I would give 0 stars if possible. I put my name on the waiting list before arriving and even completed the full online check-in. I got there right at opening time (8:00 a.m.), and despite being the first one on the list, they ignored that and started assisting people in the order they walked in. The entire purpose of checking in early or joining the waitlist is to be seen in order--but here it's meaningless. They make you go through the process of logging in and checking in, but it doesn't count for anything. Total waste of time and very frustrating. read more

my sinuses are in pain and need an X-ray. I specially called to ask if they had a specific X-ray for the face. The woman on the phone this evening was annoyed that I even asked and answered "we got an X-ray tech", again I asked do they have one for the face. If you were dying and needed assistance you would straight up die in their waiting room and they would not give a single shit. They have an odd check in system and when you ask about it and how you got bumped later even if you waited 2 hours they shrug and just tell you that's the way the system works. This place needs a manager who can delegate and actually make this place a safe space for healing. Front desk lady's whispering and laughing when there is a full waiting room of sick people. Disrespectful. I hope they actually care about patients because from what I've seen they don't and it is a public safety issue. Don't Waste your Time and Money. I went because of an injured right thumb. The Nurse Practioner informed me there was no one to do an xray. She DID NOT even touch my hand. Told me she would refer me to an orthopedic doctor because she didn't have anyone to do the xray. After her brief (5 minutes or less) the assistant came in with a splint. Informed me they only had large splints even though I needed a medium. Called them today to ask for an xray just to be told I had to pay another copay for an xray. I hardly review other type establishments besides food but when I find a place that provided me good service, it's definitely worth sharing. I don't like going to the doctor but when it comes to my health, I'm willing to force myself...lol :) This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting this MD Now location. I normally go to the North Miami one because it's closer to my house but this one is next to my barber and nail salon so I rather do my personal errands all in one area. I made an appointment a week before, walked in, completed a few questions on the IPAD, and within 15 minutes, I was admitted. They gave me shots, took samples including blood and off I go. I was done in about an hour so it was quick and no BS. Great! The other thing that really impressed me was the cost. Before I was admitted, a friendly lady behind the counter sitting in the far back (I think she's the office manager) noticed that I previously had the same procedure before at another location. So instead of charging the full price, she went down the list of the procedures and eliminated the ones that I didn't need plus she gave me a discount for being a returning patient. It was promo that I wasn't aware of and they didn't have to disclose it but she applied it anyway. Long story short, she basically saved me almost $200 from the original bill. Wow! That's impressive customer service. In addition, a week have passed and my results were still not ready. I got a call from the receptionist to have me come back so they can get more blood samples. I told her that I can swing by before work so it would need to be in and out. She said not to worry. I signed in and within a few minutes, I was admitted and done in 15 minutes. Then, I finally got my results in 5 days and everything was fine. It's unfortunate that other folks had a bad experience but I can honestly say, I have no complaints about MD Now so I'll keep coming back. read more

Because I had a really bad back pain and I kept asking for something stronger while I was taking Motrin he sent exactly the same, when it wasn't working. Sometimes the music is extremely laud. Several rude Drs. The one from today Armando A. Cabrera or Carrera told me exactly "He didn't know what a quinoline medication was", I explained since I'm also aware of my allergies", he didn't even introduced himself.... The ones who are latinos want to talk to you in Spanish immediately. They think his word is a law and talk louder to you so you don't explain your situation and just sent medicine for "while you see your Dr." I'm tired of that situation. I hope they evaluate this clinic. Today was not nurse so the Rx technician took my vitals and symptoms. Bathrooms are nasty. read more

Before you go, ask how much the visit will cost ahead of time!!! I had a sinus infection (and Covid) and was charged $340.00. My insurance and copay covered $255 but just got a bill for another $85.00. The doctor never got closer than 3-4 feet from me, and was in the exam room with me for 10 minutes tops. I did get the antibiotic prescription for the sinus infection but I'm shocked at the cost of the visit. read more

We got there early and the appointment didn't help at all, as we still waited 90 minutes to see a doctor. Hello, I've been sick for a week and came to see a physician. Not only was the wait over 4 hours the place was unsanitary, the staff was rude and had an attitude, the focus wasn't on the patient. By the time I waited 2 hours I finally got in the room and the doctor didn't visit to see me until nearly 8pm. I highly recommend AVOIDING this clinic. Two stars - I've experienced better - sounds right, even within the same franchise. The last time I was sick I was treated at their 125th Street location and the doctor was attentive, knowledgeable and even followed up on my visit a couple of days after. This was when I had to go on a long weekend. Their Miami Gardens, though, left a lot to be desired where I should have either waited to go my regular MD or wait the next day to go their 125th Street office. Without breaching HIPPA, I had a skin condition that according to the online medical publications a course of action would be to drain and clean (sorry TMI!!) Although I walked in late, the doctor literally looked at it and said it was a much worse diagnosis. This was without talking to me first or even consulting with the PA/ Nurse. To the organizations credit, she was much more detailed taking the physical, asking questions and even correcting the doctor. As I said, I had a better experience with their other location and will probably use that one if I ever need to. read more

