BEYOND FANTASTIC!!!! I dropped my phone and the screen went black, nothing was cracked, so I thought I'd have to get a completely new phone. I called and got an appt within 3 hours and they came straight to my office. I was quoted $99 to replace the LED/Screen sensors. Ryan was right on time and said "You might luck out, the screen might have just come unplugged". He opened up my phone and in 4 mins told me "Oh these just came loose and unplugged, there will be no charge" and put my phone back together. He was so professional, speedy, convenient. I can not thank him enough!!! My sister has also used them for a broken screen and the LED problem I thought happened to mine and had nothing but fabulous reviews too! I didn't actually use the service, but I wanted to make a couple comments. My iphone 4 took a swim, but everything remained operable but the screen. I wasn't sure if it would be worth fixing or not (my contract was up, so I just got a 5), but thought I would ask. My call was returned within a couple of hours and I was told that no, it's not worth fixing. Great customer service, not just another company trying to make a quick buck. From my personal experience, I think their iPhone replacement screens are cheaper knockoffs. They acquire really small scratches easily...something apple resolved a few generations back. read more

I setup an appointment today at 10am but I never got a call back. I don't recommend them. UPDATE: I have not received a callback ever. Of course I am not stupid enough to give my actual name. Decide if you want to use this service. Its amazing how low some businesses will go to. I found much better luck with ubreakIfix next to Barnes and Nobles at Park Meadows. They gave me a discount on the two ocassions I have been there. They have excellent customer service to boot. A coworker suggested the place. Cracked my iPhone 4S screen on Thursday will out of state. This morning (a Sunday) I got on iFixPhones website at 0930 and made an appointment for 1230 today. I found this guy from CL chose him for his mobile service. I needed a screen repair and a home button replaced after my phone was run over by a car. If it wasn't in an Otterbox it would've been a total loss. I called him and he came to my work the next day and got me back up and running for less than $100 and 30 min. AWESOME! Wish I could rate it higher. Very pleased with the technicians customer service skills, somewhat upset about the bait and switch mentality. I dropped my phone on Tuesday evening. Landed right on the spot between the case on the back and the polymer screen protector on the front. 10 plus years of cell phone experience without a cracked screen gone in an instant. Scheduled with ifixphones around 10:00am the following day. I was assured they could be at my home that day at 4:00pm. A bit before 4:00pm Hector gave me a courtesy call to tell me he'd be a bit late, as his previous customer gave him some incorrect information, he would have to push me out a bit. Promptly showed up around 4:30pm. Hector was extremely professional and a great conversationalist. Did not feel unsafe with him in my home whatsoever. Great guy overall! Then, the whole thing took a nosedive. ifixphones.com's website (http://ifixphones.com/) says an iPhone 6 repair will cost $129.99. My bill for fixing a cracked screen on a black iPhone 6+ ended up totaling $196.99.Somehow broken out with an item #1508 for $140.00 and an item #1512 for $49.99, totaling $189.99 before tax. I had to run out the door to a birthday celebration so I didn't have time to bicker, especially with a guy that got high quality work done in a short amount of time, albeit a bit later than we had scheduled. Overall i was pleased with the customer service and the personnel they have at this company. Seems like a managerial bait and switch from people higher ups on the company food chain. read more

I had a cracked screen and I ordered a new screen off amazon to install by myself. There are YouTube videos to show you, BUT if you don't know what you're doing, it doesn't work so well. I ended up with a screen that has issues with the touch, you couldn't hear on phone calls and I was about to just buy a new phone. I came across ifixphones via yelp and saw that they come to you! These guys are great. My phone was so badly damaged from a drop that the home button wouldn't work after they replaced the screen. My tech made a call to see if someone could fix it and I decided it was not worth the cost. He put my original screen back on and did not even charge me for his labor.
