I had visited several accounting firms before coming to this one; all had either refused to help me file my taxes due to how last minute it was or wanted to charge me an insanely high price (double to triple their usual fee). Anna, their main CPA, was more than willing to help me out without charging me a crazy inflated price. Due to the difficult nature of my return (which included several states, a company, some stocks, and foreign income), tax firms often don't know how to file my return properly. There would always be something wrong with my return and I would always have to request for amendments, which is time consuming and tedious. However, I was reassured by a staff member, Katie, that my return is in good hands since this accounting firm specializes in this type of return. I was told to "drop off" my documents and come back in a few days to pick it up with my return. At first, I was really skeptical about this because I had never done a "drop off" before. Essentially, I was to leave my documents with them until my return is ready for pick up. I usually have my return done in front of me and on the spot so I was a little nervous about it. And guess what? I worried for nothing! My return was done before I knew it and Katie was so kind as to explain to me why and how my return came out to be what it was. To sum it up, great customer service, cheap price for excellent quality work, and totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely going to have my company's bookkeeping and taxes done here too. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible service, massive mistakes, and radio silence (to this day) around our requests for information or assistance. The worst part, in my opinion, has been an unwillingness even to entertain, let alone accept, any responsibility or contribute in any way towards resolving the situation. Several other friends and colleagues reported to us that they found errors on their returns prepared by Noy Tax as well. I cannot recommend this tax service in any way. Had Gina made any effort to work with us, or even to respond, I would never have considered writing this review.
