Dr. Idriss has the gift of healing. I came to him with severe neck, shoulder, and back pain. I was completely miserable and overweight bc of it. He assured me that I will feel better. He also assured me that he wouldn't break my neck either bc I was seriously scared about getting my neck adjusted. As soon as he gave me a full body adjustment, I was completely shocked. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I was so scared to see a chiroprator Dr. Idriss made me feel comfortable and safe.. the staff is very kind and helpful too. I have had paim for nearly 13 years and not a single doctor could help or give me an answer. After my husband convienced me to just go and try..... Dr Idriss new where my pain was right away. He could tell just by looking at me!!! I am highly satisfied with Dr. Idriss' care and his staff. They are kind and professional. I was able to be seen very last minute and have been receiving care for a few weeks now. My schedule is hectic and it is very helpful that they are able to accommodate me & have me in and out every time without compromising care. I went in with a level 8 pain & I am now at a 3. After my first visit I felt immediate relief. I am now able to do things I wasn't able to do before like sit for long periods of time, and I no longer have the constant lower back pain. Had a little run in with them resulting in a unprofessional customer service. On 04/05/21 I called them to ask if they take Kaiser Permanente through Ashlink (American Specialty Health) since Kaiser uses 3rd party for their chiropractor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me to emailed them my kp member card which I did. The 2 days later I recieved an email that basically said they don't accept Kaiser. I then called again to ask the reason why despite being under Ashlink through Kaiser. They did not provide a reason and simply hang up. At the point I thought something was wrong with my Kaiser so I called Ashlink themselves and they confirm that my Kaiser is valid and that this practice is under contract with them and is obligated to take Kaiser patients. So a ASH representative called the practice directly and ask the doctor themselves as to why he is not taking patients from Kaiser despite being under contract with Ashlink and they are obligated to do so. Here is why I am not to happy. The doctor himself with a very annoyed and upset tone said that Kaiser does not pay them after he bill and he will NOT take any Kaiser patients. He repeatedly said he will not in a mean way (I was on the phone in a 3 way call while ASH spoke with him, I didn't say anything through the whole conversation). And as a Kaiser patients I feel so unwelcome since his tone was mean.The ASH rep repeatedly mention that he has to go through the right channel to cancel the contract with them in order to not take any Kaiser and that he can not just not take Kaiser while he is under contract. He refuse so we hung up and the ASH rep lady apologized and set me up with a different practice. In summary poor communication from the practice to patient, being very mean when being question, violating term of contract with THEIR OWN service provider. So despite having an insurance that they "accept" I would double check with them to be sure if you decide to choose them otherwise there is plenty around the area. read more

Dr Idriss and his staff are amazing. During the recent pandemic, I was sketchy getting treated through the quarantine but they are professional and practice social distancing at its finest. Been coming here since my car accident and I have to say the whole staff is very friendly! It's a team of four that work here and every single one is very courteous and quick! I'm usually in and out of here in less than an hour and it includes an electrical muscle stimulation and is followed by a massage to loosen the muscles further. I have had severe lower back pain for about five days and i couldn't take it anymore so i went on Yelp and found this place and i was so glad they were close by. Everyone there was so nice and they even had Disney music playing which was awesome cause I'm a big Disney fan lol. The massage was amazing i wish it was longer lol. I am so glad that my husband found Idriss Chiropractic! We were looking on yelp to find a chiropractor for my mother-in-law and I. Since I had prior experience working at a chiropractor office, I was the natural guinea pig. I came in with mid back pain. Every time I bend over, I felt a pinching feeling near my spine. After 3 weeks of that same feeling and not being able to bend over, I felt it was time. Dr. Idriss was direct in his analysis, with drops of humor here and there. Each office visit consist of electro therapy, 5-minute massage, and adjustment from the doctor. No pressure to buy. The staff and doctor serviced the patients in a timely manner. For my 4 visits so far, the staffs were very timely. When the doctor was running a bit behind on schedule, he apologized for being late. I appreciate that the doctor respect his patients' time! By the 4th session, I feel 90% healed. The biofreeze the doctor gave me really helped last me through the weekend that his office was not open. The office ladies are all courteous and helpful. For cash price of $60 an office visit, I think it is well worth the price and the time you spend there. Of course, if you buy in packages, the price drops per visit. I was raving so much about this place, my husband is considering going here as well. If you are feeling pain, you must give this place a try. I was referred to Idriss chiropractic by my brother in law. My pain was in my lower back going to my right leg as if someone is pulling on my main nerves. I couldn't sit in the car for more than 10 minutes without pain. Called my káiser doctor and started going for over a month with no improvements. My first visit to this office was almost like dream come true. Dr Idriss pushed my limits and I did feel lots of pain but when I walked out of the office pain was much less and I tried to walk slowly not to trigger it back again. it was gone at least by 50%. I would like to start with stating that the Dr's staff was very friendly. His facility was also very clean and well organized. With that said I filled out my paperwork and was seen almost immediately. All sounds pretty good at this point. After receiving two forms of treatment (electrical and massage) I saw the doctor and after him performing a cursory glance at my situation began "selling me" his program. He advised me that my situation was long term and he had a "12 visit program" that was reduced from 60 a visit to 50 when prepaid. My neck was the problem and and after his "adjustment" (of which didn't include my neck) I paid my initial new patient fee of 80 and left with the same amount of pain I came in with. He did not explain to me what was wrong and he "rejected" my thoughts on what had happened. You might think that I am submitting this because I think he is bad. I am sure that he is very good at what he does however, for me I feel I visited a business and not a place that the results would be the priority...more so the bottom line. My pain was pretty severe. I could not move my head and was in a state where I could walk but not really function. I sought another chiropractor near my work and he not only identified the problem but after about an hour of him working on me reduced my pain by 90% and my range of motion by 20%. I realize that no one is perfect but for this brother to allow me to walk out of his office without even asking me if I felt better made me understand that I should be listening to my gut feeling that this place was not for me. I was not prescribed any pain medication by the current chiropractor. My relief has come from manipulation, adjustments, hot and cold applications. I will meet with him on Friday and he expects that my situation will be resolved with this visit GOD Willing. I am not a hater, I am just taking the time to advise people that a 5 star rating does not mean that your situation will fit. Ultimately I think we all are looking for results. read more

What can I say.....this place hands down is the best place. I was in a major car accident that required spine surgery. I started off with coasta mesa pt and was not satisfied at all. I then got referred to this place by my rockstar of a lawyer. Dr. Idris works miracles and Ericka give the best neck rubs. There approach to recovery is way beyond other providers.
