They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. Despite the fact they claim to have a 5 year warranty, they stated they wouldn't cover anything other than burn in, despite that not being on the warranty document. After over an hour of escalations, LG agreed to assign a certified tech to review the situation and thankfully it was Kevin at VidTech. He reached out and I was able to send pictures of the issue via text message. He spent time on the phone with them and convinced LG that the panel was truly a warranty issue, saving me over $1800. I just had to pay labor and travel fees, which I feel were very reasonable. He was able to get the panel within a matter of days and set up the appointment. He was very efficient in getting the new panel installed and everything works great now. I wouldn't hesitate to call VidTech for service again in the future.

I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone.
