Most ask for vaccines but then never verify anything. I let them know I'd be staying in the area in case my little man was not able to be groomed. He hates water, the blow dryer and is skittish around strangers. He was abused indoors before he was rescued so he's not a fan of new places either. They told me it would take 2-3 hours even though he didn't need to get trimmed at all. I walked out thinking this is never going to work. When no call came within 5 minutes I was a little surprised. Then the phone rings 40 minutes later....I thought.... there it is, he's not going to make it through. It's only been 40 minutes and not even close to the 2-3 hour eta. To my surprise, they told me he's ready for pickup and he did great. I was truly shocked. Shelly did a phenomenal job. My only negative is that they opened the little gate to the back room before having the leash on my dog. There were other dogs in the waiting room which was not a big deal but had someone opened the front door or had been walking in, my dog would have darted out immediately and would have likely run right out into the street. That didn't happen thankfully but it crossed my mind when I had to grab him by the bandana they put around his neck. I'm grateful that was on him. I will return and will request Shelly ever time. I'm glad I found this place and appreciate all the attention they gave my pup.

The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

They told me to come back in two hours. Still not ready THREE HOURS past her estimated completion time. Every time I called to see if she was ready, they gave me some excuse why she hadn't been started yet, how the groomer had trouble getting in, excuse after excuse. The last call they gave me some cockamamie story about how my seizure alert dog was doing an "alligator roll" while peeing herself during the grooming and they had to rewash her. That was concerning because she's always well behaved and loved the groomer in Vegas. No Regrets DOUBLE CHARGED! Over $350 total. My husband didn't know better and he just paid it without asking anything, he just wanted to get our girl and get out of there because he's a fairly shy non-confrontational guy. But since she was completed so late, I couldn't pick her up so he kindly took care of picking her up for me. No Regrets staff berated and shamed my husband about grooming her on top of that. She was still damp, no blow dry as we were charged. My dog spent the rest of the day hiding under my bed. It took her weeks to act like herself again. If anyone got loud or raised their hand near her, she cowered in fear. Something she had never done before in her six years. When I brought her in for the next appointment, she was so scared that she dug her heels and refused to go inside, she hid behind me, whimpering and peed herself. The very aggressive toothless (literally) Groomer cackled about it, and then proceeded to tell the client in front of me (as if I couldn't hear her) how she "really stuck it to the cis-gendered white guy" that brought her in last time. She went onto disparage all men, swearing and ranting for a good 30 minutes while glancing over and giving me a glare now and again, before they even checked us in. My dog was terrified! Absolutely reluctant for me to turn her over to their care!!! We just turned around and left. I'd heard and seen enough. Ever since that experience, she refuses to let anyone brush her... It scarred her for life. I think this place has been shut down. But as they're still being listed as the first referral on search, I thought I would add our experience just in case.

There are other buyers of pups from the same litter (Oct 2017) who have come forward and notified this breeder of the health issues. His response is to ignore phone calls, block from social media sites, and not answer emails. He even went so far as to try to blame the buyers for the genetic health issues. I am sure there are other buyers who have the same problems and have yet to come forward. The Dam Bailey (D & K Second to None Defensive End) of our pup was sold rather quickly and the Sire has been sold already. The previous owner of the Dam has stated there are no genetic issues from her to the pups so it must be coming from the Sire Afrika Bonanza. The name of these breeders are Mark and Nathan Ewert and I just found out today they have stopped their membership with NABBA. I also just found out today they have possibly packed up and moved.

She texted me to ask me to change my review as it would hurt her business. She insinuated that our experience and perception of what happen were wrong and when I refused to change my review she rudely insulted us and said that we somehow knew that our beloved cat was going to die and that we are bad pet owners for not hiring their services more frequently. When in reality this was the farthest thing from the truth. Facts: 1. The owner and pet sitter are trying to mitigate the situation and claim their innocence by denying any negligence. The owner is trying to shame us and twist this already terrible situation in her favor by lying and saying we knew our cat was going to die. 2. The pet sitter we hired verbally admitted she did not make an effort to physically see our cat goober during any of her home visits and verify that Goober was alive. Due to this seemingly innocent oversight I came home and found her dead and what's worse is the sitter didn't even know she had died. 3. We left home for two weeks to get married and our cats were healthy with no diseases or imminent death. 4. No amount of increasing the number of visits to our home would have changed the fact that the pet sitter told us "I thought your cat was hiding so I didn't go looking for her". 5. We believe that the pet sitter did not perform due diligence to verify the safety and health of each of our pets and we are now have had to endure the insulting attitude of the owner. The pet sitter neglected to verify if our cat was alive and well.

This is a nice clinic with multiple doctors and we've loved most of the staff. One big problem I have is they don't answer the phone, it's always a recording. I have used the text number and don't get a response. Recently we had a sick dog and the bill was over $700. They charge a hefty office visit for each dog on top of the tests, shots or any other services even if they are all brought in together. One medication was 2 pills for over $30. To sum it up, they charge high end fees for an office that can't answer the phone so I'm looking at my options.
