Good! I've been coming to this place for nearly ten years and have tried nearly all of their offerings. Food is great! More hard hitters than misses. My favorites are the diner Benedict, beef stroganoff, and corned beef hash and eggs. The only standout misses were the chicken pot pie and the pancakes and just worse than the waffles. Atmosphere is ok! The interior is GORGEOUS ruined by AI generated photos and event banners on the TV's and walls. They do special nights where you can listen to live music by talented artists as well. Service has always been awesome. I have seen the same servers here for a very long time so they have it down. 2nd visit because the first was legendary. Seated quickly at 1:30pm. Service was astoundingly slow. Water took 15 minutes. Then 10 more minutes til we saw server again. 20 minutes til salads. 15 for first person's meal. Next meal 10 minutes later. 10 more for ketchup. We were there just under 2 hrs. Not intentionally. 1/2 hour to get 2 burgers on a Monday night - and the place was empty. It's not the staff - it's the management. And the burgers were not worth the wait. Flavorless, unseasoned ground beef. There is no ketchup or salt at the table. $15 per burger for indifferent slabs o meat. It's a cold, fake, unpleasant place to eat. 5 teevees all on to different sports channels BUT NO ONE IS WATCHING. And not all people like sports 24/7. It's in an "upscale" mall which is dying, many closed stores. Is Jeffrey Epstein's associate's store in this mall, or the equally ugly mirror mall across Webb Gin? Everything as usual was wonderful! That's why it is a favorite spot of mine especially since they added the happy hour of half price appetizers! The crab stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta are delightfully delicious and filling! Today I tried the French onion soup and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it is plus cheesy yum! The staff are fun and engaging... they actually miss us if we miss our weekly visit! We don't always partake of their amazing desserts but when we do wowza! The coconut creme pie and chocolate creme pie are memorable to say the least. If either of those two are in the case when you go you won't go wrong with either one of them! My boyfriend took me here for dinner on a Friday night and was back that Tuesday night! That should say enough but from the time you walk in, the service. the waiters energy and kindness and the food and alcoholic drinks just adds the cherry on top. It's a great atmosphere, very calm, quiet and relaxing at dinner time. We have ordered different meals each night plus a different appetizer and all meals have been well over 10/10. The food is amazing. The eggs are succulent, and I was snorting the eggs up like I hadn't eaten in days. The chicken wings are moist flavor is on top. It's not overbearing lamb chops freaking God and the hospitality is amazing. You just gotta have their waffles. Some things big they cannot fit into the palm of your hand as a slice. read more

First time visiting and I was impressed from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the hostess and seated while I waited for the rest of my party. While waiting, I headed to the bar and ordered the holiday drink, the Grinch, which was super delicious. The bartender was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the drink menu. I also had the chance to try an array of appetizers, and every single one was just as delicious--honestly, they made me even more excited to try my main course. I ordered the country fried steak, and it was fantastic--extra crispy on the outside, super moist on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. My sides were the lemon potato wedges, cooked just right (not soggy at all) with a lemon flavor that gave them an extra kick. For dessert, I had the coconut cake, and it's truly one of the best coconut cakes I've ever had. As you can probably tell from the picture, I almost finished it before remembering to snap a photo. Super underwhelmed. Our server was great! Brought my family (party of 16) dinner Friday after Thanksgiving for an 8p reservation. We had a variety of dishes including catfish, Bolognese, lamb, chicken livers, asaigo fettuccine, calamari, burger, panini, BLT, mozzarella sticks, and smoked old fashioned. Three people had the smoked old fashioned. No one enjoyed it and maybe one person finished it. The mozzarella sticks and calamari were good. The fettuccine was ok. They loved the chicken livers! The fries were good while hot. No complaints on the BLT or panini. The Bolognese is served with spaghetti and was recommended to me over the catfish and smashed burger. My dish was just ok. My brother had the same thing and took most of it to go but his had more melty cheese. The lamb was ok but it was a good portion. It was tender but my uncle though it looked boiled before beiing cooked through. The piece of catfish I tasted was a bit salty but not terrible. The place was near empty with only 2-3 other parties seated while we dined. I have eaten here once for breakfast and once for lunch. For breakfast, I got biscuits and gravy and home fries which were outstanding. It's nice to have actual potatoes served as part of home fries instead of those frozen squares some restaurants serve and call hashbrowns. For the time I went for lunch, I was with a friend. I got the open face, Monte Cristo, and he got the turkey club with a salad. Honestly, I couldn't eat the Monte Cristo. I am not the type of person to send things back, but no part of this was edible. It was the worst combination of flavors. The server was quite gracious and allowed me to pick something else from the menu. I ended up with a tuna salad sandwich which was a basic tuna salad and nothing special. I have not been back since, but I know now never to order the Monte Cristo lol. The food is delicious and always on point with nice size portions. Booths and tables are pretty comfortable and I love the old music they play. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of service. Every time I come here the wait staff is slow. They either never come to you after seated or they forget about you after food has been delivered. My French toast didn't come with syrup and it was 10 minutes before waiter even came to check if our order had been delivered correctly. A wedge salad at best should be served with chilled ingredients, chilled plate, and a chilled fork. And while it's not a Michelin star restaurant, serving it on a warm plate out of the dishwasher is not appropriate and coveys a lack of awareness. I'm going to try to be fair because I was visiting my sister in Atlanta and I had my taste buds set for my usual Atlanta breakfast spot Nana's but my sister didn't feel like driving the hour to Monroeville so her husband suggest Diner at Web Gin. We were seated promptly, the waitress was attentive although it took a while for her to initially get to us. The restaurant is big and tastefully decorated. What I like about the south that is lacking up here in Maryland, is that they have to display their health department scores. This particular restaurant had a 99. Very nice. The food was decent. I didn't order anything too hard ...chicken and waffles. Thankfully they allowed you to order chicken wings from another menu to go with the waffles other wise it would have been chicken tenders. I visited The Diner at Web Gin and ordered the country fried steak with two eggs and grits -- it was delicious. Someone in my party had the meat omelet, which was also enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, what left me disappointed was the unexpected extra charges for eggs. My meal came with eggs, yet I was charged an additional $1. The omelet, which already includes three eggs, had a 50¢ charge for each egg. I understand that at one point, eggs were very expensive, but prices have since gone back to normal. Continuing to charge extra for eggs when the market price has dropped feels like taking advantage of customers. Unfortunately, because of this practice, I will not be returning. I value fair pricing as much as I value good food and service, and I hope management reconsiders how they handle these charges. read more
