8/23/2022. Today, I…read morereceived a telephone call from John the co-owner of Corporate Travel. John wanted to apologize to us for the poor service we received from Corporate Travel since my original review was posted. John explained many areas of his business with his brother in law as a family business and how prior to the Pandemic, they had a thriving business with 100 employees. They had spent a great deal of money switching to an "off site" computer storage company that went out of business at the end of March 2020 after the shut down and lost a great bit of information with all those who were to be traveling, the postponements, not getting their monies back from all the commitments they had throughout Europe etc. None of that was my fault, but he wanted to let me know that basically their business had very little income if any income for those 2 years and yet somehow they were able to provide a service to us. I fully agreed. I think John told me that they had 18 employees now and that when they had to lay off their employees at the beginning of the Pandemic (some who had been long term employees) and that they reached out to other businesses to help ease this transition for these employees. Yes it was the Christian thing to do as John stated. I reiterated my points on how his company changed and still in my opinion, not for the better. The frustration level of receiving an email but not from anyone in specific! John knew nothing of this and was very sympathetic to our frustration. John wishes I would have reached out to him, in retrospect he is correct. For that I am sorry. That's why I am raising this review to a 4 stars. Even my wife said, that if the Diocese of Saginaw ever took another trip (possibly Rome or Jerusalem) that we would consider it if our friends (new friends from the Oberammergau trip or our good friends from Bay City) were going. Plus if I have concerns, now I have John's extension and he said that in the future if I have problems to give him a call. I surely will! Thank you John for reaching out, wish I had done the same.

I ordered my pictures 3 weeks before my daughter's open house and I ordered them express. I sent…read morethe pictures back to you certified mail because you didn't get them back to me in a timely manner before my daughter's open house and the pictures were edited wrong and you can't see the graduation date on her diploma. Don't trust this lady for anything who is looking to use her. Prices are cheap but that comes with a price!!!

I can't say enough great things about this place....Tammy our photographer was nothing but…read moreamazing, kind, and patient....My family of 9 never felt rushed or pressured we took multiple poses and she even allowed us to change clothes if we wanted....a little small but we walked out laughing and smiling because our experience was great....my daughter who will be graduating soon said that this is where she wanted her high school graduation pics....and you know how picky teens can be....I recommend That Personal Touch Photograpy to all of you readers you want be disappointed!!!
