Veronika is one of those event planners that gives you the wedding that you have always dreamed of. Her outstanding service is the reason I will be coming back to her for future events. My groom and I prided ourselves on thinking that we had covered everything between the two of us in the months leading up to the big day. But we decided to connect with Veronika with iPlanEvents for the home stretch just to make sure that we have covered all the bases and so that we (and our family members) wouldn't have to worry about anything on the day of. To say the least, we were thankful for Veronika, She is an understatement. She was one of the first people in my bridal suite in the early the morning (and a great energy & emergency kit to have around, at that!), and the last person we said goodnight to. She is always on top of things, and her multi tasking skills are great, she notices everything. To give one example of many, one thing we never could have planned for was wind. Yes you heard me say this, THE WIDN. With half our wedding planned for outdoors, this could have been a disaster. Instead, it was something we never heard or thought about until Veronika made proper arrangements for us to have a flawless day. I mean who in their mind would want to running around the parking lot to chase down every one of our favors which could have blew in every direction. Veronika has commanded our vendor team for the flawless orchestration of moving 1/2 our dining tables and dance floor indoors, with most of our guests (200+) having no idea of the change, and so smoothly that everyone thought it was always the plan. Thank you so much for making it go smoothly, honestly this was the one thing I was very worried about. All of our wedding party and vendors complimented on Veronika and her team beyond just "great," to "one of the most professional, and lovely coordinators" they had ever encountered. From help with planning, to last minute decoration details, to finding us a mid-wedding snack ... we knew at every turn that Wendy had our best interest at her full attention. She continued to surprise us with things we hadn't thought of that added to the happiness and memories of the day. I guarantee if you work with her that you will find the same. I've known Veronika for many years and this year I'm tying the knot. iDesign Events are great people that are honest and they do over 40 weddings each year. They provide everything from linens to rentals and my fiancé both knew we had to make an appointment with Veronica and her great team. Anything from staffing to clean up crew to even babysitters, she has everything available. Veronica and Victoria and their staff absolutely exceeded all of my and my fiancé's expectations. They created our dream flowers and other decor for our wedding. Keep in mind weddings can get extremely expensive but because I Design Events owns all their linens/products and they have an in-studio florist they were able to help us with our budget as we were paying for the wedding ourselves. Meeting with Veronica and Victoria was a real treat. Their large Sacramento studio is very modern and is a comfortable place to meet and look at samples of flowers and other items with lots of choices to choose from. And with the 5000 ft² warehouse next door she was able to bring things out that we were looking for. Together we looked at hundreds of pictures from Pinterest that my fiancé picked out. Veronica was able to guide us towards some ideas that would accommodate our venue and our color preference as well as working with our budget. Victoria and Veronica really know their craft, and this is all they do full-time, pouring their heart and soul into their work to make our special day the most memorable and not just rushing through the job but taking the stress off our shoulders and taking care of all the little details so we could feel at ease. Veronika responds very quickly to emails phone calls and messages, even in the evenings. Veronica understands that when you're planning a wedding you can't wait till tomorrow, there's just some questions you want answers to today. I've had the pleasure to work with I Design several times in the past six years. Veronika is an extremely talented individual who offers a huge selection and variety of decor. I choose to continue to work with her because she's never pushy, she truly listens to my ideas and concerns, gives her professional input when needed, and literally turns my vision into a reality each and every time. I Design staff is extremely time efficient with setting up and breaking down which makes each event a lot less stressful for me. I found Veronika and spoke with her on the phone originally. The conversation was great and she was very friendly. Me and my family drove to Sacramento to her studio to design my event and make out a detailed contract of every item. At her studio she was not as nice as she was on the phone but I let it slide and continued to work with her. Every conversation after that she was rude and condescending but my event was getting too close and I just had to stick it out with her because I didn't have time to get a new decorator. She was upset that she couldn't work with just me and that I included my entire family throughout the process. Fast forward to event day. The night before she called me and tried to move the set up time to noon when the party needed to be ready to go by 5! We begged her to come at the original time and she did. She brought 2 young people with her who were setting up the event and veronika went missing for hours! I was at the hall for an hour wondering where she was and her helpers had no idea. I finally left to get ready and came back about an hour before my event started. I came back to the hall to find that veronika had set up the wrong center pieces, the wrong napkins, and the wrong couch. The couch was green and nothing in my event was green!! The couch was suppose to be gold and ivory but instead it was gold and velvet green. There were also suppose to be 2 large lanterns on the stage! When my mom went and told her everything that was wrong she said there is nothing we can do about it now. She could have brought the right items to start with and if she wasn't missing for hours she could have gone to get the right items. I'm very disappointed with her work. The sisters at iDesign event studios Veronica and Victoria are outstanding they worked with my husband and my I should say soon-to-be husband and somewhat often think scattered all over wedding party. As you're probably experiencing yourself planning a wedding is extremely stressful on top of the full-time job and many other expectations and curveballs that life throws at you. I was however very excited to be engaged but planning my wedding I thought I knew what I was doing but I have a full-time