First time I went Claudio was friendly, had me leave a broken phone to assess whether he could fix it. He called me back quickly and gave me an honest response that fixing the phone was not worth the cost because it would be cheaper to replace. Recently, upon my second visit, I had a new screen that wasnt working correctly. Claudio said he would give me a diagnosis and opened the phone. He seemed confident that he could fix the issue and told me that it would either be $40 to reconnect the wires or cost $100 for a new screen. I knew that the screen was brand new and said I would just take the phone with me. He tried to charge me $35 do opening the phone. So either he had forgotten to charge me the first time, or he had forgotten to tell me that the diagnostic had a cost before opening the phone. He didn't have me sign anything to open the phone or tell me there was a fee up front. When I told him that I didn't find the sneak charge professional he came at me personally, asking me about my business and insulting my character. Went down the street a block or two and had great service from another company that didn't charge me for a diagnostic. Would never go back. Worst customer service in Merritt Island. I'm giving him a 2 instead of a 1star because of that first visit. read more

This place is a joke. I went in with a cracked and not working black screen. Took a week and 2 days to call me back. I went home and it started glitching and moving by itself and wouldnt stop unless i turned it off. I thought it was loose wiring but then . THE ENTIRE SCREEN FELL OFF!! Completely just fell off the phone. I went back to inform him just for him to "fix" it again. Caludio said to call if there was any issues and within a week it started glitching again and the screen fell off again!!!! But this time the wiring in the phone tore. and snapped off. Basically i ended up with an even more broken phone from when i brought it in the first time. I went to ATT Company Store to have assistance with my Samsung cell phone due to not being able to power up. ATT does not do not do diagnosis of their phones any more due to the "flu 19" They sent me to a cell phone repair shop up the road on Merritt Island where i may get assistance. Three stops later in the Merritt Island, Fla. area i was finally at Phone Medics. Kalill assisted me at the front desk. Diagnosed my phone, said the battery was fine, but needed a new screen. Quoted me a price, took all my info, and advised me that they would contact me. Received an email, immediately from them concerning my account. Less then 24 hours later was contacted by Claudio and advised my phone was ready for pick up. Kalill was at the front desk, paid my bill, and walked out a happy and contented customer. All of the repair shops i went to that day. None were as professional, courteous, professional, etc. as Phone Meds staff. I saw the reviews and went here to get my screen fixed. The first time my phone came out fast and perfect. The second time I dropped my phone off was told 45 minutes. So I went to Publix and got some groceries. Was back in an hour and was told 45 MORE minutes. No big deal I thought. Picked my phone up and used it (I've never had an issue with my phone before). My phone was going crazy. Pushing random buttons when I wasn't pressing them. I didn't think they had messed my phone up until I went so!ewhere else to get it foxed and they told me the screen wasn't put on properly.
