Went here for flooring for stairs and bedrooms, I had purchased laminate flooring for downstairs online thinking I was getting a good deal but the MDF backed flooring I got is crap, so I wanted to see what I was actually buying. I really wanted a bamboo based laminate but all of theirs were mdf backed so we just went with a regular plywood backed laminate. The one we chose was out of stock but due in so we went ahead and ordered it, came in pretty quick and so far the flooring I put on the stairs looks great, we have medium size dogs that run up and down stairs and it is holding up great, I will probably end up redoing the downstairs with flooring from these folks. read more

We chose to buy engineered wood floor from here and pay for install. We were very pleased with the process. They were helpful in choosing a wood for our family and the installer was so efficient that we ended up taking a few boxes back to the store for a refund. They also refunded the labor portion of those boxes because they said "we didn't end up installing those boxes." While I'm sure extra boxes were ordered to be on the safe side, I was still pleasantly surprised at the extra refund. My floors have been in for over a month and I could not be happier. 12/17 update: I still love these floors! And my house renovation is ongoing. From time to time I'll stop in this store for a piece of transition or a small amount of flooring. They almost always remember who I am and are extremely helpful! read more

If you want to have the most frustrating experience getting flooring installed this is the place to go. I paid $7,000 in August 1017. The installation did not happen until December. The first installer walked out on the job & left our home unlocked while we were out of town. The second one that showed up was on drugs. I had 20 boxes of flooring in my kitchen during Thanksgiving, the 3rd installer did not come out until December! Then when one of the boards was defective Robert said it wasn't covered because it had been too long. We've only had the floors 8 months. After speaking with management they agreed to order a new board but said we were on our own to have it installed. After my husband went in to get the name of the licensed owner to file a lawsuit, Robert then had someone come out to replace the defective flooring. He is rude, unprofessional, & I am positive this would have not been resolved if my husband was not a legal professional. read more

Honestly, we showed up to visit the competitor across the way from ifloor/overstock flooring. We are so glad we decided to check this place out! First of all, Daniel is so knowledgeable. Nice guy, respectable, and not pushy. He knows what he's talking about and educated us in the types of hardwoods. My wife and I first went to the big chain across the street. After getting hassled by all the sale personnel every two minutes, we couldn't carry on a conversation because they won't leave us alone for a second. We left disgusted and annoyed by high pressure sales tactics. We saw Overstock Flooring sign across the street and walked over. First, the owner greeted us and simply pointed out how the merchandise are displayed and left us a lone to look around. After my wife and found what we liked, we came up to the desk and asked few questions. He gave us a great price. Couldn't even ask for a discount because he automatically gave us discount...so we bought our flooring. The owner followed up in person for confirmation of delivery schedule, kind of nice to know the boss roles up his sleeve now and then. They delivered all the material as promised and on time. They called me hour before delivery as they left the warehouse, so I did not have to sit and waste the day away. We had used our own contactors to install the flooring. After the installation, my contractor wanted to know the name of the place I got the flooring because every one of the boards were straight and without warp. He was surprise that there were 'No waste'. We could not be happier about how the flooring turned out. Looks beautiful. There are too many inexperienced sales people out there that will waste your time and wear on your nerves. Save yourself some grief and buy your flooring here. You will get quality flooring at good price. I have passed on their info to my friends and family. The owner and the store managers are straight forward guys who will treat you like you want to be treated. read more

I had been shopping for laminate at various local outlets for my entire lower living area which is 900 square feet, no small amount. I went to a large outlet which has been on the news lately and saw Overstock Flooring right across the parking lot, at that time I chose to not visit them. After getting what I thought was a good deal at a place in Everett I heard a comercial for overstock and decided to go back just to check. That was a great decision as I found the exact same pattern in 12mm instead of just 8mm for a much lower price, they were also cheaper for the Whisper Pro underlayment, and they're installation was less than anybody's. This was by far the greatest consumer experience of my life to date, it was that good. Their installers were also very nice, and they were very efficient. Ok Guys here is the truth. These guys are great. I am a contractor and a builder. Built homes and office spaces with values in the Millions. Decided to settle down and remodel a small home for us. Purchased some water Proof!!! flooring, Super easy to install. I have a bad back and this was a breeze, Heck they have a sample piece sitting in a container of water of over two years. I know this because I visited them when they first opened two years ago and it was there. NO DELAMINATION. It handles wet, Pee etc. We have three small dogs, and four cats. Problem solved. Guess what. I used to buy from High end flooring stores, Same product is almost twice the price. Wife is happy, I am happy. Gal Behind the counter was awesome. Great customer service.Timely delivery. After running into a dead end with Home Depot and their flooring installers my wife and I were desperate. We called iFloor and spoke with Micah. He was the model of customer service. We got an installer in less than a week (atypical). Great selection of quality flooring and a really great price. All said and done we saved about 2 grand from the Home Depot quote. read more

Any major household project is stressful for most homeowners myself included...am I getting a fair price, will it get done well and in a reasonable amount of time...so many horror stories out there to compound the issue. I am so glad I visited iFloor after reading the reviews on Yelp. I had done a little research and knew I wanted a bamboo product because we have dogs, Rob patiently answered all my questions and gave me additional info in a laid back no pressure atmosphere. Everything has been straightforward and easy from the quote to the installation (note: I probably should have known, but didn't, that you need to pick up your product prior to install or make arrangements to pay a small delivery fee...there was a slight miscommunication and it was not included on my quote but Rob and Sarah took care of it and did not charge me) and we are so happy with our new flooring. Impressed also with the communication and follow through with any hiccups as there are bound to be occasionally with any project. I am particularly happy with the stairs as I was worried how they would look. Thank you for such a great experience wish we had the budget to do upstairs now too, but we will be back! read more

These guys are great. I am a professional food photographer and we needed to borrow a big flat sheet of bamboo. We needed it now. I came in and asked if I could borrow or rent one sheet for the day? They said. "Hey your our neighbor and no charge." We are happy to help. Bring it back when your done. No charge and they helped me carry it out. I went to the other guys first. Ones with the big yellow sign. Big mistake. Lumber liquid or something that sounds like it. They are the guys who are being sued for selling lumber from China with toxic chemicals. They where jerks. Tried to tell me I had to buy a whole box or rent some small 12" x 18" for $50.00 maybe? You would think having over 9'class action lawsuits against them? They would be nicer. Great we have the nice guys at Overstock.They care about customers more than money. My food customer thanks them.
