Worst company ever!! Total scam. I got a Groupon and went to this place. When I got there, they told me it would take 3 hours to fix my screen on my phone which I thought was unheard of. After giving them 4 hours to fix my phone I came to find I had a totally new LCD screen cause my back light was blue when it was once white. When I asked them if they only changed the glass they said yes so I left. Within a few hours notice I couldn't click on the bottom right of my screen so it was nearly in possible to send messages or hit enter but I made due. A week later I dropped my phone from a super short distance (with a platinum case which never broke before) and my screen completely shattered. I found out after doing research that they didn't glue the phone correctly and because of the horrible job they did the glass just shattered and feel out. After I called to see if they can fix this mess up, and hoe they didn't glue the glass correctly on the phone, he went on to say I was making assumptions and hoe their insurance doesn't cover physical damage. Its because of there shitty hardware they put on my phone is why it's broken to begin with. I'm not trying to pay another 150 dollars on fixing my screen that lasted a week because of youe horrible handy work. Horrible customer service, horrible company. I came here as my last resort to see if they can fix my phone when other shops didn't. They not only fixed my phone they restored all my data as well. Something other shops don't care about. The service here was deceptive and they did their best to trick me. I had called several times for a quote to fix my Galaxy S5, and upon arriving and stating that I would be using a $50 coupon from Groupon, I was told that the price would be $20 more than the original quote, negating the Groupon. I was treated as if I were trying to take something from them, but the only reason I was in the store was because of Groupon. Not being able to stand up to their deal was gross dishonesty and something I frankly cannot stand for. read more

Stopped by to fix my iPhone 6 screen after it took a face dive a few days back. They fix any devices including computers and gaming consoles and turn around is pretty quick compared to most repair shops I've been in. The prices are affordable and competitive to most other locations. Located on a local strip and street parking isn't really an issue at all. I'm typing on the brand new screen, with tempered glass as well as a fixed home button (yeah that also broke) and it took about 15 minutes? Super quick turn around time - I've had to wait a little less than an hour when I last broke my screen. All the guys there know what they're taking about and really go out of their way to make sure the job is done. I mean I'm not intending to come back since I kinda' don't want to break my phone again for the 3rd time, but I probably will so if it's ever the case, I'll be glad to be back here. After searching for what seems like EVER, I finally found a store that was able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently with my phone needs. I am a total klutz so I had a horrible tendency of cracking my phone screen often. I had found this place almost a year ago, while I was in the area and had the bad luck of dropping my phone and was totally panicking. The workers are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am appalled at the service I received here. I went in with a Groupon ($50 value towards any iPhone screen repair-paid $25 for the Groupon) I purchased and was informed by the owner that I had to buy A SECOND Groupon to satisfy the remaining balance that would be left over, which would've Been $20... Upon contacting Groupon, they informed me that this was invalid and even attempted to speak to the owner on my behalf. He refused to honor the Groupon even after the support team at Groupon had my back on this matter the entire time. This guy only wants to have his cake & eat it too. aka - NOT "Smart Device Repair" Repaired iPad Screen , workmanship Very Poor. Home Button did not work and USED parts. Picked up iPad I also bought screen protector same time. The Home Button did not even work when I left shop didn't notice till I got home (shame on me) Called asked to bring back to fix home button. They said they open at 11 am on Saturdays. I arrived 11:35am - they never showed up until 12:01pm. I Left iPad for repair for 2 more days. Picked the Home Button now works. The Screen protector (that I just bought is falling off). iPad Screen top right is popping out of case. CUT MY LOSSES - not taking it back there, get it fixed a reputable repair shop. August 14 - Update - They contacted me to offer repair if I retract review. I considered it but said after 2 attempts they didn't get it right. Cut my loses. Took to new place - in addition to all other problems the "Home Button Ribbon cable was not in socket well. / they replaced ribbon cable because it was so bent and broken, and advised me that the Home Button was held in place with scotch tape. If I can give a Minus 3 start rating I would give them it. Extremely over priced and shabby work. read more
