    BUSINESS OWNERS WARNING!!!! Avoid this store!!! False…read morepromises and ruined business credit rating!!!!! I am writing this to warn other business owners about the complete lack of integrity at this Vitra location.As a business account customer living in a close by yet rule area. I was initially assured that my signal would be fine. That was a lie within six days, I brought all the equipment back to this store Because the phone could not make calls out, and the Internet was completely unstable. Instead of processing the return Tanya Brown, (the business account manager) and Cory Bowles (the district manager) refused to take the devices in store. They promised they would mail me shipping labels because there was a glitch in the computer system. I did not receive those labels until the end of February 22nd 2026!!! Between December 11th 2025 and February 22nd 2026 I spent multiple days and countless HOURS on the phone. I have actually logged over 38 Hours of my personal time just on the phone that was Highly Stressful each and every time. Not to mention the over 17 Hours in store, and 3 Hours writing emails!!! trying, pleading, to get a resolution to this issue and the labels every time I was told, sir we will ship you the label multiple times I went in store to ask why do I not have the labels?by stalling, being promised I would receive the labels any day,They intentionally ran out Victra's 30 day policy window even though corporate has a 90 day policy window in which things can be done. Don't misunderstand, I'm not talking about return policy, this is the policy for being able to do things when any account has tried to return and cancel contracts ( Which I attempted to do on day 6) I have knowledge that the commission monies Tanya alone received from my business account was upwards of $800 -$1,200 Tanya and Cory repeatedly promised me this would be resolved that I would get a full refund of my $307 and that my business would not be reported negatively to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian business and Equifax business credit bureaus...they (Tanya & Cory)lied again, and our account has now been reported severely damaging our business credit, our business reputation, our relationships with other investors, this is absurd and unnecessary, and the worst business customer service I have ever been a part of or even heard of this was done, maliciously and purposely I have demanded through emails help so I am now reviewing and demanding an immediate escalation from upper management of full refund and written confirmation detailing exactly how this damage to our Credit will be deleted,forever removed, and how this will be resolved. The reason for my review is a particular representative, the store manager, Michael C. He was extremely knowledgable about in store, online and what could only be done corporately. He spoke to everyone who walked in the store. He told us about bundled accessory deals, pros and cons to phones, and was helpful to his coworker as he multitasked. While we were waiting, he showed my Husband features in his android watch. Michael was just extremely pleasant to work with. He has and showed us the new and cool flip phone too- very tempting. Commendable customer service.

    I have been dealing with a business billing problem with customer service for over a month. I…read moreoriginally stopped into the Beverly Hills Plaza location in Omaha. The young man helped me identify that when I upgraded our company cell phones, there was an ipad that was not bundled correctly. It stemmed back over a year period and my accountant just brought it to my attention. After spending over 5 hours on the telephone with their retention department, I have not received an acceptable resolution or proper communication. I also called their Fraud line twice, leaving voicemails(goes straight to a message prompt). They indicate that they will call back in 1 business day. Never received a call back. I stopped by the Beverly Hills Plaza again today. The young lady tried to look up some of the info in question. She indicated that she did not have the means to see all the notes on the account. I had asked for a manager immediately when I walked in. After trying her best to help, she went to get her manager. I was greeted abruptly by a young lady that put her hands in her front pockets, did not introduce herself and started our conversation by saying there was nothing she could do. I asked her to call the proper department with me there, so we could try to get resolution. She repeated that there was nothing at the store level they could do. I asked if she was really the manager of the store. She abruptly asked me to leave her store and walked in the back. I thanked the young lady that tried to help me and left. I am a business owner and we have used ATT for our business cell phones for years. I truly hope this is not how you train your store managers to help your business customers or any of your ATT customers.
