We have been coming here since they were called "The end of the roll". Completely Floored is just as good if not better. Have always received good reliable advice and recommendations from different staffs on tiles, LVP's and carpet. It has been several years we are still SUPER PLEASED with the amazing Italian tiles we used for our woodstove hearth and the laminate vinyl planks for my kitchen floor. The kitchen floor is slightly sloped in an uneven way the guy who helped us knew his LVPs and he even used the same product and answered all our concerns for the slope issue. Several years later, the LVP is still on perfectly and you couldn't tell there's a slope on the floor. The one he suggested sidestepped the problem and he was right! As for the Italian tiles, we get so many compliments on our wood stove area and we used the tile remnant for some homemade furniture piece for a friend it turned out so gorgeous. They have some really cool designs that most places don't have. They let us really take the time to decide too I never feel pressured here they are so laid back. Prices are very decent here too! This is something we refuse to buy online or at chain hardware stores. We came to learn the product you get here is way more superior and inadvertently, you end up getting good tips and advice since we install ourselves. We haven't been back for awhile and the staff remembered my husband. He could sense we just wanted to browse so we just took our sweet time and the staffs didn't hover over us. When we are good and ready, they were beyond helpful. Today, we were just there for carpet remnants for our stepvan remodel. They have a decent selection and what really prompt me to write the review was how COMPLETELY FLOORED we were when they told us the price. Probably less than what I would of paid online. It's 1/4 of what I had in mind so you get the picture! For the amazing deal, I am thinking why not redo the living room carpet! read more

Completely floored is also family owned and run- not pushed by some sterile, impersonal parent company. You may even meet some of the owners' friendly dogs as you are assisted by the staff. There are well trained specialists in the different types of materials and products ready to help you make the best choices for your budget and needs. We have used completely floored multiple times and have always had a good experience! The prices are competitive and they carry great products. Most recently- we dealt with the owner (so sorry I forgot her name!) and Blakley. Blakely was super helpful when my husband let him know we'd be installing ourselves. He helped us decide how much of each type of trim piece we'd need and gave us some tips for installation. Lots of places would have pushed their installers but he was very supportive of our endeavor to be diy-ers! But if you do choose to have one of their installers install for you, we've done that and they're awesome too! We needed to replace our kitchen floor and visited many businesses in Everett. We were not looking for the cheapest just what would be the best for us. We ended up liking the installer Noe who worked for completely floored. Noe was the only installer who could install the linoleum with no seams and around our large kitchen sandwich bar plus 3 doorways into our laundry room, dining room, and office plus a small 3'x3' space leading into our office. Everyone else wanted to put in 2-3 seams. The problem started with completely floored when the store never called us that our linoleum arrived. I texted Noe a month after ordering and paying for our linoleum to find out what was going on. Noe spent half a day going through the store on his own time digging out our linoleum, the store just kept pilling other stuff on top of it. Noe did finally find it and did an amazing job installing it, all with no seams. I guess we did not learn our lesson because 2 months later we went there and ordered an indoor-outdoor carpet for our back porch. They took our money Lickitey-split. That was on June 3rd. Again two months go by now it is August 24th. and we hear nothing about it arriving. So I text Noe. He says the store can't find that we paid for it ( we have our receipt ) and they never called to let us know it had arrived at the store. When I called to explain that we have the receipt for the flooring, the gal that answered said we only take care of the person who helped you initially, and he Ramon is not in the office What the heck is this (not my table your waitress bull crap.) So after 3 times calling and their phone system wouldn't transfer me and just disconnected me, on the 4th time I finally got through, and surprise Ramon was finally able to talk. I explained we have our receipt for the indoor-outdoor carpet but he couldn't find our records and actually tried to convince me that we did not pay. Finally, he says he will have his accountant look through their records but Noe will be able to install our indoor-outdoor carpet. Well, thanks a whole heap. These people do not care about customer service once they get your money. And we are very disappointed with the store. So if you decide to use this place be sure to keep your receipt handy and call them every other day to find out when your flooring has arrived because they don't or won't contact you. read more

