She had a negative attitude from the start. Fortunately others like Glen are helpful and polite, but this employee needs to go for the sake of this PO's reputation!

When I asked who had canceled them, the employee simply replied, "I don't know; I was just told to inform anyone who came in that appointments were canceled." He explained that he was the only staff member working at 1 p.m. today. I understand staffing issues can arise, but there was no prior communication about the cancellation, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. Better communication and planning would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