I went to the MD Now in East Delray Beach to be evaluated for injuries sustained in a trip and fall. No One notified me before checking in that they have no Xray capability. I had a fractured wrist 26yrs ago and remember that I was able to flex and extend my fingers and wrist despite the fracture. This time the Dr moved my fingers and wrist and told me "It's not broken". I have facial injuries after face planting on a concrete footpath and rib pain which he did not examine. Fractured zygoma? Who knows? Beside the fact that they are pathetically unequipped to evaluate injuries, how do they tell the difference between a cold and pneumonia if someone comes in with cough and cold symptoms? When I asked about X-rays I was told "They have that at the Boca facility" but was not advised that I should go there and get X-rays. I got a velcro splint for my wrist which may be inadequate if there is a fracture and a Tetanus shot. Otherwise the visit would have been a total waste. I was at this location for the 2nd time yesterday. Service was fast, friendly, efficient, and staff were using proper PPE. I was not in the facility for long at all. I had walked in without an appointment. I reccomend this urgent care for anyone who cannot get to their primary care physician. read more

I've never had such a positive experience at an urgent care, especially not in Miami. They were polite and helpful on the phone to let me know they take my insurance and also to give me a heads up about how long my wait would be. Filling out the form online in advance does nothing to jump you ahead in line btw, it's first come first serve for who arrived in the office in person. Regardless, they got me to the Dr. quickly (45 min wait with like 9 people ahead of me) and the Care he provided was fantastic. I woke up yesterday with strep throat and I was in so much pain. My throat was bleeding it was so blistered. My entire body was swollen and the pain was so bad I could barely stand up or walk to get myself to the appointment. I went in at 4pm yesterday and I woke up today feeling 90% back to my normal self. The Dr. was so compassionate about my pain and very quick to act. I got shots instead of pills so that I would experience faster pain relief and when I nearly passed out from the needle 3 diff staff members came in to help me, which was embarrassing for me, but greatly appreciated none the less. I never leave reviews, I like to be positive with everything I encounter. However, I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I came in because of a rash I had on my leg from an allergic reaction that was getting worse. The lady at the front desk took my insurance card, charged me $40 and told me to sit down. I saw a nurse and then waited 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. When he finally was able to see me, I showed him the rash and he looked very confused. He had no idea what it was and just prescribed steroids and a cream (which did not help AT ALL). A week past and I just decided to heal the rash naturally with essential oils and a healthy diet. I looked at my bank statement after 2 weeks and saw that they charged me $123 on TOP of the $40. I was shocked, not only did they fail to mention that to me, but the service was horrible. I called to ask why and the guy in the front desk transferred me to another department, the lady said she will have the manager call me back to see if they could help and they never did. They should have notified me before taking me in that they would be charging me $100+, some people, like me, are in college and cannot afford charges like that with no warning! read more

I chose this place after another urgent care center receptionist recommended it! And I'm so glad I did. Filling out paperwork and sorting out insurance took less than 10 minutes and within seconds I was already being treated. The front desk staff was cordial, but who has time to crack jokes with someone in pain? Their medical assistants were professional and well-informed, probably a benefit of working closely with the doctors. My doctor was the best! Dr. Laboy has Great bedside manner, able to make light of the situation and very funny. If he ever decides to do primary care I definitely would be a patient. Like the previous reviewer said, it's very clean, new an offers several alternative amenities. Including an on-site pharmacy. This place is great! read more

Dr. Tara Solomon and her staff does not have any education on how to provide good, responsible, and professional customer service. They failed to be human kind on understanding the urgent matter of the medical needs and conditions of their patients. If there were audit agency that could perform a study on this provider clinics it would immediately force it to close it down and remove all the licenses for the medical practitioner. It is very sad to see this treatment on people that suppose to provide such urgent medical service. This is my 3rd visit to this facility in a year time and have seen it consistently run this way. One thing I must say is that I make it a point to get there early when they first open. I have always come here when I feel sick. But this time, I did not have anyone to help me for the past 30 min. I usually only come to the doctors once I feel like the regular pain killers are not helping (2-3 days). I came to the office expecting at least a question about how I was feeling and issues that may actually occur. The doctor that came in to check my symptoms after 30 minutes and spent about 2 minutes listening AND saying it was nothing major. I have been coughing with shortness of breath and waking up at 4 am for the past 4 days and the doctor gives me ibuprofen and over the counter drugs. Not asking if the drugs works for me or if I was even familiar with its dosage. This place is not what it used to be! Please be aware that from the front desk to the doctor's office, being a patient there means absolutely nothing. read more

Had an appointment for my mom for 9:15am and had to wait nearly an hour to be seen, so my issue is what's the purpose of providing and appointment if they had no intention to honor it.
