Where do I begin? I went 1 day during lunch time, (haven't been there in a while and figured I'd try it), but much to my surprise the one lady that runs the juice bar in the back wasn't there. The lady in the front said she had to leave to do some personal errand. I thought to myself how odd and figured I'd come back another day. Wish I didn't. I eventually went back, ended up spending $35 on 2 sandwiches and a smoothie that was watered down. It tasted like watered-down milk. Honestly, for $9 you could go to Tropical Smoothie, get all the health benefits, and it tastes a million times better! The sandwiches were dry and tasteless. They completely re-did their menu from what it used to be, which was awesome by the way. I don't know how this place stays in business . I called to complain and get my money back, which I did, with no help from the new owner, Chad. I called 3 TIMES before I finally got him on the phone. It was obvious he was dodging my phone call! Not good business practice Chad! Frank, the old owner was much nicer, and much more accommodating. Chad was rude, condescending, and didn't even let me speak. Not a good way to run a business. Did I mention that the lady served me a side of fruit with pickles?? Pickles... MIXED IN WITH THE FRUIT. WHO DOES THIS?? Wouldn't go back if the food was free. This place was my "go too" before I moved to Central Florida in 1998. Always friendly and informative, the cute cafe' serves fresh and delicious meals and snacks. Whenever I'm in the area I drop in for a sentimental experience,, lol... This week I happened to drop in intending to have a quiet look around. As I entered I was met, with exuberant greetings and warm smiles, by Chad, the new owner, and Kate, the super friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. We talked for quite a while, Chad explained that Frank had retired and that he has a passion for health and helping so he stepped in to keep Mother Nature's Pantry in our lives. Thank you Chad! Although I no longer live close, I am thrilled to know that it will be there, and in loving hands, when I get the chance to stop by. I'm looking forward to my next visit already. The person behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. The portion of the tuna salad plate that I ordered was not worth what I was charged, $7.50. It was made with spinach, some cubed cucumber, 3 thin slices of tomato and a small scoop of tuna salad. Not impressed because it should be considered a starters salad, not a meal. My friend ordered the chicken curry salad wrap and luck for her the wrap sizes are standard because you buy them from those restaurant depots. She said ut was tasty but wouldn't come here again. We also ordered a nice made with spinach, carrots, ginger and beets. Bitter, was not tasty. The store had a HUGE selection of vitamins, and other little knick knacks one night want to peruse. read more

They also have some seating where you can order a wrap/salad/juices that are very reasonably priced and quality ingredients. The products in the store are unique and reasonably priced. They carry a variety of health products, skin care, powders, essential oils and anything else you could think of if your a health nut like myself. Been coming to this place for years and slowly quality has been deteriorating... They got rid of veggie chips w sandwiches, often have long wait, and my last sandwich was literally a joke. I've ordered the big Mike probably a hundred times and this time it barely had one slice of turkey. What a shame.... I didn't know this place existed. I was walking to Publix and saw it - walked in and was warmly greeted by the Owner (found out Frank was the owner at the end of our interaction). I had already eaten but wanted to see the menu and look at the dining area for future. The store in the front looked great and the dining area looked charming. As I was leaving, I told Frank I would be back soon with friends. I said the soup smelled delicious and would be great for my husband who has a health condition that makes eating a challenge. Frank said he wanted to give me the soup of the day, minestrone, for my husband. I thanked him but said absolutely not. He insisted and gave me the soup for FREE and said it was his pleasure. My husband said the soup was homemade and delicious. Frank made my day and I will be sure to come back and patronize his business, as well as coming back with family and friends. I noticed that everyone so far has commented on the cafe rather than the store at Mother Natures Pantry. Had the Oprah smoothie which was delicious-- thus I highly recommend it! However, in terms of the store, with other places in the area where natural organic food items, supplements, and health and beauty products, I wonder how the prices can remain as high as they are here. I'd say, if you're looking for great sandwiches and smoothies (food), definitely check this place out. Honestly, if you're looking for vitamins, probiotics, specialty items such as maca powder, chia, and various GF flours, etc., you'll have better luck at Tunies. Horrible experience. I went there with my 2 friends to help support local, small businesses. I ended up purchasing a cookie and local honey. My friend went to use the bathroom in the store, and when she came out, she saw what I purchased, and also wanted to buy some honey. I kindly asked the lady behind the counter (the owner who works there) to please hand me the honey next to her because my friend would like to buy it. The owner looked at me (without a mask on), and gave me a dirty look. She then said, "DON'T EVER TELL ME WHAT TO DO... GET IT YOURSELF!!!". I couldn't believe her reaction and how she was talking me, a customer who just bought from her store. I responded with, "are you joking?!" She then got in my face, pointing her finger to outline her face, "DOES IT LOOK LIKE I'M JOKING?!?!" I was shocked and appalled; I quickly left the store completely disgusted. I would NEVER buy anything from their store or support their business. The owner is completely unprofessional, rude, condescending and does not value her customers. Hidden gem! I stumbled across this place running some errands near my office on my lunch break. I stopped in to get a bite to eat. The ingredients of the wrap I got were fresh and tasty. The owner is very nice and helpful. I asked a question about some possible natural remedies for my dog's ear infection and was surprised at just how helpful he was in providing recommendations and really cared about the situation.
