I requested to speak with headquarters. When I was able to finally get in touch with someone from there, communicating my dissatisfaction and desire to end my payments completely (providing payments only for the cycles I've completed), the answers were unsatisfactory, and it felt like they were more interested in brushing me off than addressing my genuine concerns. I was told that there is nothing they can do regarding my concerns of being dissatisfied other than provide me with a credit for another service once payment is completed. They then told me to go back to this clinic where I had the service done to get re-evaluated for a post procedure consultation so they can possibly consider other avenues, so I went into the clinic to do so. In the clinic here, they took pictures of my arms and compared the before and after photos which to no surprise at all, there was no significant difference in my arm sizes. After the consultation was completed, I stayed in the clinic for almost an hour if not more to speak with the manager about my concerns, but no one came out to meet me. I left there frustrated after waiting so long again feeling like I was being brushed off. When I followed up with headquarters about my follow-up, I was again told there is nothing they can do although they have all the power to definitely do something especially after they had the opportunity to review my before and after pictures which indicated no significant difference in my arms. From this back and forth, I've learned that there is a clear lack of communication and transparency at every level of the service from Ideal Image, which also only adds to the overall negative experience. Conclusion: Overall, my experience with Ideal Image for CoolSculpting was a complete disappointment. From the rushed consultation to the lack of post-care and the non-existent results, I cannot in good conscience recommend Ideal image to anyone seeking CoolSculpting or any other cosmetic procedure. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and transparency is simply unacceptable. I feel as though I wasted both my time and money on a service that was promised to deliver visible results but did not live up to expectations at all. The front office staff is very warm and accommodating, the medical staff is knowledgeable and forthcoming and I can't think of anything to complain about. The staff here is incredible - this review is NOT about them. They've been nothing but fun, friendly and helpful my whole treatment. My issue is with Ideal Image as a whole. There is no guarantee your hair will be gone "forever". All my areas of treatment grew back - underarms, jawline, legs, lip, bikini. I never missed a session and I stopped taking Biotin as advised. I've spent around $7,000 in treatment and I still have to shave. It might also be an issue where each person did my hair removal a little different (some marked me up with the pencil and some didn't). So it could be a result of inconsistent treatment. Also, the sales reps should not promise total hair removal to potential customers. It's misleading. Also it's not a lifetime guarantee if you need a spot treatment done. It's a lifetime guarantee with a "small" price. You're locked into a contract, good luck getting any money back if something happens. Save your money and go to a different company. Or just wax. Understand total hair removal might not work for your body/hair type and it can grow back. read more

I would give no stars if Yelp would let me. As a medical professional take it from the reviews on Google, Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, Yelp and Sitejabber. There is a reason this business averaged 1.4 stars. After a two week wait I was finally able to speak to a rep from corporate client services. I was promised that the West Palm location manager, Tina would call me today. Once again Tina did a poor job of representing her company and did not call me. My phone was on all day. I received other calls. I had no missed calls. No calls from Ideal Image on my call log. I have decided, I am going to make an appointment to use the product I purchased, that I did not use, that Ideal Image is holding for me for future use. I will continue to make sure that everyone I have contact with knows about the poor client care of Ideal Image and to stay away. I've learned my lesson.
