Why are they making appointments if the office is closed on those days??? Then there was no number to call for help. I made an appointment for TSA precheck online. Filled out the questionnaire and it tells you all the paperwork that needs to be brought in. When I arrived there was only 1 other person there! Not crowded at all. The lady signed us in and took me in right away. I presented her with all the necessary documents, did my fingerprints, took my picture, paid and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Seriously. Super fast! The lady was super nice and informative and let me know exactly what would happen next. Definitely recommend this location. read more

I arrived about 15 minutes early for the appointment I had made online. This ended up being a staffing agency which seemed odd. The technician arrived over an hour late due to her "personal issues" and claimed to take appointments in the order they were scheduled. Unfortunately the two individuals handling the order of appointments seemed to have different approaches which resulted in several people with and without appointments to be seen before me. There were several individuals who got frustrated with their poor management and simply left. I would definitely not recommend this office if you can avoid it. read more

Woman who works there is nice and friendly. However, the process of assisting people with appointments & walk-ins is stupid which makes it inefficient, frustrating, and a bad experience. I did not have an appointment so walked in to find one lady (call her #1) waiting while a man was being enrolled. In about 10 minutes, man came out so woman was next at 11:50. About this time, the noon appointment (#2) walked in. 5 minutes later, a couple walked in (#3 & #4), then a man (#5), then another man (#6). In just a little over 5 minutes, the very small waiting area was now packed with 6 people. It would have been fine if they all had appointments and were on time/early. However, the worker came out at noon and took the people that were almost an HOUR LATE FIRST! Not even the noon appointment. Where is her logic?!!!! This woman makes everyone late by pushing them to the end of the line to accommodate those that strolled in as they pleased. Even these people were shocked that they got served first. So a person who misses his/her appointment can come in anytime? WTH? Fast forward an hour,... Instead of asking if I had been pre-enrolled to pull up my application which I had completed online, she took my passport and started typing. She didn't want my pre-enroll ID, saying she had already started so she would have to cancel to bring up my application. What would have been about 5 minutes (fingerprint, picture, pay), I had to sit there answering each of the questions she asked (SSN, address, weight, hair color, etc...) THEN verifying what she'd typed. Not only the time I spent filling out the application at home was wasted, but now I had to spend extra time checking her inputs and having her fix her mistakes. WTH? However, when it was my turn to get fingerprinted the staff member was really friendly that I forgot all about the wait. Very friendly customer service! Very pleasant process from making an appointment online to completion of my appointment. I originally wanted to get a sooner appointment at a location closer to me, but this location in Garden Grove had the nearest date appointment. It's conveniently located right off the 22 freeway (off Haster). Parking is free, and the office is located in a business plaza. Definitely make an appointment! I walked in and saw 4 people in there waiting. 3 of them did not have an appointment, and the agent told them they were no longer taking walk-ins (this was at 3pm), but one of the people said they were going to take their chance by waiting (the other two left and said they'd make an appointment). Once I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before being seen and most of the appointment consisted of confirming my information that I entered online when I made my appointment. In total, I was there for about 20 minutes. It's an extremely small office with one small room (10'x10') with one agent handling applicants, so be prepared to wait a very long time and taking a backseat to those with appointments. The agent I worked with was professional, kind, and respectful of my time. Glad they take credit card payments! It's only been one week since my appointment, but I already received my TSA Known Traveler Number! read more

My girlfriend and I recently planned a trip and figured it would be a great time to get TSA Pre-Check. The process of finding this location is simple enough. However I would recommend going to ANY OTHER LOCATION. Peter was the scumbag who opened the door that was locked during business hours, he us was extremely rude and short. He lacked people skills, talking to us like we were some sort of prisoner of war. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. He was extremely inconsiderate and incompetent. I am not sure if he was special needs, but he clearly could tell we were agitated but continued to be a prick. Just avoid the headache and go to any other location. read more

When I first walked in I was greeted kindly and was asked to show my birth certificate and passport. Next they informed me there were two people ahead of me which had earlier appointments; in which I understood. Not long after, I was seated in the office and did my fingerprints and questions. The ladies there were very kind and professional, and I didn't feel rushed at all. There was a lady who was 3 hours late for her appointment, and asked if she could be seen. They told her that since she was late, she has to be considered a walk-in. This office know how to prioritize customers with their appointments and walk-ins. One of the girls there who helped me with my application and fingerprints seemed fairly new to the process, but there wasn't a problem. I was patient and everything went very smooth. I couldn't stress enough about the good mannerism they had and the small talk we had. All in all, I highly recommend this place for your Pre-TSA Enrollment! read more

I had made an appointment to get my FBI paper card. I didn't pay online in advance, because it said online when you register for the appointment that you can pay in person using credit card. When I got there, their credit card machine was down. The lady there tells me I can't give them cash, but I can give them a check (even though on their website it said NO checks, so that's why I didn't bring my checkbook). Then she proceeds to spend the next 45 minutes trying to figure out how to fix the credit card machine. I asked if they could just let me mail them a check the following day, but they refused. I am very upset with how I was treated. Their card machine being down is NOT my fault, but they treated me as such, and so I left without getting my FBI paper card. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you need this service, because there is a chance you will just waste over an hour of your time like I did. They need to learn how to accommodate their customers if there's an ERROR that's on THEM, rather than taking it out on the customer. read more

This place was a joke. Made two separate appointments for TSA precheck and both times their internet was down. They had known for hours and didn't call to cancel the upcoming appointments. They left a room full of people waiting for almost an hour before they told us to leave and just reschedule (again). We were told to return during walk-in hours which are during the regular work day at 9am and 2pm. Not possible if you actually have a job. I would not recommend them to anyone. Try your luck at John Wayne Airport for TSA precheck. Very young and underqualified staff. Just kind of shrugged their shoulders and pushed us out the door. read more
