First timer: courtesy at the counter! A+ Didn't know what food they even served, had just seen the signs. Went to grab my wife and I lunch. Got her the Falafel Gyro and myself the Holubsti cabbage rolls! The gyro was excellent- plenty of flavor. Only could. It eat like a normal gyro- the falafel were big large balls, and along with all the other toppings of mixed greens and pickled vege, inside the fresh pita was too much! It was eaten with a knife and a fork! She ate half and I finished it! Very tasty- I would have like a side of extra tahini sauce! The cabbage roll was to try something different. I can tell I have not eaten a lot of barley in my life. Said in came in a tomato sauce, didn't see or taste that. Some of it was very al dente and some were done and softer. The cabbage rolls were filling but didn't have a lot of flavor that stood out. I added hot sauce and it was finished no problem. Again maybe a side of a sauce. $18 a plate. Fresh made! You have to determine if the price is high for what you get MADE and Prepared for you! We will try it again. Looks like they change menu sometimes! Think it was probably the owner who came out and told a guest sitting out front they do have a covered/shaded spot to sit and eat in the back!

Rhubarb Cake with Rosemary Ice Cream

Lovely, fresh, fast. We orders the Kimchi Waffles Fries, the Korean Pork Slider, Rhubarb Cake with Rosemary Ice Cream, and the Funky Fresh Salad. The salad was full of different seasonal veg as well as different pickled goods. An amazing deal for the price ($9)!!! Also a feast for the eyes. The Kimchi Waffle Fries are also the only thing I'd like to receive now when I ask for waffle fries. Using an actual waffle press is genius. They were hot, fresh, flavorful and the pickled ginger mayo was a perfect compliment. The Rhubarb cake with Rosemary Ice cream felt like an escalated version of an apple cake with vanilla ice cream. Soft and moist without being soggy, and the bit of melted ice cream into the cake did not hurt one bit. I will always stop by here when I'm passing. Could not recommend enough!!! 10/10

A great local spot if you're in the area. Staff is always welcoming and they have a wonderful area around back with chalk and cornhole

So fresh and flavorful, the tomatoes and greens were fresh local. Amazing falafel gyro, can't wait to try other items.

DELICIOUS!! Had the falafel and the grain bowl - both exquisite combination of flavors! Healthy with gourmet taste? I'm in.

It was out of this world good, as was absolutely everything else we sampled! If you're traveling through Kingston, don't pass up this little gem! They make amazing coffee, and there's a little bookstore next door, full of local artists and authors. A real small-town gem!

First their baked goods are stodgy and not properly executed. Their shortbread tastes like cardboard and is nothing like English shortbread should be. No good butter in evidence here. Their koign amman is not even crisp on the outside. There is something off with each baked item. If you enjoy dump and go style baking that don't require any refinement but are full of American sugar, I think you will feel this is an elite bakery. Otherwise, this is a bad knock off attempt. Scones seem to be chewy and tasteless. I got a "lemon poppyseed" polenta cake where there was no lemon-y flavor at all! It was also heavy and couldn't handle more than 3 bites at a time. Stuck in the gullet. Second their service is appalling. The people behind the counter are all in on some inside ball game and customer service is not their emphasis. They are looking away while half-heartedly asking you what you would like, and more interested in serving up verbal repartees to their co-workers while distractedly trying to complete a sale. You can expect to repeat your order a few times. Then there's the off-handed use of bakery tissue which is not quite neat and hygienic. I mean it's a shambolic operation that gets away with it because there is no competition in Kingston unless you take the ferry across to Edmonds.

The quality of their nuts and snacks (cookies and Cracker Jacks are to die for!) are outstanding -- everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with recommendations. I always love seeing locals bring in their own jars and fill them up to the rim with freshly made butters. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack, gifts, or stocking up on favorites, CB Nuts never disappoints. Their roasted nuts are especially incredible and easily some of the best we've ever had. You can really tell they take pride in what they do given how small scale they keep it. We love it so much we have been back twice in a month. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Kingston -- five stars all the way!

You can also buy nuts in bulk as well.
