Here is the AC pipe in the upper left with the water stain around it ... they forgot to reconnect it to the drain.

Buyer BEWARE of this company! They have NO business doing remodeling of any sort. My mom had them come give her an "estimate" to remodel her house last year. She is elderly and English is her second language. They sweet talked her into the deal and within a couple of hours , without ANY permits whatsoever had already demolished her upstairs bathroom so she was unable to use it and she was basically committed to using them. They disappeared after that for a couple of weeks saying they needed permits but couldn't explain why they had started the job without any. They gave my mom a price for the remodel with no itemization of materials or labor costs. Just one flat fee. The whole job was a nightmare. The guy in charge of the job would tell my mom everyday that "he loved her" and she "reminded him of his mom" so "he would never take advantage of her". Literally every single day this was what he was telling her. He had unlicensed workers in and out of her house unsupervised everyday. He would only come weekly to collect lump sums of money from her. When she would tell him she didn't like something? He would yell at her and tell her she was costing him money. When I called and complained? He called her to complain to her that I complained!!!!!! They even did her shower trim vertically when she wanted it horizontally and told her it was better that way. Didn't even care what SHE wanted. There were shortcuts everywhere. Told her it would take 6 weeks and it took over 6 MONTHS! Fast forward to the present. Three months after the job has been completed. My Mom's ceiling has a leak, a huge one. We call Igreen to come look. We show them the leak is coming from her upstairs bathroom. Under her cabinet is a pipe sticking out the wall,, just sticking out the wall... leaking water. They come and cap it. Tell us they will be back in a few days. After a few days, we don't hear from them or see them. I call 3 times, no response. So, I send an email letting them know how pissed I am. A lady named Gena emails me back telling me I should've called and I'm so rude and if they come and it's not their fault they are going to charge us! Ummm? My mom has lived here 23 years, no problem. U guys remodel and now her shit is leaking?! And I'm rude for being upset u won't contact us? What amazing customer service Gena! They finally send someone out, he looks.. tells us the leak is from the AC condenser. Tried to tell us it's been like that for 23 years but is only leaking NOW because my mom has company and is using her AC more..lol! Good one! He tells us he will get back to us in a few days to let us know if it's IGreens responsibility or not. One week later and we have not heard ANYTHING from IGreen! Unbelievable. However, we did have it looked at by two other contractors who upon checking said whoever the contractor was FORGOT to reconnect the AC condenser line to the drain! Now if they knew that immediately, how did IGreen as a supposed contractor NOT know? Because they are not contractors and have no business remodeling houses . Now my mom's house is missing half her ceiling and her $150,000 remodel was a waste. Her bathroom has water damage in her walls and everything needs to be opened up. IGreen, u should be ashamed of yourselves. Not only do you take advantage of people? But you refuse to accept responsibility for your mistakes and try to blame the customer. Steer clear from this company for your own good. The BBB and state contractors licensing board will be hearing about this immediately.

We had used iGreen Remodeling for our roof and had such a great experience, we were more than happy to have them do our windows and sliding doors as well. Because we were repeat customers, they gave us great pricing on top notch windows! I wish I had taken better "before" pictures, but they were the original windows with the home (almost 40 years old). The crew came a bit later than expected, but they were courteous and polite. They did their best to work around me working from home. They removed and installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors and cleaned up and put things back as much as possible within 7 hours. I think I already have my next project in mind for them to do!

This guy made contract with us he made a fake promises to finished the job he never finished the job and the company is not exist. The contract license is suspended because they are fraud. His name is farhad sassounian. He is the scammer please be aware. This guy should go to jail.

I had a wonderful experience with Igreen and Remodeling. I hired Jennifer and Limor to do my bathroom after a pipe burst and the water damaged about 75% of the floors in my downstairs bathroom, hallway and bedroom. The nightmare of dealing with the insurance company was something I couldn't avoid, and I had my fair share of nonsense until I actually dealt with that. So I was grateful when I found I green because the actual construction and repairs was done to perfection, and Limor handled everything from answering my endless questions to helping me choose the materials and options that made the most financial sense. Their price was very fair, and they were with me every step of the way. I recommend Jennifer and limor with eyes closed Never have I ever felt so comfortable and secure knowing they are my A 2 Z Call them and ask just for Jennifer and limor hands down !