I called today to tell them that I would be throwing away the sample board of Travertine that they had given my wife to check out at home (5 weeks ago) and they said "No problem - go ahead and throw it away". We bought good quality clearance remnant carpet awhile back. We left it at the store as we were not ready to install. My husband went in to pick it up today and they had resold one of our rolls. Instead of replacing it with comparable carpet, they gave us lower quality carpet and charged us more money. When a business makes a mistake, they need to fix it not charge the customer for it. They tried to swept it under the rug like my review meant nothing. No, I didn't call the wrong place. After getting 4 bids and shopping around for Luxury Vinyl Plank we decided to check out Completely Floored in Everett. From the moment that we walked into the store, we felt treated like family. We were helped by Amy and Blakely. We found them very knowledgeable and they really helped us pick just the right LVP (Shaw Paragon Plus) for our project. After visiting several of the "big box" outlets and some of the smaller suppliers as well, it was refreshing to be treated so well and in combination with a great price. We settled on product and got a bid from one of their suggested installers. The price for install was the best of all the bids and the quality of install was excellent and fast. Matt White and crew knocked it out of the park. We had LVP installed in living room, dining room, kitchen, Hallway, and entry, plus re-carpeted stairs in one day! Poor customer service and lack of communication. My project took months longer than anticipated because of lack of follow through, ordering product that wasn't available and then when it finally did arrive, it was short several pieces that strung out the job several more weeks. I think we ended up with our fourth choice in hardwood, which ended up not a great match and a different finish than our existing floor. The carpet had a color flaw, but this was not noticed until the majority of it had been installed throughout our entire upstairs. They offered to file a claim, but that would have taken forever to resolve with the distributor and involved bringing out an adjuster, etc... So we just gave up and accepted a flawed product. Many unreturned calls and our sales person was MIA a lot. Not a great experience. The 2 stars are for Brian the installer. Prompt, professional and a real tradesman. Can't say enough good things about Brian. He did beautiful work on our staircase. read more

Love this place. I bought their house brand lvp for one of my rental units. Easy to install and looks awesome. Then I had them install the carpet and transition piece. Fast forward a month or so and the unit we live in got some water damage. After being very displeased with the insurance companies recommended floor company, Completely floored came out and saved the day, installed the flooring we wanted and for way less than the original companies quote. read more

I had the WORST experience with this company. We went in and spent about an hour with Ben picking out our flooring...we were excited to get new flooring in our new house. But a couple days later I get a call from Ben, the same person we worked with in store...he acted like he never met me! Said "hey let's get some flooring picked out for you" I'm like WHAAT?? He literally wrote NOTHING down that we had chosen. Way to make your customers feel valued! So then I called and asked for the manager who was Blakely...he wasn't much better. Said he was sorry and would handle it. I heard from him via email and then was told out carpet choice was back ordered, he asked if we wanted him to choose something comparable. I said yes...never heard from him again. WORST customer service ever!! A family company run by a couple of "Frat Boys"...never ever gonna spend my money there!! Installation is the problem. I can say all of the sales staff was great and the product is excellent. But the problem I had was with the installation (which to me is very important in purchasing home improvement items). I admit that they tried to correct all of the 11 issues I had with the installation but I'm still finding issues. I moved the refrigerator and found that none of the baseboards were reattached to the wall. They were just leaning against the wall. In other areas, the baseboards were only attached with one nail. Even when the door guides were not installed the first time, the correction was not done properly. The doors come out of them when closed. The issues I'm finding now were the same issues I wanted corrected before. I just didn't check the entire house. I don't feel a customer should have to police to see that things are done correctly. read more

I will definitely be using completely floored for when we do our upstairs!! We just had laminate installed in our down stairs! Brian did a wonderful job! He always wore his mask, cleaned as he worked and cleaned up at the end of the day. He was so flexible to our family daily routine. We had to special order our SHAW flooring and due to COVID it took longer to get it in. Brian drove to Kent to pick up our flooring in his van so that we could have the job done on time! My MIL in Marysville had a terrible experience with this company. She had photos to prove the poor work and the company will not communicate with her at all. When they put on the baseboard molding there must be at least 10 nails in each section and you can see!!! every nail. They left glue on the vinyl, she is still cleaning it up herself, they didn't match the flooring between rooms, there must be an 1/2 inch between rooms and the installer told her it would be too much work to make sure they fit together. They used masking tape to reattach the dryer hose- that they moved. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Beware of their installers! read more

How unfortunate for you, I was going to be using you for carpet, laminate but how you did my order I just wanted you to refund my money.
