I was also being charged for the tablet with a new phone line for the tablet. Thankfully, a trip to a Comcast owned store resolved my issues.

Over the course of three months I was given every excuse from we are on vacation to we had to order new print heads to can we not put your computer back together because it's not going to work but we would like to keep it. I recommend epson to remove this place from their list of repair shops. They are clearly only use to doing business with a certain type of people that I'm not a part of. It was extremely disappointing to receive the type of service that I did. The lack of people inside the business and the communication within the operation should have been an immediate red flag.....if your printers serviced I would stay far away from this place if your looking for common decency customer service. I would have given them no stars if it was possible. They were very nasty to me. It's now almost March and I'm just now able to pick up my printers that are not repaired with a $400 bill. But, today, with a dead battery, I have to change this rating to 2-stars and complain. They expect customers to somehow carry the dead battery back to their store where they say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for them to run tests to determine if the warranty claim will be honored. In my case, the warranty runs out in 3 more years, 2025. But, I am told by them NOT to get my vehicle jump started because that could interfere with their testing. Furthermore, they say that it would mean leaving my battery-less vehicle abandoned in their shopping center parking lot for 24-48 hours with no security. Since I have purchased vehicle batteries from other places and never run into such an arcane, inconvenient process to exercise the battery warranty for replacement, I feel I have no other choice but to write this as a warning to prospective customers. Do NOT buy a vehicle battery from here UNLESS you already have more than one vehicle. Because, if you only have one vehicle and their battery dies, it's not going to be easy to get a replacement. FYI, I also called the HQ of Batteries+ and they told me the same thing. In my opinion, this policy is designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights under the warranty and should be investigated by the proper authorities.

In Silicon Valley, you can't throw a rock without hitting some form of consumer electronics store and we have a plethora of sources for computer parts. Ended up needing some unanticipated cables and miscellaneous parts in a pinch, called them and even though it was after closing time, they were still there, agreed to wait ~20 minutes for our arrival (nearly an hour after their closing time) and took great care of us. Saved a ~1.5 hour round trip to the nearest big box CE store and prices were significantly lower (one of the cables we needed was 1/2 the price). Seems to be a mom and pop, the woman on the phone struggled a bit with English, which wasn't confidence inspiring before we got there, but everything worked out great, so just be patient with her on the phone if needed.