My sister-in-law had recently installed solar panels at her house so we decided to go look for our self's & see what the big deal was! Me & my wife, we both thought it was just a waste of money until we talk to my sister-in-law & she showed up & explained to us all the money that's she's saving for not using regular electricity anymore & using nothing but solar power. Since she installed Solar power she decided to re-do all the lighting fixtures at the front & back yard of the house, since it was gonna be powered by the sun, the bill would be less & it really it was. Now her house looks so amazing, full of light & life & she's not paying a dime out of her pocket for lighting up the whole house at night. So after we talk & saw all the benefits solar power brings to your house we decided to schedule a consultation with the same company that did my sister-in-law solar installation. We call iGreen & setup an appointment with their solar expert to go over all the details about solar, including promotions & rebates. When the solar expert showed up to the appointment he was on time & very polite the gentleman. We understood right away the professional level of this company since the solar expert arrived with protective gear on including his mask & gloves which made me & my wife feel more secure about doing a face to face meeting. The meeting went better than we thought, David, the solar expert provided us samples of other jobs as well as information about some rebates that we didn't knew we would qualify for. Seeing my sister-in-law solar system we already knew a little bit of solar power so we felt pretty related to what David was telling us. So it was time & we made a choice, we decided to go solar & have iGreen do our solar installation. David was very pleased as well & promised to keep an eye on the whole project, from start to finish so we could feel comfortable, specially during this hard times. David call us to let us know about the time for our solar installation & kept us informed if there was any delays or issues with our project. When the time came, the installation crew showed up on time & informed us that they we're about to start the installation. The whole process of the installation when smooth without any issues, we never had to call David since there was no reason to do so. Once the installation was done, we couldn't believe the results. The look in our house, now it looks more like a modern echo-friendly home. We're so exited & happy we decided to make the switch & go with solar power. Now we'll follow my sister-in-law & re-do all of our lighting fixtures so we can bring the best out of our home. I would highly recommend making the switch to solar power, & don't forget the backup batteries, iGreen installed our backup batteries in our garage & they have been put to use since we had a blackout a few days ago but we didn't notice since our home was powered by our backup batteries until my daughter called us after seeing the blackout on the news but what a surprise to know we we're watching tv during the blackout without ever our tv going off. Now my daughter is thinking about making the switch & going with solar as well. We hope she does, specially because it will make the house more safe for our grand-kids. We'll, thank you David & everyone in your team, we really appreciate your help & we'll be recommending more people to do the same & make the switch to solar power. Have a nice day!

    Inside picture

Very happy with the work they did at my house. Just had one window installed and loved it. Ordered 10 more windows and one sliding door. Great communication with Jon and excellent workmanship. And honest team. Highly recommended

This review is a pleasure to write . I had IGreen Solar Installation install a solar system on my roof in June 2018 and have had the system for well almost a year. I am very happy I chose them. So far there have been no breakdown of the components, and the electric output has been 10% over what they guaranteed. I went with a system that provided 97% of my electric needs. I started the search with 7 companies which I quickly whittled down to 2 who I called for estimates. After meeting with representatives, it came down to IGreen Solar. The installation process went smoothly based on multiple phases that were outlined beforehand. This is a big financial investment for your house, but I would not hesitate to recommend IGreen Solar to anyone.

I'd highly recommend Solar Optimum and Roofing Optimum…read more We've had our solar system from Solar Optimum for more than 10 years, and our experience is a great example of why choosing the right company from the beginning matters. They installed a high-quality system that has performed extremely well over the years. At one point, both of our inverters experienced a manufacturer-related issue. In fact, Solar Optimum identified the problem before we even realized something was wrong. They worked directly with the manufacturer to secure a replacement inverter at no cost and handled the installation quickly and professionally. When it came time to replace our roof, we didn't hesitate to reach out to Solar Optimum again. Their GAF Master Elite certification and the advantages of having the same company manage both the solar and roofing work provided tremendous peace of mind. The warranty benefits are excellent, and the roofing warranty is transferable, which adds real value and is something many roofing companies do not offer. We recently completed a full solar removal, reroof, and solar reinstallation project with the Optimum team, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire project was completed in about a week, exactly in line with the schedule that was provided at the start. The crews showed up on time, worked hard, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day despite the significant amount of work involved. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service over a relationship spanning more than a decade. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Solar Optimum and Roofing Optimum.

Before conducting a site inspection, they required me to sign a contract and pay a $500 deposit. After completing the site plan, they informed me that a panel upgrade was necessary and that the battery would need to be installed in an inconvenient location. These changes increased the project cost by an additional $3,700, bringing the total well above the original quote. I was surprised by such a significant price increase and decided to cancel the project. I then requested a refund of my $500 deposit. It took nearly two months and more than ten phone calls before I finally received an answer. At that point, I was told that the deposit was nonrefundable because I had signed the contract. I find it unreasonable that Solar Optimum required a signed contract and deposit before conducting a proper site assessment, then substantially increased the price afterward and refused to refund the deposit when I chose not to proceed. In my view, a thorough site inspection should have been completed before providing a quote and requiring a commitment from the customer. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully review the contract terms and understand the refund policy before signing.

