Contractors had worked with BJ's team before on other projects, so Leo came by and provided an estimate to the contractors. Leo called the day before the crew to discuss terms and arrangements which were fine. Leon called me shortly after as Leo set the expectation for to secure a deposit, which we did by phone and I got an emailed receipt. Leon (Leo's son) and team arrived the next day with 2 trucks and got everything out of here in about an hour and ran my card for the rest of the charge. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly, and it was good to get that task completed. I will keep them in mind for future needs in the hauling universe.

They demo'd and removed the hot tub and a portion of the deck, as we requested. They were quick, cleaned up the yard and the street when they were done, hauled away a lot of stuff for us, and they didn't damage any of our property or the portions of deck we were keeping. We were able to schedule ahead of time, they called to confirm, and arrived on time. They had to come to our property to give a price for the work, so we didn't know the price ahead of time. But the cost was reasonable for the size of the job and cheaper than some other quotes we got.
