This place is in a great location and is very spacious inside to sit down and eat. There were even a few folks working from laptops there. Service was quick and friendly, though I hopped in line behind only one group and after me about 4 more groups got in line. I'm a big fan of seasonal options but since I now live in Seattle, I like to see what a coffee shop has on its regular menu that is different and unique as that can often be the thing that's so good to locals the coffee shop has to keep it on their regular menu. Ordered a drip coffee with just dairy bc I wanted to taste the quality of what they are using for coffee. I like my coffee to be top of the line. For the price we paid $4 for a small, you'd think it was the best. Sadly, the coffee tastes bitter and lacks smoothness and depth. Service was ok it was just a small coffee. The place is huge for coffee shop ambiance. It's a large wide open space lacking coziness if it was clean. Two stars for that. read more

I went to the identity coffee inside of Waterville Valley ski resort. They serve coffee, typical coffee shop food (bagels, etc...), and healthy smoothies. I have eaten here before, and it was great. This morning, online ordered two coffees and one bagel. Waited almost ONE HOUR for two drinks and one bagel with cream cheese. We received two coffees that were each over $7, with no ice, that tastes horrendous. It is burnt, tastes like nothing when we ordered pumpkin flavoring, and wasn't even completely full when we got it. Second, my bagel was cold when it was given to me, and they didn't even put the cream cheese on it? Are we so serious? $7 coffees each, and $5 for a cold bagel that I have to spread myself. Not returning, and feeling really let down that I waited an hour, paid an exceptional amount, and got a coffee that looked and tasted like trash. read more

This place is the biggest rip off of all time $10 for a bacon egg and cheese with one slice of bacon that is halfway cooked and the egg itself is just a slab and they claim it was freshly cooked The egg was a brick and wobbly and disgusting. It was worse than a Duncan egg and it cost five times that price never come here unless you are looking to spend way too much money on really bad food. read more

I want to love this place - it's cute, great location and nicely seasonal drinks. However, the service is insanely slow with a complete lack of any urgency. Lines to order and to get drinks made on the weekend were 6-8 families deep - be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for average coffee. $60 for my family to get Avocado toast. It was not toasted. Not salted. No seasoning. No effort. The ones that added an egg on top came out with an ice cold square fake egg patty. This was the worst Avacado toast any of us have ever eaten. I went up to the counter and requested salt, pepper and any seasoning the kitchen could offer. It looks edible in this photo. But that's after we tried to make it have flavor and seasoned it ourself. It was ice cold. This was not worth $60! No effort at all. So disappointed. read more

This place is amazing! Located directly across from a beautiful lake setting. The coffee/lattes were smooth, not bitter or overpowering. The baristas were very kind and helpful. Their food is delicious and they even offer Gluten Free bread and bakery items! I highly recommend adding this to list of places to visit. read more
