Floors were pre-finished bamboo installed by the previous owner - badly. They had nail holes, gaps, etc.. Thankfully, they were solid wood. The Elephant Floors team was able to sand them and fill the holes and gaps, and they looked awesome after refinishing! This is exactly the issue I wrote about earlier, poor follow through and consistently so. Good product and pricing are important, but poor customer service can kill the deal...