I originally had a positive experience with California Solar Electric during my 10.12 kW solar and Powerwall 3 installation last year. Unfortunately, their post-install customer support and business ethics are nonexistent. I referred a friend who completed their installation months ago. I was explicitly promised a $500 referral bonus for this. After months of waiting, I tried following up multiple times privately to give them a chance to make it right, but I am now being completely ignored. It's a shame because I have several neighbors here in Fountain Valley who are currently shopping around for solar and battery storage. I was planning to refer them here, but I cannot recommend a company that fails to honor its own written agreements and ducks communication. Buyer beware: the installation team does good work, but do not trust a word management says about referral incentives or post-sale promises. Still waiting for my $500.

Has a professional installation crew and executes flawlessly and everything stays on track. Incredible follow-up and will not try to upsell you like other installers. If you're looking to install solar, you should absolutely go with OneSun. Give Rose a call to at least get a consultation and I'm sure your interaction will immediately stand out from other installers. Installing solar is something I kept putting off. When I found out that the tax credit would be going away at the end of 2025, I realized I couldn't put it off any longer. One of the reasons I kept waiting was how annoying solar reps were. Clearly just sales guys who didn't actually know anything about the equipment, technology, and process. I did a bit of research on local installers and OneSun came up a few times, all with nothing but great things to say and especially highlighted the installer's knowledge and patience. Before reaching out to OneSun, I informed myself as much as I could to the point that I knew what panels I wanted, size system, even what inverters I wanted installed. My first phone call with Rose immediately proved that all of the positive feedback I had read was for a reason. She took the time to actually listen to the specifics of my project, what I was looking for, and what questions I still had based on my research. She took the time to answer every question and even went into the technical details that I was interested in. It was clear that she was extremely familiar with not just the logistics, but also exactly how a solar system works as well as the technical details of all of the components in a system. She had my business after that first meeting but of course I still did my due diligence and got a quote from one other local installer which also had similar reviews. Although the sales rep was very nice, it was clear that he was just a sales rep and only reinforced why OneSun was the installer to go with. OneSun's pricing happened to be better but even if the other installer would have come in at a cheaper quote, I would have still chosen OneSun for the install. Rose started the permit process in July and made sure that everything stayed on track, especially since I wanted to make sure that the system be on before the end of the year in order to qualify for the tax credit. The timelines she provided were right on point and the install was scheduled for September. About a week before the install date, there was an unexpected problem. The panels that were originally planned for my install had gone completely out of stock. There had been some kind of manufacturing issue and those panel would not be coming back in stock for another couple of months which could push the project out to the following year. Rose let me know she could acquire slightly larger panels for the project and install it on schedule. I was about to ask what the additional cost for the larger panels would be, but before I was able to, she let me know that there would be no additional cost to me. I'm sure any other installer would have used the situation as leverage to add additional cost to the project. A testament to Rose's commitment to her customers. On installation day, the crew was professional and efficient. They completed everything in one day and made sure to keep everything as clean and organized as possible. Towards the end of the install, I had noticed that they ran one of the grounding wires out from the attic and down the face of the house where I had planned on completing another project in the near future. I knew that the wire would need to be redirected if it was left there so I asked the foreman if he could run it through a different path. Initially he felt like it would not be possible given the layout. I reached out to Rose just to make sure and see if she possibly had another solution. About 10 minutes later the foreman showed me another possible option which was much better for what I needed. It may have seemed like a small thing, but that was another instance in which I believe any other installer would have dismissed my request as pickiness and told me there was nothing else they could do. Rose took the time to speak with her foreman and truly assessed the situation to come up with a solution that fit my needs. It took LADWP about 6 weeks to get my meter installed and for my system to be turned on, but it was still well before the end of the year (and yes, I just got my tax refund with that hefty solar tax credit). It's rare to come across someone like Rose who is honest, patient, and who truly has her customer's best interest at heart. Combine that with impeccable execution and communication, and there is no one else I would recommend for a solar install project. In fact, my parents are considering a small project and I've already told them about Rose/OneSun.

One company charged me $350 to do a site survey, just to get a quote for the project, then came back with a revised quote adding $7000 to dig a trench for electrical wiring due to "the location" of our electrical panel. I found OneSun on a yelp search and as soon as I spoke with Rose Avakian, I knew my search was over. This company stands out from the others. There was no sales pitch, pressure, or upsell. Rose explained the technology and equipment in a way that made it understandable and approachable. When her team came to look at our place, they found no need to dig a trench and simply connected to our existing electrical panel. Had they needed to dig a trench, the price they quoted was nowhere near $7000.  From start to finish, the entire experience was transparent, seamless, professional and expedient. The attention to detail and care the team put into making sure everything was done right far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking to go solar, look no further than Rose and OneSun. This is truly the best company I've ever worked with!