job and I don't want to put my life on hold. Therefore we made an adjustment to our budget to fit the team of event planners Veronika and Victoria were generally interested and what we were envisioning for our wedding and our reception of course keeping our budget in mind. When we gave them the broad parameters of the kind of event we had in mind they quickly picked up on what we were going for and suggested several great ideas that we haven't thought of and that would better help with our budget. From our initial conversation to planning the menu and juggling multiple vendors and errands the team I'm I design event studios was very responsible super responsive and always helpful with suggestions. I'm so happy to know this is Veronica's full-time job she's not a nurse she doesn't have another huge job or responsibility that is demanded and I'm so happy she's a full-time event planner extraordinaire. loved working with Veronika and her great team! She really exceeded my expectations. Her team was on time, ready to help set up, they event went further they what was expected. What is so great about her is that she isn't just a florist, or a rental company that you have to set up all by yourself. She is a designer, an event designer that is. She really has a eye for design and decoration as well as event management. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted my wedding and reception to look like and she delivered. My bouquet flowers were so beautiful,fresh and dramatic. I really wanted something that was grand and not cookie cutter like everyone else's wedding. My bridesmaid bouquets were also way more beautiful than I expected. We also ordered charger plates to make the tables look more complete and the cost of the chargers were lower then the big box rental places, she knew where to pull the strings to help with our budget. The centerpieces were perfect. We had floating candles and normal candles with flowers intermixed with every other table having a different look. And the flowers lasted for almost 7 days after we took them home! My mom loved it. She also covered our cake in a cascade of flowers which was so spectacular using 82 roses! I have never seen so many flowers on a cake a one time. We also rented a red runner for the church from iDesign Events which was beautiful as well, covered with white petals. Veronika and her team made pretty bows out of ribbon for the isles and decorated the candelabras up front with flowers. I just hired her for my wedding , at first she was nice etc and then I wanted this back drop for my wedding and she end up booking someone else for it when I have chosen it 5 months in advance then she ends up telling me oh we can make you one and it will cost extra money. Her skimmy lies shit, then I end up hiring her fortwo days. I paid her most of the money and ran our of money she wanted cash or else she said she will be charging me more. From 499 backdrop-- i end up being charged 1500. But I wasnt able to pay her 100 of the 2900 I already given her and for that she gave me hard time, and also refuse to do my event decor. She said oh i cant do this that you called me " I was with my grandma" etc like wth did i know and sooooooo what bitch! Then she told me oh i will charge 100 for every thing you add or take out and late chaarges!!! all my money went in waste. she doesnt even decor the way it's in pictures! DO NOT sign anything or even think of giving her a deposit unless you are 100% sure that you want to proceed with this fraudulent lady and business. Additionally, she does not have a lot of the items her website states that she has. She is not out there to personalize your event or make your special day memorable but she is out there to get you and rip you off. Extremely grateful for the service iDesign director and team provided. Flowers were extremely reasonably priced compared to other venders. After shopping around iDesign were the best for what money could buy. Our backdrop was jaw-dropping Stunning! Linens were in great shape and many family members and guests who attended our wedding noted how lovely, warm, and overall top notch the Decor was. Nika helped me chose colors and style that complimented both the bridal party dresses and my theme But also weren't "overkill." Overall I am extremely happy with Nika's design talent as well as expertise in helping navigate what is an overwhelming array of options or possibilities. We are so glad we found Veronika and her team 30 days before our wedding reception. Yes I know it's crazy however we had an unexpected turn of events and we had to change our venue. Veronika was able to meet with us the next day and was able to give us options that better fit our budget and our needs without racking up the price as a lot of last-minute Florist and decor people have been doing. She showed us what she had in stock in her big warehouse about 5000 square feet and she has Pleasant very nice modern samp , samples in the beautiful showroom. When I got engaged, I wanted to plan out the perfect wedding, and being the perfectionist I am, I couldn't trust anyone to help with the wedding planning. Then, a good friend of mine recommended iDesign Events, saying that they will do everything for me and will create the perfect wedding for me. I decided to check it out, and I think that was the best choice I've ever made (other than saying "yes" to my boyfriend). We hired iDesign Events to decorate the lounge area for our wedding, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Veronika was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning. When one of our other vendors arrived late, she and her team immediately stepped in without hesitation. They went above and beyond, staying after their own delivery to help another team with setup--something I only learned about later from my planner. It was so thoughtful and generous of them to do all of that when they truly didn't have to. The flower wall and moss wall were a huge hit at our wedding. Our guests couldn't get enough of taking photos in front of them. Wow, what can I start? If I could give Veronika 10 stars I would she went beyond in above the invoice rental agreement. First of all as a young couple we don't know what to expect when it comes to planning our wedding and reception, especially on the day of besides being happy and smiley. One of our vendors, which is our family friend cater was late to the reception set up Veronika and her team after they were done setting up the decor they were able to quickly help our family cater friend set up their table and their station. This was barely noticeable because Veronika and her team were very quick to set up quietly and kindly, while the ceremony was going on to the side. that's the type of person you need when it comes to being there 100% on the day of.
