    I've been patronizing this Batteries Plus location for about 15 years and just made a trip through…read morethe epic 2026 ice storm today. That's when I realized I'd never reviewed them before. And while 288 Google reviews average a respectable 4.6, the few dozen Yelp reviews with a sub-four average are unfair and fail to do this store justice. I've always been treated with professionalism and friendliness here. Unlike a car repair shop where you might be chastised for knowing nothing about the automotive world, there is no judgment at Batteries Plus for being battery ignorant. With a little witty conversation and expert knowledge, they'll find just about any battery known to the human race, and even install it as well! And believe me, I've brought in some challenging items. Speaking of automotive, they even offer free installation of car batteries bought there, something that's saved me on several occasions! I just brought in a scale today, with the employee immediately identifying the type of battery at a quick glance on my fifth step into the store, even before opening the compartment. Grabbing the product from the shelf and emerging from the back room with a set of every conceivable speciality screwdriver on the planet, he adeptly unwound the tiny screw, switched the batteries with a flick of the wrist, and finished the transaction. Efficiency, expertise, and encouragement defines every employee here, and I'll remain a loyal customer for life.

When I referred her to website for clarification she refused to look saying ' I don't buy stuff on our website ' adding with a final statement ' I just push buttons here' HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location until a responsible persons are found. I'll try to catch her manager this week and hope he/she looks at the company website and doesn't "just punch buttons"

    Staff is nice, but this is not the location for your Amazon returns. I've been to this location…read moremaybe 5 times for returns and 3 of those I have been turned away. Scanner isn't working today we can't do returns, we don't have any labels, we don't have any boxes. There is always something, but it's also a matter of customers waiting in the designated return line for some time before an employee addresses it. Almost like that's not my "section" not my responsibility to inform anyone kind of mentality. I've been to two other locations many times without a problem.

    I believe Staples has Amazon Returns to get people to shop in their store. A few weeks back I came…read morein for an Amazon Return and no employees acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes I ask someone in the print area if someone was available to do Amazon Returns. She simply said, You just have to wait! I told her I am not demanding just asking. She just looked the other way. No acknowledgement, no someone will be with you soon. After several had lined up at the Amazon return counter a staff came over and did my return but let me know that they didn't have we enough staff to do this and he would probably just shut down the Amazon Return station soon. Not having staff is difficult. I understand. I thought maybe it had been a hard day. Then I remembered it was Saturday at 10:10 am and Staples had just been open for 10 minutes and the staff I encountered were already tired of customers.I realized I was not welcome at Staples. I don't believe anyone would have been upset if they had to wait if they were shown a bit of human kindness.

He was on the phone the whole time I was there with earbuds in. He was the only guy in the store. He did not have the phone that I wanted. He did everything in his power to ignore me and to act like I wasn't even there. It was the weirdest store experience I've ever had. He was a tall, black young man.     My husband and I have been ATT customers for over 20 years and never have I had an employee Who was…read moreso incredibly rude & lazy. His name was Eli ( he refused to give us his last name ). My husband went in the store about 2 months ago wanting to buy an Apple Watch but because the account was under the name Bill and his license said William he would not do a thing. There is a many ways he could have called down and verified the account but he was too lazy and unmotivated to lift a finger to help us out. Coincidentally, we went in to get a new phone a few days ago. So thankful that we had a different employee, Julian Reed. He was able to take care of all our needs and get us set up with the new phone. Flash forward to today. My husband went to return a case that he has purchased and once again Lazy Eli was there and refused to return it. Told us that Julian would have to take care of the return and we would have to come back when he was back from lunch. Came back a hour later and he still was not there. He was so rude that when my husband questioned him on this policy he said," Even when he's back I am going to tell him not to process your return." Talk about unprofessional. So just a heads up if anybody decides to visit the ATT store on Murfreesboro Rd and Eli is there I would highly recommend leaving and coming back when Devon or Julian are available to help.
